The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was okay. The parking lot was free but it wasn't that near to the hotel. One thing they really need to improve is cleaning the room and stuff more thoroughly. My husband got bed bug bite because he slept topless. I was okay because I slept in pajamas. The kettle wasn't clean enough to use. We understand it was a very old building built a few hundred years ago though. We chosed this hotel because it was located in downtown so we could save time to travel in Avignon.

This place is in a very good location, central Avignon, near the Place de l'Horloge and the Palais des Papes. The rooms have been sound proofed, and the staff are very welcoming and nice. The rooms are functional and have all you need. Beds not the most comfortable...Its not 5 star and that is reflected in the price. 😁

Perfect location and very nice staff. The one person room wasn't perfect, but it fit my needs and was affordable. The hotel is in an old building from the 14th century and going outside brings you immediately to a nice street with shops and bakeries and only a few minutes walk to the Palais des Papes.

Very old hotel but it's clean. The location is very good, close to the old city center.. the staffs are nice and they can speak french, english and spanish. Only 6 rooms, isolation is not the best. Aircon available, hairdryer is available (ask the staff), breakfast available too. No free parking as mentioned (Don't go to Parking de l'Oulle as it's not a convenient parking at all.. check the review).. There is no free parking place in Avignon except on Sunday and public holiday.

Top hotel with an amazing service. Great welcome with a huge smile. I loved it. Cute place. The room was also good. Great location. I just would like to thank them for the great time we had at the Hotel.

Nice location within the fancy part of town but for the festival season sake it was quite overpriced and very tiny room. Make sure you ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. And the fire alarm went off at 8am for nothing. Stayed one night over but didn't feel rested.

Nice little budget hotel inside the old city, slightly kitsch but lovely owner, quiet private rooms and comfortable beds. Can't complain with that at all.

A 1-night stay in small, single room w shower / sink en-suite.Very helpful owners & incredible location. To me, excellent value and in this category, recommend for the right type of guest.
