I was travelling from Avignon to Barcelona yesterday and I decided to stop and buy some delicious French foie. After spending €26 in foie (which it’s quite pricey for a supermarket!) I realised 2 of the pots were expired since mid July!!!!! Yesterday was the 5th of august. They had expired food in the shelves for over 2 weeks. Absolutely awful and very disappointed and I now arrived home, spent my money and had to throw it away. 10/10 disappointed, please save yourself money and buy somewhere else

Store is very large and yet had no stock of several items that I get in a smaller store. Added to which it's large size made it difficult to find things.

Not great for fresh foods. Lots of cheap items if you need them, but not a destination for meat/veg/fish!

Small but I find what I want. So Good !

very unfriendly lady at the self checkout area. the machines are very different to other countries, and therefore we needed help. But the lady who supervised the self checkout terminal was very arrogant and unfriendly and did not speak any English. We were the only customers at the self checkout area, even more surprising that she didnt really want to help us. That is supposed to be her job.

I was not allowed to go to selfscan so I go to normal paydesk this girl says she goes to break so I must go to the other paydesk here it was only allowed to go with a handscanner so a lot of problems to pay my grocery

Very easy online shop, with timetabled slot for pickup. Really useful in summer when store is heaving with tourists.

As an American shopping here in Avignon, obviously the products are different, and in some cases (cereals, fruit), less of a selection. I think Lidl is less expensive, but has way fewer items. In Avignon-, the Carrefour near the TGV is in a mini-mall with a pharmacy, apparel, bank, etc. Plenty of parking.
