This hotel has a new owner and is completely renovated in 2021. The host is Sophia, she welcomed us with an impecible service and warm enthousiasm. Rooms super clean, nice pool, very cosy and moreover very personal. A must visit if you go to Avignon.

Amazing stay. Lovely just renovated mansion (the negative reviews seem to be dated over four years ago) at an around 13 minutes drive from Avignon. The service was impeccable, great attention to detail, excellent breakfast and no ask was too much. If you are thinking of visiting Avignon, I would recommend sleeping here.

When I read the reviews I am very surprised... Because for my part I had a memorable weekend for our 4 years of marriage with my husband! Everything was perfect: sweet treats, love box and bouquet of flowers upon arrival in the room. Spacious room, jet bath. Jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool. In the evening a gourmet dinner of exceptional flavor: presentation and taste were there! The staff are very smiling, attentive, very professional. The buffet breakfast taken on the terrace was very pleasant, plentiful and varied. In short, we will keep a very nice memory of it. Thank you, it was a weekend filled with love!

I came to Avignon with my sister for vacation. We loved the room and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. Front desk staff Carole was very nice and helpful, told us about few places we can check out. Even gave us a detailed map with information where we can park since we didn't know that most parking in France is underground. We checked out very early in the morning because we wanted to see one more historic site before our train to Paris. My sister forgot few of her clothing items in the hotel after we checked out and Carole the front dest lady was nice enough to send them back to her in US. We definitely recommend this hotel, it has a great service, a wonderful staff and it was very cozy and comfortable.

Very disappointed with the restaurant. We were a group of 19 people and one person couldn't come at the last moment. The restaurant made us pay its share!!! Shocking! Moreover, the menu, unique, consisted of a main course and a dessert only for a very salty note (30€ excluding drinks). This would have been much more accepted if the cuisine was extraordinary. Which was far from being the case. The main course was a simple starter and the dessert was inedible because it was so sweet (serving strawberry jam on shortbread has never created a tartlet worthy of the name) I had never left a restaurant without feeling like I had been robbed! We have not tested the hotel and therefore cannot give our opinion on this service but as for the restaurant: above all, go your way!

Magnificent address, very beautiful place, the whole team is great… hearty breakfast, sublime swimming pool. A little out of the center but worth it. You can go there with your eyes closed.
