😠 Absolutely useless and misguiding. Waste of time. They can google some info for you. They open the office after the morning tours have left, so you can only book some sightseeing tour for the following days. You can buy tacky souvenirs, if that is your thing. Full of brochures, maps bus timetables. Everything you need to explore Avignon thoroughly. A very helpful lady called Eleanor gave us lots of very useful advice about the city - how the buses worked etc. We also were able to buy the tickets for the Palais des papes, pont and jardins. Situated on the rue de la République inside the walls opposite the main station. Thanks to Eleanor for being go helpful and in perfect English too.

Very helpful. Had the normal tourist maps and leaflets in English as you’d expect. They also had on request a short guide in English to which streets were wheelchair friendly and which museums and attractions were accessible with key accessibility information. It had a recommended sight seeing route marked out that kept to wheelchair friendly streets, which we followed part of. Also found out about the fireworks display on that evening and I adore fireworks, so bonus points for that. The building is next to a really lovely park around the ruins of an Abbey. A good welcome to Avignon. The information office isn’t that big so it may fill up at peak times, although we had no problems, and has a gift shop attached. The wheelchair accessible entrance is through the gift shop. Staff very friendly with excellent language skills.

Sweet, helpful. We needed public transportation info, got printed timetables and a recommendation for a Feria in nearby village. Just what we needed.

These ladies and gents do a terrific job. All of them greet you with a smile. Most of them speak English well (which is greatly appreciated) and they can give you the breakdown of the passes and where to visit. There was a misunderstanding with the use of my 24 hour city pass and they kindly accommodated my request.

Very helpful finding bus directions out to Chateauneuf du Papes that I struggled to find online on my own.

Gave me wrong information about bus between Nîmes and pont du Gard. Simply told me no buses going between these 2 towns. It's totally not true. I took a train to Nîmes and asked their office and got the right answer. Totally bad service. Disrupted my plan

Very kind personnel and high quality service ! Maybe the Office should be at another place, near the touristic center of Avignon.

Was having trouble trying to book a tour of Cezanne's studio on my phone , so went along to the tourist office who booked it straightaway for me. Very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you.

Super friendly and incredibly helpful. We wanted to get a day trip at the last minute and the person called every single agency for a slot. Some multiple times. We got the booking thankfully but even if we didn't I was very impressed by the service provided.
