The site is overgrown and abandoned. The area you can walk around near the entrance is of little value due to the state of maintenance and felt like even for 20tl per person, expensive! However, the saving grace is the stadium. Drive to thhe bottom of the hill, then walk up the rutted track. It is a truly amazing sight especially with no other people to spoil it. Even here it feels like much more could be done to improve the site - there was a bag of open trash just lying to one side near the seating. If you are in the area definitely worth a visit for the stadium. Hopefully in future the overall condition of the site can be improved.

(Translated by Google) Located in the southwest of the Magnesia City and approximately 900 meters from the center, the stadium is the most intact of the ancient cities. Absolute MUST to visit when in Turkey Very friendly staff - no crowding, not too many visitors (we‘ve been completely alone on a Thursday evening) Need to see the stadium!

It was mostly intact and entirely deserted when we went there. It is absolutely stunning, but a bit hard to find, however it is totally worth the drive

(Translated by Google) The middle of the stadium is swamp. Do not come in rainy weather. It is well preserved, you can buy the ticket at the entrance from Magesiq, don't come without a ticket, cleaning is needed. (Original) Stadyumun ortadi bataklik. Yagmurlu havalarda gelmeyin. Guzel korunmus, giriste bileti magnesiqdan aliyorsunuz biletsiz gelmeyin, temizlik lazim ama.

(Translated by Google) I came to Turkey to play for nearly two months and went to many monuments. This is the most spectacular and the experience is the best. There were no other people on the day. It was very unforgettable for two people to book the venue. Been here 2021/10 (Original) 來土耳其玩將近兩個月,去了很多古蹟,這裡是最壯觀而且體驗是最棒的,當天完全沒其他人,兩人包場,非常難忘。2021/10來過

A hidden gem. It is a it weird to get to it, but you will not regret it. The ticket price is reasonable too.
