My mom and I had a great experience there. We booked full program, so we had sauna, turkish bath and massage. At every stage service was great. The place is clean and comfortable. Women who perform bathing and massage were very friendly, nice and professional.

Very comfortable. We bought a spa complex with my husband. First we warmed up in the sauna, then the steam room (for us they also poured menthol for the smell), bathed in the pool, quite deep. There is a Jacuzzi. The spa treatment is excellent: full body massage, foam bath, face mask. We were given disposable slippers and towels. My husband and I were delighted

One of the worse spas I have ever been in. The pool is missing tiles, there are huge holes all over the pool floor. The jacuzzi is cold and also missing tiles. The water has a not so pleasant smell. And the towels look worn out and also smelled. Would not recommend 👎🏻

I booked here last minute and was able to contact them through whatsapp for all my questions. They were very responsive and informed me that the actual scrubbing and massage will be private and that they can do my husband and I at the same time. We took the 65 dollars per person package which is 30 min hamam and 30 min massage. I liked that they were very careful with me since I am pregnant, and took all the precautions I usually have when doing a pregnancy massage here in UK. The massage was lovely as was the scrub and the staff. The pictures definitely looked nicer than reality but it was still good and the facilities clean. Overall, we left happy

Hello, in principle a good hotel according to German standards, upper class. The hotel advertises a swimming pool, but if you want to use it in the evening, you have to pay an additional 5 euros. Only during the day, when no one is in the hotel, it is free. At 138 euros per night, this is not only petty, it borders on rip-off.

The best spa I have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone who travels to Istanbul to take advantage of this spa as they really do go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. They have all the facilities you need in a luxurious hotel and is affordable for the amount you receive. Will definitely come again. Turkish bath 10/10!

We discovered this Spa online. There were 7 of us including a 10 year old (they did not charge him which was fantastic!) We all had different packages but my Sultan massage was 10/10. The lady I had, Para was very funny and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole massage. The rest of the group loved the ambience of this Spa. No complaints whatsoever. We came here on our final day in Istanbul to relax after all our walking. Perfect end to our little holiday. Thank you so much 😊

This was a wonderful introduction to Turkish baths! I was able to book via WhatsApp the night before at 10pm, immediate response and accommodated all my requests (to have women bath us and our time slots for 3 people). On an ice cold day in Istanbul we were warmly welcomed and taken to sauna and steam before hand. The facilities are extremely well maintained very clean and luxurious cosy feel, all set even with a hair dryer post bath. The therapists were warm and friendly, and gave us a royal bathing experience we will remember. After the bath we were served traditional Turkish coffee. Highly recommend if in Istanbul.

I went there because of the good reviews. However, I can't recommend it at all. You are greeted by unfriendly, unprofessional staff. No card payment possible. The changing room is far too small and dirty. The organization is poor, no one shows you the premises. Relaxation is out of the question, the staff is constantly talking loudly. And the worst thing is the lack of privacy. Different people come into the sauna or steam room all the time. As a woman, I felt uncomfortable as a fully clothed man came in several times. You can save this money!

Found this spa online and it exceeded my expectations. I got there a little early and they suggested I use the facilities (jacuzzi, steam, sauna etc) which was lovely. The Hamam and massage were both of a great quality. The service is supreme, the facilities are super clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. Don’t hesitate to book. I will be recommending the Beethoven premium spa to others!
