I’ve tried many branches of this chain since I love their chicken wings and sauces. They truly have very good sauces much above other fast food chains and that’s not a detail to me. Both wings and tenders were pretty good but some tenders were a way too dry and almost felt like leftovers. Service was quite cold and the area is very busy and noisy, but you don’t expect anything different in a food court.

A busy branch but they do well. Hot and fresh. The food is very well priced here. They had run out of the toy that we wanted in the kids meal but they had a huge box of all the other toys!

My favorite fried chicken sandwich. I was really looking forward to eating it one more time, but the food does not come close to the quality and taste as in the US. Not recommended.

The worst food experience I’ve ever had in Türkiye. The service was alright, but the food was dreadful, cold, sad, chewy and posioning. My brother fell deadly ill shortly after consuming some wings. My advice is that people stay away from this franchise of an otherwise decent chain.

Got the Mega XL sandwich. It was absolutely terrible. The bun and breading was completely soggy and looked and tasted as if it was hours old and had been microwaved. I don’t know if that is the case but it was easily the worst sandwich from a major fast food chain I have ever been served in decades. The cashier was also rude, but that’s minor compared to bad food. The fries and drink were good.
