We came to know about this hamam from our hotel. Before we booked our hotel we made sure hamam is a part of the hotel. This hamam and spa is a part of MGallery hotel. Their hammam provides mixed services for men and women. You can book individual Turkish bath ranging from 30min to 1hr or different range of massage. They offer packages which includes both hamam plus massage which is expensive but still cheaper together if you want both service. We booked for Hammam in advance as this place gets busier especially on weekends. We booked it as a couple and were allowed to have our session together. We had no idea what to expect with our first hammam visit. We did ask the receptionist and they did explain a bit but still we had a lot of questions. Hey but it was Wow! That was some serious scrubbing and bubble bath. Their staffs are trained and knows what they r doing. It was a fantastic experience but definitely expensive. Another issue is once 30min done we had to vacate the place. So there was no time to relax a bit and vacate relaxly. It should be bit relaxed way rather than asking to come out straight after hamam is finished. It would have been nice if the staff ask before what sort of pressure is comfortable and level of scrubbing. Sometimes it's not as comfortable and enjoyable if correct pressure is not applied.

I made a same day appointment using the live chat functionality because I didn’t see any available appointments online. They were very accommodating and were able to get me in. I also learned they have massage only options which aren’t listed on their site. I had the 90 minute experience (40 min Hammam and 50 min massage) with Siri. I was a little nervous about the Hammam because you really do bare it all. Siri made me feel comfortable and relaxed. You have the entire beautiful room to yourself and your expert. The Hammam starts with you laying down while they pour water on you. They then scrub you with Turkish coffee, rinse again, and finish with a rose bubble massage which smells amazing! I’ve never felt so clean The massage was also great and Siri was sure to check with me on pressure throughout. At the end, they send you to the cutest lounge area upstairs to enjoy either a coffee/tea. I wish I could have stayed here longer but had to rush for a dinner reservation.

We had couple traditional Hammam. it was nothing but AWESOME. The staff is very professional and the masseuses as well. What we loved about it, was the privacy as we were alone in the hammam, the foam massage was heaven! We have tried nothing like this before. The place is very clean and smells awesome. We felt like newborns after it.’m 100% sure I’m coming again in my next visit to Istanbul. I would recommend it to anyone who wants private, clean and relaxing hammam for couples with reasonable prices.

I had the best time here! The bathhouse entrance itself is located inside a hotel, so you’ll have to walk inside and the receptionist will be happy to help you find your way there. I got a same-day reservation but got there about 1.5hr too early. I thought I’d wait inside the lobby, but the staff kindly showed me to the changing room (where you’ll change into undies, towels, and bathrobes that they had prepared beforehand) and then to the relaxation room. The relaxation room was super nice and warm (a welcome difference as it was super cold outside) and they serve you complimentary drinks there. Some bathouses require you to bring a bikini bottom, but this one prepares everything for you! The lady that washed me down and gave me a massage was also super nice and professional. We had a short chat beforehand, and she made sure I was comfortable before anything else. The foam bath and scrubbing down was heavenly, I felt like I had been born again. Afterwards, the lady dried and wrapped me up back in the fluffy towels and sent me to relax in the same room. If there’s anything I would change, it would be to book the appointment earlier in the day so I coulld take my time relaxing/basking in the post-bath glow after the treatment. Ps: if you’re hesitant about getting the balinese massage (it’s not a traditional choice, I get it), don’t be! They have several real balinese masseuses working here. Pps: if possible, ask for Ms. Wati!

Experience from start to finish was something we didn’t want to end and are already talking about doing again (some time in the near future). Gökhan was extremely friendly and offered advice and historical information throughout, going the extra mile to ensure the best experience. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend. My husband and I did the glorious 140 minute package! The treatments were amazing and the location and staff are top notch!!! We were very happy to do this as a couple; both the bathing area and massage room were private reserved. The bathing treatments leave you feeling so scrubbed and clean you come out like a newborn baby. The massage room had a bubble jacuzzi bath, steam and sauna room. We were given plenty of delicious tea and water. It’s so clean, calm, and beautiful in this HAMMAM. I absolutely recommend here for the most relaxing, genuine, royal treatment Turkish bathing and massage experience!

I’m not someone that usually treats myself to getting pampered because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. However, this place was MAGICAL!! It’s beautiful, the people are lovely, not crowded, and it was truly a great experience. I’m pretty sensitive to heat so I will say it gets pretty hot, but the therapist will put water and help you cool down if you let her know. I did the Fatma Sultan Hammam and it was so worth it! Not only was there the bath, but also massages. I LOVED the bubbles tbh. Nothing like I’ve experienced before. Yes, this is touristy but it’s worth it. Thank you Gokhan!!! Architecture

Must do experience in Istanbul to feel rebirth! above all after days of intense walking and visiting..We went there as a couple which we were very happy about, and the staff has welcomed us warmly, providing all the instructions and guidance, as well as the bathrobe, disposable slippers, towels and all material to wash. The ladies who are doing the treatments put a lot of care and experience in the hammam treatment which consists in a 30 minutes careful exfoliation, massage and wash(there are also longer options)..then we got offered tea, water and sherbet, an Ottoman drink. We felt renewed in the body and the soul! In the changing room you have all the necessary to dry your hair, bodycream and the lockers where you can store your stuff during the hamami. The hamam is also quite ancient one too but all renewed and clean. 5 star experience!

Very great experience, especially for couples. A visit to the hammam should not be missed on a trip to Istanbul. The hammam is part of the spa area of ​​a hotel, but can also be booked by external guests. The treatment room and the relaxation rooms are very nice and newly renovated, the cleanliness is A1. We chose this hammam because, unlike the more traditional houses, it can also be booked together as a couple. You then have the entire room to yourself and are looked after by two therapists. I can’t go home after going to Çeşme. This was my first hamam experience and it was incredible. The women were incredibly kind and intuitive and the staff was beyond helpful from start to finish. All of my ridiculous questions were answered and the prices were very good, especially given that we had a private experience! Now I need to get their spa products sent to America :) My skin hasn’t felt this good in years! Definitely worth it!

I loved the sevice here and the kindness. The hamam is really spectacular and beautiful. You can contact them through whatsapp very easily and they are friendly enough to give u tips around istanbul aswell. My hamamlady was HANA and she was absolutely the best. Must recommend spot!
