I did this report because there was a cashier laughing to his friend that I will just buy two pairs of socks and his name was Esmail. He was talking to his friend in Turkish language, and he didn’t know that I understand Turkish language. I really had a bad feeling. I hope Esmail get his punishment.

Bad persons work there. Be careful.when you give the money to the cashier and it will be better to avoid them.

Horrible cashiers.. too busy chatting. Had to wait almost 45 minutes and still the staff was not available to process my purchase. I left without buying. Unless you have free time to waste, find another shop.

My personal opinion, the quality and service is really great, the sales people are great and friendly they give you more time until you are satisfied.

The best branch in Istanbul. I went to so many other branches like in Trabzon, or Galataport but I couldn’t find my size which’s 39. However, I found it there in Istiklal branch, and they speak English very well! The device is actually good and they don’t close early like in many other branches.

It is Skechers, so you know the products have good quality and of course, they are not cheap. Neither too expensive nor something fancy. Friendly and helpful staff

Helpful staff that are very patient. Masks are enforced which is nice. Fair prices and tax free available.
