AVOID THIS PLACE !! I went to Istanbul Smile Centre seven days ago for tooth extraction. Doctor was suspicious about my outgrowth next to my tooth (He said that It must be send to pathology laboratory- I know it because other doctor told me this as well ,that it has to be send for check if there are any cancer cells). They told me to call in one week and they will have the results. I was calling few times during this one week and they even didn't send this to laboratory. I don't blame the doctor for this becasue is not his fault that stuff and managament of this clinic is COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE ! Today my husband called there again (one week later)with question how is the proces going and they told him that '"they didn't find any place to send it "he was angry so the lady said "we can make it for 8000 tl !" They could tell us this on the first day that they are not able to make it ! We lost eight days! We wanted reach someone from management to talk about this but of course there was no feedback :( I called myself to different laboratories in Bakirkoy and they were shocked when I mentioned that this clinic asked 8000 tl because they wanna only 100tl. I am not even turkish speaker and I am able to call to laboratory and deal it myself in one day. But stuff in this "CLINIC" is not able to do in in 7 dayss!!! HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE THAT DENTAL CLINIC IS NOT COOPERATING WITH ANY LABORATORY ? ? IF YOU RESPECT YOUR HEALTH PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Dt. Refka Rmılı is a great dentist. Her treatment in changing my cavities from metal to porcelain was excellent. She is careful and gentle as well as thorough. Her bedside manner is friendly and understanding. The procedures aren’t easy but she made the experience seamless and as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed!!

I am really happy for the treatment i received and i would like to thank Dr Ekim Karakus and her assistants who helped me alot and performed a wonderful job as i required a teeth bridge in zirconium crowns and the doctor provided me the highest quality of teeth crowns which looks perfect. I traveled from United kingdom to istanbul for 7 days only for dental treatments and i found this place on my second day and my whole process was completed in 3 days for which i was really happy. The price was really good from other dental places so i really recommend istanbul smile center dental clinic and i will definitely visit them again in the future. Where do I start? We cam from the states to istanbul for vacation. Me and my wife decided to get our teeth whitened and came across this clinic. We arrived at the clinic with no appointment and we were treated with so much hospitality. Doctor Refka and her team were amazing . She diagnosed my teeth and gave me a special treatment plan along with the teeth whitning for a great price. She went above and beyond and asked me to come back for more treatments with no cost for better results. I have been back 3x with an additional visit scheduled. I give this place 6 stars.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience here during my stay in Turkey. I found them by Google and was enticed by the raving reviews. The clinic was super professional and organized- best teeth whitening experience to date. My teeth got 5 shades lighter- highly recommend!!

After my braces treatment, the crowns made on my two front teeth 9 years ago had to be changed and an emax crown was applied. Even I can't tell them apart, it was so amazing that no one would notice if I didn't mention it, the old coated ones were clearly visible.
