Müzeye giriş ücretsiz; ancak otopark ücreti alınıyor. Müze içerisinde çocukların çok keyif aldığı kendilerinin deneyimlediği elektrikle ilgili bir çok aktivite mevcut. Müzede ve Haliç'in kenarında güzel bir yarım gün geçirebilirsiniz. Buradan ayrıca Miniatürk de çok yakın. Oraya da geçilebilir kalan yarım gün.

Bu müze Bilgi üniversitesinin içinde yer alıyor. Ücretsiz fakat okadar kaliteli vakit geçiriliyor ki sanki yüksek bir meblağ verip gezmişiz gibi hissettim. Haftasonu gitmemize rağmen sakindi. Çok rahat her yerini gezdik. Çocuklar için düşünülmüş harika enerji deneyleri var ve çocuklar istediği gibi burda oynayabiliyor. Herşeye dokunabiliyorlar. Mutlaka görülüp deneyimlenmesi gereken bir yer. Ben çok beğendim.

İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi, moda ve tasarım bölümü öğrencilerinin düzenlediği defile için ziyaret ettiğim yer. Koca koca makineler.. Enteresan ve bir o kadar da büyüleyici müze. Okulun içerisinde olması nedeniyle serbest ziyaret yapılabiliyor mu bilmiyorum. Ben defile daveti nedeniyle basın olarak katıldım. Siz yine de görmek için mutlaka gidin

It is a nice idea but unfortunately wasted. The building is the first electricity power plant of Istanbul. It is now used by a private university. So the museum itself is in the university. Entry is free. An important point, they don't allow you to enter with your camera! This unbelievable. (I have an Canon SLR, mobile phones you can use as camera) Parking exist. There are cafe's and beverages. Pricing of those are not that cheap. (Water 7 liras as of July 2022) In the museum there are many electric and magnetic experiments. Some of them are in use. But the most interesting ones, unlikely like energy museums in other countries, need supervision of staff. And yes, there is no one to assist you! You just see but can not experience. The second and third floors are very nice, to see the whole old power plant equipment makes you feel in time machine. There are also drawings of Abidin Dino. In the museum was a man, travelling with a big dog. There was also one free dog running in the museum. It was also not pleasant for my children. Finally, a nice place which doesn't deserve to visit.

Situated in the territory of uni. One entrance for guests (furthest from the t5 tram station). Entrance is free. Nice for short visit. Would be interesting for children as you can do physics experiments.

Awesome museum and the location itself. All the equipment is in good condition. This a very unusual place must be visited if you are tired of Istanbul's rush.
