I had 14 days tours around Turkey with this company. The best arrangement I have ever had. Very professional from time of booking till departure. All drivers and tours guides were in time and professional. Thanking Travel shop for such memorable experience.

This company offered me a job. I started working at their Travel Shop Booking company. They did not give me the wages I worked as a freelancer. They have made it clear that they will not pay. Orhan Kalender says that he will not pay because I do not work full time in his company. I will keep writing until I get my money. If you didn't like my freelance work why make an offer for a full-time job? And talking about the 1-year contract?

I am a tour operator from South-Africa and have been making use of Travelshop for the past 5 years. I am more than happy with the service, aptitudes, extra miles that they walked to make everything an experience - year after year. Travelshop, Arda, Murti and the rest that I worked with deserve 5 stars.

I live in Saudi and in December'19 i was in India on vacation. My sister has been to Turkey thru Murti's tour, one of the local travel agent arranged it. She recommended me and gave good report about the tour. So immediately i contacted the local agent and arranged my 15 days tour to Turkey in January 2020. Start from picking at Istanbul airport until i return Murti's tour took care of us. I am impressed with the hospitality. The tour guides were well informative and friendly, the drivers were so punctual and humble, hotels were upto the mark, the restaurants arranged by Murti's were excellent to our taste. The city tours and shoppings were excellent. We had wonderful, remarkable tour we ever had. Though we travelled to US and many Europian countries, even Turkey several times by our own during our yearly vacations. But our last Tour to Turkey was the best only because of Murti's tour programme. I would like to appreciate the quick response given by Mr. Sadik Kalender. Mr. Ahmet and Miss. Such a scam quoted multiple prices for same tour. 2days before tour was told we need to pay an extra €650 each as the original price we paid wasn't available any more. After checking their website I found out if we paid the extra €1950 they asked we would be paying €1286 more than someone booking the same tour that day. We were pretty much held for ransom pay or lose your money.

Just now dealing with them and it’s awful. They take everything for granted. Been talking to them for 3 months now and you’ll have to run after them instead of the other way around. We didn’t even get the hotels we wanted after multiple requests to give us their payment details. I should have just booked online myself than trusting them. I cannot trust them with the tours anymore either. Please stay away. Changed review from 1 to 2 star as they refunded very quickly.

Worst experience! I had visited many countries through different travel agents but none were as worst as Travel Shop Turkey. They have inexperienced staffs especially Miss.Zozan Yalcintas, with zero management skills ruined our vacation completely. Nothing was pre-planned and unorganised itinerary without any basic knowledge! I totally regret for choosing this travel company. You will be given different hotels without any prior notice as they take everything for granted. Please don't plan anything through this company as they have inefficient staffs lacking in management skills and language issues.
