We had a great time touring Turkey with Safaraq tourism! We visited many historic places, natural preserves, and shopping areas. Our tour guide Rafaat was very helpful and willing to switch around our program if necessary. The driver was very nice and patient with our program changes. Our group was able to experience the Turkish culture to its fullest with his help. We had four different families in our group, but the company was able to accommodate everyone according to their individual needs. The hotel they chose for us to stay at was clean and spacious, and it had a great breakfast buffet. We had comfortable cars throughout our journey and all the drivers who were sent were, friendly and made all attempts to keep us comfortable.

Tours needs better arrangements and mostly done through other company groups. There is lack of personal face to face communication with company representative only telephone calls.Mr Yaser was very cooperative while follow up team responses were delayed and not helpful. My next visit will be through this company again.
