I’ve been fooled by the positive reviews from Google. I’ve arrived thinking it’s a historical place (as read on some websites); it’s a disappointing hotel with some hammam facilities. The place is dirty (hair on the floor, used towels everywhere on the floor, the steamer smelled badly). The products they used aren’t of good quality (the soap used for foam smells like laundry detergent). They rush you from one point to other to get more customers in - not quite relaxing. The bubble massage wasn’t even a “massage” - i felt like in a car wash :) The sauna, steamer and hammam are in a area which all employees use to rest - they talk a lot, loudly, making it a not very relaxing experience. I would NOT recommend this place!

By far the best service I have ever received from any hotel, simply friendly, helpful and welcoming. In one occasion we booked some activities with the hotel and was not able to attend last minute due to one of us being unwell, even though this was against their cancellation policies they refunded us and offered a free spa session. The hotel has free breakfast which has extremely fast service, large portions and and very tasty food. On our last day one of the employees carried our luggage’s literally for 5min straight across multiple roads to our taxi due to some complications with the taxi arrangements on our fault.

You get what you ordered: 15 minutes in a rather small Sauna, 15 minutes in an old steam bath with cables sticking out and missing tiles. Followed by getting rubbed off with a hard sponge for 15 and then flooded and kind of massages for the final 15 minutes before getting ushered off in a rather uninviting seperate room getting told to rest. You get what you ordered but feel like getting ushered through a factory by people under time pressure and trying to get you through the programme as fast as possible. Certainly not a place I would return to

I recently had the Hamam over here and I have to say it was excellent. The staff provided an exceptional experience for me and my friend. The massage was the highlight of the whole session, feel completely rejuvenated on my journey back to the UK. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I would definitely return!

Amazing experience, I had the best massage ever, perfect! Very clean and hygienically safe with friendly staff. To be honest the hamam deserve 5star because of sumi she’s best organizer, extremely polite and helpful 🥰 anyone should try this place, highly recommend

We came to Istanbul knowing we wanted to try the Turkish Hamam experience. After our great time in Sultan Süleyman Hamam, it surpassed even our wildest expectations. From the lady at the front desk to the professional masseurs, the treatment was superb. We chose the Hamam plus the relaxing massage experience as we believed it had the best value for money, it will not disappoint you!

Started so well but went downhill. Opted for the VIP experience but did not feel we were given the full package. Basic scrub and foam experience was good. Massage was average. Addition of reflexology, facial and hand massage did not happen. After we were directed into small modern bathroom with WC to shower, it was a real let down. Unlike when we entered there was nobody to complain too. Try others, I am sure there are better and more relaxing experiences in Istanbul for €75.

I had an amazing time, the hamam was very clean and very beautiful. The people were very friendly and it was a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

The first time I was in Istanbul I wanted to try it since it was next to my hotel. I have returned to the same hotel and this time I have not hesitated to try their services and it is a shame not to have done it the first time as well. It has been an amazing experience. Totally recommended every euro it is worth.

The massage, the peel and the women who gave us the massage were great. However the level of standard wasn’t very high. Phones kept vibrating in the massage room. The products that were used were very cheap products. Overall it was a good experience but for such high rating, I was expecting a higher level of standard.

What a great experience. I truely felt awesome after the treatment, like I never did before. The whole team was so kindly all the time. On top of that a privat driver drove us to our hotel at the end. Big recommandation!

My wife and I had VIP service and it was exceptional experience. Massage and bath everything was perfect especially thanks to Kelen and jesang who were our therapist. They did great job! We recommend this place.

Amazing experience. I have never been so refreshed and clean. As someone who hasn’t had a Turkish bath before, I was very well taken care of. Private changing room, shower, sauna, steam room and massage. Everything provided - disposable shorts, towel, slippers and refreshments. Highly recommend this Turkish bath when visiting Istanbul!

So 1 point deducted because the shower is not on the lower floor. You would have to take a cold shower first, then go into the sauna. Instead I was dry in the sauna 🙄 But I would like to give 5⭐️ for the massage. It is very discreet and professional (preferred level hard)

Really nice experience for my first time using a hamman. The staff were friendly and my therapist made me feel very comfortable. The owner needs to update the decor of the hamman to make it slightly more authentic, but this isn't the fault of the hard working therapists. Thank you for an overall nice experience.

Loved how the taxi picked and dropped us off to our hotel...Maya & Sunita were absolutely amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed!!

The service was pretty great. I was treated with drinks and a brownie after my bath and Kelin gave me a very relaxing message afterwards. All staff are very welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

It is a charming and relaxing experience. My boyfriend and I went here in the late afternoon. I went for the traditional Hamam program, and he went for the Sultan program. Both programs are highly recommended.

I had an incredible experience, Sabi was kind, attentive, skillful and an excellent massage therapist. Afterwards she offered a free face mask, helped me contact my Uber, and provided refreshments while I waited for my Uber to arrive. Good experience. I got the VIP sultan for $95 and it was okay. Turkish bath is good and was new for me. The massage was nice but a bit rough. Would recommend to go if you’ve never done Hammam before

The experience was lovely, staff very sweet and attentive. We were lucky to get a discount on price as we came with a big group (10pp). They give you towels and paper shorts to wear but we brought our own swimming bottoms

Very good and pleasant welcome. Friendly staff and absolutely the best massage by Sabi and Netra! We chose 2 hours package. They are highly recommended. Really good turkish hamam experience for cheap money - or at least very good price. You must try this place.
