I decided to go after seeing all those 5-star reviews however my experience was disappointing. I was not given what I was promised with the hammam plus package, besides there were tiny details that made the experience less pleasant than it should’ve been. It costed 60€ and included sauna, 30 min relaxing massage, 15 min scrub and 15 min foam massage. First, they just let us stay 3 minutes in the sauna. Then they took me into the massage cabin, however they are not soundproof so I was able to listen to all the noise going around the swimming pool area. I couldn’t even hear the relaxing music the cabin was playing. Also my cabin door was knocked 3 times by some other staff member to talk to my masseuse. At some point they left the door open; mind you, that I was basically naked and there were men just outside hanging out by the pool. So even though the masseuse and the massage was good, I couldn’t relax with all the things that were going on. Then the hammam: the room is very nice however, again the same “open door issue”; the girl asked me to remove my towel and the hammam door was still open with men outside. The hammam was meant to last 30min (15 min of scrub and 15 min foam massage), however it wasn’t longer that 10 minutes in total, definitely no foam massage for me. The girl only applied shampoo, not conditioner. And finally applied a face mask and told me to sit in a chair without further instructions. After 10-15mins, my friend went to the reception to ask for instructions, and they said we should remove the mask by ourselves and leave. From my experience I don’t recommend you to go to this place.

I am so disappointed, poor service, dirty place, noisy, has no privacy you have to take off your clothes and put towels on you and walk all the way on front of people who seat there men and women plus cameras all over the place . The Hamam and suna are in open place anyone can walk In while you there .the Hamam was ok but the ceiling was with mold. Not sure if all the Turkish Hamams like that or no, but this was my first experience with hamam and last too.

Had an amazing time. The prices were very reasonable. We paid €75 and had a 2.5 hour experience. Everyone was very kind and the facilities were very nice. I would totally recommend! 10/10 ☺️

Amazing Hamam. Reception staff are so helpful. They speak English. Traditional haman. Sauna and steam rooms are very hot. Staff are professional, gentle, and do an amazing job. This is our second visit in 2 weeks. We came back as our first visit was even better than we expected. Easy to find . Thanks so much

One of the best turkish bath’s in Istanbul, incredible staff kind and smart just tell them what you want they’ll help you instantly. Really clean and tide. I really liked it and i will visit again deserves a 5 star

The Turkish bath is amazing, one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. They were very friendly with me and my wife. We took the full package for 90 euros and we had complete privacy. Special thanks to the manager Ahmed. He helped us very much and the Terrabest. They were more than wonderful and they speak English. Five stars are not enough for this place. Thank you very much.
