    Without any doubt this is the best hospital in Turkey. First class service. I came for an annual check up. It cost 750 Turkish Liras. The staff are professional helpful and always have a smile. I read those 1 star reviews and I really cannot believe those people. It's a very clean hospital. I would say it's got the same standards as 5* hotels. And the staff have all got their masks on Hand senitizer s are widely available. You will get the best treatment in this hospital. The prices compared to UK are minimal. Thank you VM Medical Park Hospital.

    Bad PCR👎 very harsh unlike any other PCR we've ever done in many countries and facilities.. They told us that our PCR results would be ready a day before our flight and now they say it will not.. Very bad experience would not recommend👎

    Flew from Ireland 🇮🇪 Had a procedure done here in April 22’ Can’t say enough about this place. Fabulous building, spotless , very professional staff. We were so well looked after. Treatment was second to none. Would highly recommend.

    Waste of money. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional staff. My mum paid 3,500 ytl for just blood tests and consultation. Had further tests booked, when my mum turned up for the tests the reception did not have a copy of her booking and asked her to make an additional payment. This is not the level of customer service you expect to pay for at a private hospital. Extremely poor standards.

    Excellent facilities and staff. I was looked after very well by the doctors and all the nurses. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease even with the language barrier. A lot of staff speak English but those who don't use Google translate to communicate with you and make sure you are OK.

    Went into Medical Park for a tummy tuck with Hermes clinic on 3rd October 2022. Very happy with results so far by my Surgeon Hammet. My dedicated nurse Matt (Marty) went above and beyond to help in anyway possible. Always coming in the room with smiles and great happiness! No matter how you felt, it certainly put a smile on your face. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you. 😊

    AVOID at all costs I'm writing this on behalf of my sister who is currently critically ill in hospital with life threatening issues, all caused by this clinic. She shouldn't have been discharged two days after her surgery nevermind be allowed to fly home! She has had to have another operation and is now pending another one to try and rectify the issues this clinic has caused. She is currently being tube fed and in agony thanks to these!!!! Think a butcher could have performed a better job than what they have. Just interested in the ££££

When we go here, they show us that this foreigner card will have registration done on another counter and when we go there they tell you to go to the same one. The woman at the emergency department counter is extremely rude. When we show them our residence permit and work visa along with Allianz Insurance policy number. They tell us that now our hospital policy has changed and foreigners with residence permits or work visas will have to pay for the services and Allianz insurance won't work. We had both SGK and Allianz and they didn't take into account both. Even though previously we have been coming here and have also used our insurance which worked perfectly fine. I think they just think of us as fools who will pay for the services without knowing they have access to insurance service. Avoid this branch at all costs.

    The hospital and the staff were all so amazing. I had the best doctor and nurses, especially nurse Aleyna tanyıldız. She did so well for me, so patient and provided me with great care. Everyone were just so lovely and kind, even the cleaners come in with a smile and ask how I'm doing. I received nothing but a first class service from the moment I arrived. I'm one happy patient.
