Second visit to Fisherman's Village in a week, another night market, but this time we wanted to sample some different food options. We came across the Happy Elephant and it was a good choice. Had the option to sit outside but due to the weather we made the right choice and chose an inside table. The menus are massive, like old style books. Plenty of food choices, Thai, seafood, meat, veg and pasta, children are catered for too. The staff were very good and helpful and super nice 👍. The bill for 4 people with a drink each was under 4000Bah with a tip. No service charge was added. Payment by card and cash.

Romantic dinner by the beach. In general, the Samui Thai food was more delicious than the European ones. The former were more authentic. The curry crab meat and fried vegetables with egg were more outstanding among the others. The tuna was nice too.

I was craving fried fish and this place definitely satisfied my taste buds. It was fresh and fried to perfection and it was accompanied with a super delicious mango salad, spicy, sweet and tangy. Grilled squid was cleaned and cooked just right so it was not chewy at all. My partner’s favourite was the green curry, it was too spicy for him but it was so good he couldn’t stop eating. The view of the ocean was great.

Ocean front is its best quality, definitely not the food. Glass noodle is below average, garlic bread is just normal bum with garlic paste, gongpao beef is not chewable. Avoid if you can. Will not come back. Food is not cheap, acceptable for its good location. Have outdoor seating overlooking the beach. Can be good for a sunset drink.

A very nice looking place. We were a little bit late so it was not very crowded, but the service was excellent! Drinks were expensive, as the food was. We took the sticky rice with mango but were not blown away by it. Maybe we have to try the dish at a different place to say if it is our taste or their dish that was not matching.

Beautiful restaurant by the sea. Open and airy and greeted by friendly staff. Comprehesive menu with international cuisine such as spaghetti in thai style to Australian ribeye. I enjoyed my simple lunch of stir-fried morning glory and yellow noodles with prawn. My husband loved his mushroom soup with seared ahi tuna salad. Overall, we have a very satisfied and good experience.

Beautiful night sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the beach. Slight wind was nice and fire shows on the upper part of the beach. Food was excellent, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. They were very quick with the service too which was brilliant as we were hungry. I told a waiter it was my wife's birthday and they brought out a lovely pancake with icecream and candles. Nice touch. Prices are fair and can get pricey if you go hard on the seafood and cocktails as a group. Beautiful food, service and view.

Good place to try a bit more fancy take of the local cuisine. Service is amazing and food is actually quite good with a lot of options!
