My
WORST
restaurant
experience
among
all
the
countries
I’ve
traveled
to.
We
arrived
at
12:00.
Our
roast
dishes
were
PRE-ORDERED
since
we’re
a
party
of
8.
Appetizers
were
served
2
hours
before
the
main
course.
After
the
appetizers
were
served,
they
asked
what
our
preorder
was
and
apparently
they
did
not
take
note
of
them.
Staff
had
no
updates
from
12:00-3:00.
Even
the
serving
of
Prosecco
took
long.
The
main
course
arrived
at
3:00.
That’s
3
hours
after
we
arrived.
People
with
white
skin
got
served
before
us
even
if
we
arrived
before
them.
Same
dishes
were
served
to
them…
so
How
did
that
happen?
The
roast
beef
and
pavlova
were
excellent.
The
other
dishes
were
forgettable.
My
siblings
gave
feedback
but
the
owner
seemed
apathetic
to
the
feedback.
The
next
service
was
supposed
to
start
at
3
but
we
could
not
leave
cause
the
bill
took
FOREVER
too.
They
were
asking
us
to
leave
our
table
but
they
were
the
ones
who
did
not
give
the
bill.
Could
be
a
great
a
restaurant
if
they
changed
the
service
in
the
kitchen
and
dining
area…
Sad…
They
should
charge
50%
less
for
the
terrible
service
and
disorganized
kitchen.
Please
treat
your
customers
with
respect
because
in
hospitality,
you
are
nothing
without
customers.
