Nice hotel, large comfortable room with a balcony, air conditioning works great. The staff is attentive, the breakfast is varied and delicious, everything is good. We were unlucky with the weather, since we are not fans of sitting in the pool, and the sea is stormy, but this does not apply to the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏 My previous negative review does not apply to this hotel, I don’t know how it got here 🤷‍♂️

We stayed here for 5 nights in December 2023. The location is great, next to Chaweng Noi beach. However, we preferred Yellow beach, which is the beach that this hotel is on. It's quiet and clean. The service from the staff was great. They provided us with a room upgrade so we were in a bungalow near the beach! The rooms are nice. Shower pressure was excellent. We didn't eat at the hotel so not sure what the food was like.

Amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. I loved the room right in front of the beach and the excellent service by all the staff members. We were lucky enough to enjoy their market night on our first night there, with live music and fire show. The delicious seafood dinner last night was also worth mentioning 🙂

The fair beach House is a very large and well maintained resort. The room are pretty large and in good shape and clean. The breakfast consisted of bread, croissants, fruits, rice, chicken, sausages, omlettes, coffee, and so on. The resort has three swimming pools, one for children two for adults. There is a bar at one of the swimming pools. It has its own breach, which is beautiful. There are at least two places at the beach where you can get a traditional massage. There is a shuttle service on the resort as well as to the airport and fisherman's wharf. The restaurant is very good with view on the beach with fair prices. The staff was extremely friendly at all times. We enjoyed our two weeks stay very much.

Well-maintained very large Thai style three-star resort on one of the best beach in Samui with white sand, crystal clear, right on the main road. As being large, a golf cart was available to commute inside the resort. We chose to stay in a Premier room. the room, bathroom and balcony size were spacious. A few basic amenities were provided. If you don’t like steps and slopes, better ask for a room on the ground floor. Staff always tried to do their best to help anytime we asked for. Breakfast served daily at the restaurant right on the beach. I loved watching the sunrise over the ocean and relaxing there the whole morning. so peaceful. Resort credit and a round trip airport transfer was a complimentary as we booked through the hotel website to stay more than three nights. For the price we paid, this resort was unbeatable in Samui! We will definitely come back very soon. :-)

As others have mentioned, the rooms are showing its age a little. For most part they did a good job maintaining them - they're comfortable and spacious, but getting a good aircond is kind of a gamble. I know this because we came in a big group and it didn't seem dependent on room type. Personally I changed rooms twice before I got one that was acceptable. This place has a lot to offer. I loved the private beach, poolside bar, the seaside restaurant and the calming atmosphere. Most of the staffs are wonderful. Did I mention I love the beach? The pool/beach area is the star of the show for me and it definitely help regained 1 star. The only other thing that was sightly annoying here is the place is so spread that you need to get a buggy ride to the lobby, and during peak times it can take a while to wait for your turn.

We just spent the past 10 days here and booked two rooms which were fine. It’s a nice enough place but a bit run down but okay value for money. It’s on the beach and has a good pool and beachside bar but don’t bother ordering any room service as it’s menu is overpriced and not great quality but plenty of good food options right outside. My travel companion has become unwell and I just went to ask reception for a late checkout and was refused which is really unkind. I explained she was sick and needed to rest until we take our flight. I was told the room is needed as the hotel is fully booked and new guests are checking in yet when I go online there is plenty of availability. Kindness and honestly seem to be lacking at this hotel which is really disappointing. Update: JJ the hotel manager came to personally speak with us and apologise. He has allowed us to stay a little longer due to my travel companion being unwell. I sincerely appreciate him taking the time to provide a solution and thank him for his understanding.

The quality is very good for a 3 star hotel. Ideal to relax and to stay away from party stress. Beautiful park in which the structure is located. Absolutely friendly staff! Of course they don't talk all Oxford English...but we are in a different country..so don't pretend, or use your Thai knowledge! Special thanks to the very nice Manager JJ.
