The room is definitely not worth 6000+ baht a night. The room area and the reception 、pool area are separated by a road. Very inconvenient to get in and out every time. In the morning or when you check out, you have to wait a long time for a car to pick you up and take you to the front desk. The staff looked tired and you couldn't bear to disturb them. The room was not clean. Not recommended.

Amari Koh Samui was resort that my family chose for vacation. Nice resort, lot of lush and excellent breakfasts. That is all what is good about it. First our check in late 50 minutes, which is really hard to wait if you got flights that last 15 ours. Room for family are not comfortable, you have only one small closet for clothes and no place for suitcases. Kids sleep at gallery and they have only madras on the floor, they don have bad. And the beach is something that you can’t imagine, most dirty beach in all Koh Samui island. We have to walk to nearby to swim. It is so dirty that guest needs to clean beaches about them self to stepping into the water. They staff clean beach only Ona time I 7 days and after that when guests complain. Their security doesn’t do their jobs, they are not present on their places. It is too bad that so beautiful hotel is so bad maintained.

Very nice hotel. Stayed at the villas across the street, it's like a little village that also has a pool on that side. Restaurant is by the beach where breakfast is served - yummy breakfast. There is also a pool on this side. The staff were very pleasant. It was a very relaxing and great experience in all.

Cons: Staffs are weird and some are unbothered, especially the restaurant staff, and waitress. We pay more than $500 a night for this bare minimum treatment. They love looking at you and speaking in their language with the look. Ordering coffee, first day was a great normal coffee, the rest 7 days either “ forget to make” or literally some long black with milk on top. Everytime we come to the beach they has no towels but do have attitudes. Pro: cleaning staffs are nice and helpful, always cleaning our room nightly everyday. Love the location which is right next to the beach and Samui central which is very convenient. Receptionists are also helpful and welcoming.

Very nice hotel, the staff greeted us on arrival with a 5 star introduction and even upgraded our room to a villa 🙏🏾 much appreciated. The room was great, better than expected. As for the breakfast, wow! Something for everyone. Very good selection of fresh hot, cold, and freshly cooked foods. Overall experience at the Amari was great. Scott & Kerry

Beautiful resort, directly on the white sand beach .. Which you can wake up early morning and have a long walk...it is a family resort.. 2 restaurants inside and one Italian located in front of the hotel. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast fall under a huge variety of food. Koh Samui the place where the hotel is located is a small beautiful island. Highly recommended.

Service was excellent. Highly recommended and special mention to Mek for his top notch service. Location was superb, near to mall and beach. Airport is less than 10min away. Best place to camp on for Koh Samui. Safe and secure and also very good breakfast and nice clean pools and beach.

Great hotel, staff amazing (especially Pen, Zeed (in photo) and another lovely lady that we can’t remember the name of sorry) right on a beautiful beach, loads of sun beds by pool and on beach. Quick 10 minute walk to the main strip. 24 hour supermarket across road. Lovely food and cheap enough for drinks. No complaints.

We had a delightful 4-day stay at this property. The rooms were comfortable, and a thoughtful addition was the clothes drying stand on the balcony, perfect for beach vacations. The hotel boasts two pools, one with a garden view and the other overlooking the sea. We stayed in the garden view building and found the pools to be well-maintained. For parents, the kids' room is a fantastic amenity, suitable for children aged 4 and above. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, with a special counter catering to Indian tastes. This counter consistently featured parathas, half-cooked aloo sabji, heated samosas, and, albeit not our favorite, poha. However, the continental breakfast had excellent vegetarian choices. The spread for sauces, jams, juices, and yogurt was extensive, ensuring that everyone, from infants to those with specific dietary restrictions like Jain cuisine, could find something to enjoy.
