One of the best resorts we saw. I don't say it's the best, but compared to what we paid I can say it's the best deal. We got the whole package: private pool, bathtab, great pool and access to the sea from the hotel. The breakfast was good. And all the places you will sit in this resort are simply with good view to the sea. Also there are a lot of small pools in the resort as decorations with is idealy perfect. And the price is cheap. Especially compared to other resort which such facilities. But if I insist to tell you about the flaws I will tell you that: First, the overall facilities are a little old. You will find rust in a lot of spaces if you look good enough. The biggest problem was the fact that the pools inside the resort were not clean enough. I mean our private pool was not clean enough, the pools on the entrance looked awfully not clean enough and I even saw one some bird dead on some side pool. But again, you probably will not notice that. And we were at the resort in the off season and I'm sure they are more on it when it's the season. So basically if you look for a good deal then go for it.

Stayed in the beachfront room. Pool was clean and view was amazing. The hotel was located in a convenient area. Staffs were friendly. Downside was that there was only 1 feet towel for the whole room which was not enough as you would need more after coming back from the beach and also from the pool (2 different areas). There were some stains on the bathrobes and pillow case as well. Breakfast spread was just normal.

Almost perfect for relaxed beach break/holiday. Spacious clean room with spacious balcony. Breakfast buffet lot choice and very good quality, perfect. Only point for us was reservation for extra large bed and get normal double bed and tv only few channels in bad quality, hdmi not working. But these were just small details. Very nice beach, good beach beds with umbrella. Very friendly staff...will come back!!

This hotel is average we booked and paid extra for a villa there was no sea view block by other villa..the air conditioning was poor small air-conditioning unit for the villa so only the room is cool as cannot have the other half of villas door open as it is not big enough for the villa..staff some friendly some not English poor and restaurant poor choices and food was average with presentation and taste poor..the breakfast also same no air-conditioning in the room where buffet breakfast is served.. so eating breakfast and sweating at the same time...they do have egg station buy the cook does not know how to cook eggs ask sunny side up was given over easy ..but also lack of choice for breakfast..the seems to be only place in this resort that is cool is reception and your room everywhere else is bloody hot ..pool nice and close to the beach is only good thing about this place..will check elsewhere next time also the give you powder milk sachets for your cmplimentry tea and coffee and 2 sugar sachets

The photos online are very old. The room was run down and needs a serious upgrade. The shower had mould. The property doesn’t have the amenities advertised. It was all very misleading. We were booked in 3 nights but left after one - even though we’d prepaid for the whole thing. The ONLY positive was that the staff were really lovely. Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. 3 at best. Very pricey for what you get.

The best hotel!! The staff was super welcoming and the room was nice. We absolutely loved their breakfast and the whole stay was very relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back one day.

Great location. The Ocean View Villas open out to the sea and offer outstanding views. The private pools were very nice. Rooms were spacious. However, the hotel was very picky on minor things. Threatened to charge us 250 bhats for a misplaced plastic key card. They give just 3 tea bags in a room and anything additional will be charged. Similarly for water. Communication was a challenge since the staff at the reception hardly understand English. The breakfast spread was limited and remained the same everyday.

Booked the beach front villa with private pool. Very happy with the room, comfy bed, large bath and powerful shower. It was a stunning location with lots of quality restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty standard, don't be suprised to have curry dishes served up. It's Thailand. Good happy hour from 4pm to 7pm offering 1 for 2 drinks. Overall very happy with our 4 day stay

I have a great trip in this hotel. Nice pool access and great breakfast! Staffs were super friendly and room so clean with big jacuzzi!

Due to COVID problems, i know that a lof hotels does not working for almost 2 years. These one is good for that price, but breakfast really should be better. Everything else is really positive.

Came here for our honeymoon. Used credit card points, but the room prices were definitely competitive. Everything was super clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we had in Thailand. Staff was attentive and friendly. The included breakfast was very good each day. Bar drink prices were a bit high, but buy one get one happy hour was great. Beach was perfect. White sand, really easy to walk on. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay, we booked just a standard double room and the room was large and spacious and we even had a little bit of a sea view. Beds were comfy and AC worked well. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options and swimming pool was a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Staff friendly and helpful. Pillows were too large for us but I’m sure if we had of asked they would have changed them and the drains did smell a bit funky on the odd occasion but nothing to ruin the stay.

Excellent location for those seeking some peace and quiet yet not too far from the center... Free cab drops to Central Mall twice a day.. All rooms are with bathtub... Rooms are great, staff is extremely nice and helpful... Perfect . A suggestion.. could do with some more furniture in the room

This hotel is one if a kind. Excellent young friendly team, ALWAYS smiling and helpful. Chilled calm atmosphere. Clean/great value/good breakfast/excellent food lunches or evening meal /very sad to leave. If I can we will stay again.

We just spent a 5 night stay at the Samui Resotel. The room was fabulous, the resort was excellent, and it has a great location. The staff takes great pride in providing a wonderful vacation experience. Thank you to Mr L Sinthunan and his staff for their professionalism and service.
