place
which,
at
first
glance,
looked
impressive
with
its
new
style
and
attractive
exterior.
However,
there
seem
to
be
several
organizational
issues
that
the
owner
might
be
handling
incorrectly.
Despite
the
café's
popularity,
it
was
clear
that
the
staff
was
overwhelmed;
with
only
3
or
4
people
who
seemed
to
be
constantly
running
around.
This
situation
calls
for
hiring
more
staff,
as
the
current
team's
overexertion
is
impacting
the
quality
of
service.
I
experienced
significant
waiting
times:
an
hour
just
to
get
in,
followed
by
a
45-minute
wait
for
my
food.
This
sluggish
pace
indicates
a
need
for
improved
administrative
processes.
Regarding
the
food,
the
Pad
Thai
in
their
new
style
didn't
impress
me,
but
that's
just
my
personal
preference.
Overall,
it's
not
very
clear
what
customers
should
expect
upon
arrival.
People
seemed
confused
about
what
to
do
next.
Additionally,
the
prices
are
on
the
higher
side,
which
might
be
justified
by
the
status
of
the
establishment,
but
it's
something
to
consider.
These
aspects
made
the
experience
less
satisfying
than
anticipated.
