Great position on the beach front with pretty gardens. Staff are lovely, always smiling and helpful. Our room/bungalow was spacious, clean and had a king sized bed and air conditioning. Pick up and drop off at airport was very efficient. I left my watch in the room. Staff contacted me when they found it and sent it on to me. Brilliant service much appreciated. Would certainly book again.

I did not stay at the hotel but used their beach chairs & pool. Initially we walked further down the beach to check different places and The Cosy was the best price & location. With the purchase of beverages / food you can use their beach chairs and pool all day. They also provide towel rentals for 45 bath. We ended up coming back for a second time and the service & food was just as exceptional as the first. I highly recommend their seafood pasta. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and glad that we stumbled upon this quaint hotel.

Stayed in the beachfront bungalow for my birthday, the staff were lovely. They sang me happy birthday and brought out a free yummy dessert. Clean accommodation, right on the beach. We ended up booking more nights here after the first couple we stayed.

Right on the beach, we had the beachfront bungalow. Pool and restaurant right next to bungalow. Had our meals delivered to our patio:) great service and so convenient to everything. Laundry just down the soi, 2 minute walk, bike and car rental next door. Hotel also arranges all excursions. Loved watching the fisher men in the evring and incredible sunsets every night.

The place was closed when we arrived and had to use their reception phone to call the manager. He later arrived and didn't know where to turn on the electricity. There was gecko poop everywhere in the villa. The whole arrival was a disaster. When he mentioned about the other part payment, I said we would look for somewhere else to stay for the remainder of our stay. So sad and disappointed that I booked here. I would never book here again and advise others not to book the Hacienda Beach Resort.

Beautiful little resort! Nice garden and rooms. Its right on the beach and a stone throw away from some Restaurants. The beach was the nicest we found on Samui. Perfect place to have a quiet few days on the beach with your girlfriend! Would stay there again.

One romantic place to visit on the quiet Maenam beach ( 5 minutes from Fisherman’s) with 10 bungalows renovated and 3 news villas 2 bedrooms with private small pool. the stuff is very helpful and with high standards. they helped us with transportation to trips and locations. you can find delicious restaurants in the area. the resort is on the beach.

It used to be good quality food and very good service, but it seems the qualified staff moved to another (new) location of the same owner. Many items on the menu were not available, what we finally ordered was poor quality, for 5 persons served with 40min difference even though only one other table was busy. Food also not really hot. Service staff very poor, not interested to ask for additional drinks or anything.

Spent the day here, super staff, great food, sunloungers, pool, - we'll be back.

Massaman with pork, tasted real nice. Great view, as many of the beach restaurant has. Expensive, a small Chang 90B.
