Location wise this is a great spot. Not a far walk down to the town where you can find a host of things to do and eat. The resort itself is nicely kept, there's a bit of a walk up a hill though if your room is at the top and the restaurant and general pool are at the bottom of the hill. The nifty thing is that there are golf carts roaring around so you can always wave one of the helpful people driving to give you a lift back up the hill - the only quip is that since one of us was not able bodied there wasn't enough of being able to flag down a golf cart person when needed. But otherwise nothing to complain about :)

Hidden gem, located in clean quite area. We are staying at garden view private pool villa. Room is spacious and has nice decor aligned with Thai Style, beautiful bungalow walk to the beach. Beach almost feels private and clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has all kinds of good options and tastes delicious. Beautiful beach front public pool. This is not a party place, very private kinda quite and relaxing. We are so happy that we found this place :))

We stayed at the Nora beach hotel in a beach side pool villa. We had the most amazing stay. Rooms: the rooms were fantastic. Spacious, clean and had all the facilities you need. Service: Every part of the service for us was excellent. From the reception staff, to the restaurant staff, the spa, the cleaners and even the luggage and buggy guys. A particular mention has to go to Michelle who was fantastic. Location: we have been to koh Samui a few times and we actually think as a couple or family this is a perfect location, not far from chewang or fisherman village both great to eat and drink out, really close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes. And great beach access and some local shops just outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

Good place to stay more secure staff available 24 hrs. Good parking area staff behavior are good and supporting highly recommended. All over satisfied with what they charged.

The best place to stay in Koh Samui! All the area of the resort is beautiful. The staff really nice and always ready to help. The room has great views to the ocean. Very clean and quiet, perfect to a good night of sleep. The breakfast is really good with a lot to choose from. We really liked the pool, just in front of the beach and the perfect place to be at sunset, the sky looks amazing 🤩 We totally recommend it!

Fantastic resort the staff were amazing they take care of everything from scooter rental to boat trips. Ideal beachfront location with just a 3 minutes journey to the centre. We had normal room with great views if you get villa you won't get a view 😘 fantastic hotel will be back

Staying here right now - day one - arrival and room has been great. Staff at the reception greeted us well and had our room ready at the appointed time. Took us and our belonging to our room as well. From here things kinda go down hill with the restaurant. For a 4 star hotel they are lacking staff and the menu itself is old with typos and just looks like a cheap bar restaurant menu. They messed up our drinks as well. The spa was more expensive than everywhere else I’ve seen on the island even with their 30% discount. Ordering dinner here tonight and hope the food is good. This is my honeymoon and a bit disappointed - hope the rest of our time here is better moving forward. Will update this accordingly but right now would not recommend.

The property is an authentic Thai resort. It's situated in a lovely peaceful beach enclave. The pool and restaurant overlook the beach. Lovely to wake up and sleep to the sounds of nature. Definitely worth a stay ..

Should have a free airport shuttle . Had a Villa for 4 days. Was lovely. I don’t eat breakfast at these hotels I can’t handle the eggs which are not refrigerated. %17 tax on anything from the pool bar or restaurant. Makes it very expensive and quality of McDonald’s. Restaurant works could be better service . Front desk was very well run. Yea it’s far from town . 100 bhat for a truck taxi

We loved the stay there. Nice staff really good food in the restaurant and drinks in the pool at the swim up bar. Very beautiful setup with the bungalows. Drinksjquality is good but differs consistency depending on who makes it. Training required. But hey, they are better than at most other pool bars. Nice and quiet Beach.

The hotel is beautiful with a private beach access. The restaurant and bar also have great selections. However, this hotel is a bit far from central and you need taxi to get to and from most places. Additionally, I requested laundry service twice during my stay. My clothes were not pressed/ironed, which surprised me because out of all the hotels I have stayed in Thailand this is the only hotel where laundry service does not include pressing/ironing the clothes. Additionally, I bought a white short for my husband from H&M and sent it to the laundry so he can wear it the next day. When my laundry returned, the short have patches of blue stain all over. I was told the short was already stained when laundry service receives it because there was a blue dress in the laundry bag that was wet. I was very disappointment and had to throw the short away.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are old but well maintained and clean. No problem with wifi. I am very satisfied with the air conditioning. The view from the room was great. Seaview - Room 8237. Pool is greatly reserved, too. Restaurant of breakfast has few selections, but is delicious. Recommended.

Recently spent six nights here and so glad we did. Beautiful grounds, stunning beachfront location far from the madding crowds and lovely, friendly staff. Relaxation personified.

We really enjoyed our time at Nora, the staff were lovely and we're always there to help. We stayed in a villa with a private pool and it was very clean and comfortable.

I hate to say it, but I am extremely disappointed in Nora Beach and it is absolutely not worth the price we paid. This was meant to be the highlight of our trip in Koh Samui after spending the first half of the trip in another resort that was more affordable with lower ratings, which turned out to be substantially better in both quality and service than Nora Beach. Pros: - Beach front villa would have been a gorgeous view if it was not raining our entire stay - Private pool is really nice - The custom drinks at complimentary breakfast are good, so make sure to order one. - I personally liked the interior of the villa but my partner said he found it to be outdated. Cons: - Wifi is atrociously slow to the point that you can barely even use it. For the price of the accomodation I would expect better. I could even download an app from the App Store and mostly had to use my mobile hotspot. - Bed is terribly uncomfortable. It is hard but not firm, if that makes sense. I can feel the springs in the mattress. I don’t consider myself to be picky about mattresses and am fine with hard, soft, and medium, but this mattress is hard and poor quality with minimal support. - I am not at all impressed by the breakfast selection. It is very small compared to other resorts and and ALL of the food is cold despite being kept in warmers. Even the soups are lukewarm. Not only is the selection small, but the food options are poor quality other than the custom drinks. - Private cabana does not have cushions and when I called to request they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I find it hard to believe that other people don’t call and request cushions for their empty wooden cabana and also can see cushions and pillows in the resort photos. They did bring them eventually but they are just couch cushions and pillows, not lounge length. - TVs are the size of a computer monitor. - Beach front villas are so far from the entrance that you need to call reception to request a buggy to pick you up. The ride up is about 2-3 minutes and would be probably about a 10 min walk. - Not many places to walk. Not close to a main hub. - They did bring us a piece of cake the first day which was really nice, but they did not bring us forks and there is no cutlery in the room except teaspoons for coffee. There are about 14 glasses, but no cutlery. - Staff is really not that friendly or accommodating. Everyone except for the security/driving staff seem kind of irritated with you or like they don’t know what you’re talking about. Not a language barrier issue, they just don’t know. They are not very personal either. We felt very welcomed at our other resort and we did not feel that way at Nora. My lesson learned from our stay at Nora is that it’s honestly better to stay at hotels with lower ratings and be pleasantly surprised than to set high expectations for a fancy resort that doesn’t deliver.

Wonderful caring thoughtful staff who have mastered the attention to every detail. I was greeted and welcomed like family. Shown around the room and resort. Magnificent pool beside a breathtaking beach. Impeccable manicured grounds. Gorgeous gardens ponds trickling water ..a beautiful restaurant with great live music and seaside views. You will not be disappointed. Staff is very well informed about the needs of their guests. They even prepared a little breakfast box for my early flight departure and made sure I was at the airport on time. Worth it !

Hotel property and beach are decent; beach is quite shallow with lots of rocks and no bars on this resort are open, only the restaurant bar at night time which is pretty inconvenient as you’re forced to use room service if you want a drink. Hotel staff don’t ever pick up the phone if you need something so you have to walk up to the front desk and even then they aren’t very helpful or willing to answer your questions. Also quite far away from any night life or entertainment if you’re looking for that sort of stuff. Nice quiet spot but staff and lack of amenities dampened the whole experience.

Hotel is okay rooms are clean and spacious but all the rest is horrible. The bar is not appealing, the pool is really to hot and the beach is not that nice is front. I’ve been in Thailand over a month now in different hotels and this was easily the worst breakfast I ever had. Anyways, for the price, this is not that bad but for me it doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars.

The hotel is half open and unfortunately there is a lot of maintenance urgently needed. The room required the safe and the telephone to be fixed. Then a water pipe broke and there was no water. We were moved to a bungalow and when entering it had to open the doors and windows to let out the unpleasant smell. The tv had to be fixed as there was no signal. At the pool in the afternoon there were no towels available. When requesting for towels was told that they have not yet arrived from cleaning… so had to leave the pool without any towel, drying up as we walked soaking wet to the room… The breakfast was unfortunately a disappointment. The quality and diversity of the food is poor. The only bread available is the cheapest one can find in a supermarket. Overall the hotel needs updating and overall TLC. We understand that Covid may create a serious impact on business as it is evident everywhere is the island but the tired and unresponsive attitude of the staff is something that is not acceptable. They have forgotten all about customer service. The engineers sent to fix the safe and tv and housekeeping staff are far more friendly than the reception, pool and restaurant staff….

Absolutely beautiful resort with fantastic buffet breakfast which has variety food and fresh coffee of choices. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The pool is also spectacular, which is near the beach, and very clean.

The facilities could need some love. Room cleaning is also not good. Unfortunatly there are a lot of Russians here. You know the deal. They don't know how to behave as normal humans. Bar at the entrance, Spa and the free shuttle to the town is closed.

Wonderful experience of staying in this resort. Room is super comfortable. Whole Resort is super calm and peaceful. Breakfast is tasty but less if variety. Overall experience is too good for relaxation.
