Again, since we are unable to give it zero stars I gave it a one. Stayed here in March. If we knew you would need climbing boots to go from the beach to rooms things could have been different. Walking across the road is always an adventure for you must be aware of the buses flying at you at 90 kilometers. The beach is polluted with who knows what. Which is not the best kept secret. It smells and is slimy and my best way to explain is this is an island where does the waste go? The only one positive is the extremely hot water in the room. It will scorch you. There are better places to stay on the island I hope you find the right one.

My wife and I stayed here 2 years ago and I never got around to writing a review. The Place has been in my thoughts for a long time. I love having a room with a view not just on the beach. We got one of the vila's with a private pool. The whole experience was so much fun. But Then My wife sent my paints to the Landry to get cleaned. Little did she know there was $300 US in the side pocket. (safe keeping) yeah. Well before I knew it was gone. We had just came back from dinner and the front desk asked me to come over so they could talk to me. I was pleasantly surprised to get my $300 US back that they found when cleaning my pants. This put them over the top. can't wait to go back thanks to all the staff.

I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. Hands down the worst travel experience I’ve ever had! They mainly cater to bus loads of Chinese tourists so had no pride in their service. First of all, the hotel is nothing like the photos - the rooms are run down with loose taps, cracked sinks, TV not working and air con that needed repairing. The pools were green and not useable with mouldy pool lounges. 90% of gym equipment was broken and unsafe. Towels were constantly not replaced after room service and they would only provide it if you physically walked down to reception yourself. Breakfast was bad quality and even ran out of cutlery and plates/bowls on most days. Staff were completely incompetent and most did not speak English. For example, we informed reception that we are waiting for a car pick up and when the driver came, they told them we are not there despite us sitting right in front of her! We ended up hanging out at our friends’ hotel (the fantastic Banana Fan) and even booked a night in Koh Phangan just to stay away from this horrible place. Please do yourself a favour and don’t go near this place!

Do not stay at this resort. The staff are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across, our room had a broken TV, aircon and bath, a leaking sink which resulted in the floor being covered in water which then resulted in slipping over and last but not least, the toilet was even missing a flush button! We contacted them numerous times to fix the faults in our room however they did not make any effort other than ringing us at 10pm offering a new room (it was pitch black and rude to call at that time of night). Spend the extra money and stay else where because this place is absolutely pathetic. This may explain why the resort was pretty much empty for our entire stay. Absolute joke of a so called “resort”. Maybe with the money people pay to stay there that you could spend it on training you staff because God knows it doesn’t go to keeping the rooms in check! Absolute disgrace. I would give this place -10/5 stars if I could.

Service quality needs to be improved. It is my observation that they have lack of staff to run such a huge resort. It must have been really good in old times but now it's not. Everything is pretty old and the resort is in need of renovation. The beach in front is very dirty and unused by guests so are the swimming pools. So don't be fooled by the pretty pictures of pools & beach side photos in the website. Overall, I expected more from this place.

Near the airport and therefore quite a trip to chaweng or anywhere else... taxis are expensive.. 300 baht to start basically and car hire is high at 12 or 1300 a day. If you stay here the best bet is to get a motorbike at 200_300 baht per day. As regards the resort it is on a steep incline going down to a beach with individual chalet style rooms some of which feature an outside private pool of a reasonable size.. probably 5m ×3m and a massive bathroom with a shower room at one end and a jaccuzzi at the other with louvre doors opening onto the pool. We were there at the very end of August and I think there may have been only one or two other rooms occupied. We were disappointed to discover that breakfast was not included in the 2500 a night rate and there is nowhere nearby to eat. The entire place is a little old and getting a bit tatty but still has some very nice features. We probably got a poorer impression of its potential in that covid has reduced this place and most of the rest of Samui (that is still open) to 'tickover status'.

Bad experience, dont book here. This was once probably a nice resort but now completely old and run down. Pool was so dirty and green no one was in there. The beach is dirty and the beach chairs are old. The room looked old and they need to repaint everything and get new furniture. No insect control ( like citronella candles). No breakfast included. Personal did not even ask how our stay was when we checked out. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Very poor service. The staff are not very helpful. When we checked in we were offered a room where in the phone was not working and the bathroom was clogged though there were other rooms available. I guess the staff was just trying to sell the room inspite of knowing the issues. We were then offered other room and had to love all over again from the hillside to beach side. At least the hotel should have considered we had a toddler. When we checked in another room the wine glass was broken and the towel was in miserable condition(had many holes). When I informed the reception, the staff who can't speak any English just told us its a beach towel. There was only staff named Daniel who was really helpful and offered his best. He gave us a complimentary Dinner Buffet which was again not that great. The breakfast was pathetic. Overall a bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed there and payed 340 a night for the best room to treat ourselves for once. However the room was dirty the buildings are so run down, there is garbage everywhere. I complained in a nice way and all I got was 3 breakfast included and 1 free taxi when the guy said at the start it was free shuttle to downtown and refused to take me a second time. However staff are friendly Daniel the manager is very lovely and helped out. There was a spider and a big lizard that didnt leave our room I told them that theres a hole and when I broke a piece of glass they charged me 25 aus dollars after they said it would be less. The food and the restaurant not good for the price highly disappointed but staff very friendly. When I said something all I got was free breakfast for 3 days not even the whole 5 days.

good---very big rooms with balcony and atmosphere, great tropical garden, big comfortable bed. bad---the restaurant is so so,the food is not very inviting, not very good service .you can feel very well that no effort was done in how the food looks like. the old air-condition is just infront of the bed so you feel the wind on your faec when you sleep because its not possible to control the a/c wings. the tv and the safe are old.the water in the bathroom were not really hot, no need to add cold water.

When we arrived at the deluxe Villa with an ocean view and private pool we were disappointed. The room is poorly maintained and looks very aged. The water pot old, TV is a model from the 90s, the shower outside wasn't covered and it's cement filthy, mosquitos flying through the windows. As just some examples, this isn't what we had in mind for our honeymoon. Badu the manager helped us out and we were able to relocate to a similar but slightly smaller room(no ocean view) and no refund back on anything. It was a superb room in comparison and felt luxurious. Better maintained, clean, no bugs, more modern and more. Old room I think is 5206, new room was 5103. It would have been more worth it if we got that room from the start, but we booked the more expensive room.

No Wi Fi. Unreliable housekeeping could not even get fresh towels or soap some days - if they turned up at all. Pool was empty and bar and café closed. I stayed here in December 2018 and was told it was 4 star. To be honest it had been let run down - peeling paint and broken tiles. Breakfast not American style as advertised - Chinese catered for coffee cold.Service very poor - not even the landline worked. Faulty Towers is a good comparison.

Amazing villa located near Koh Samui Beach. Loved the rooms layout and services.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Our first room had a faulty air conditioner and we were moved to another room. Both these rooms were near the top pool and both rooms needed maintenance and just seemed a bit dated. We stayed another night a few days later and were put in one of the bottom rooms (other side the road) which were much better.

Rooms were in a great location but the stairs were steep and seemed a bit dangerous. Phones didn't work so you couldn't order room service and made being at the top of the hill quite dangerous. When food or drink was ordered it took ages as there were no printers to sign the bill and the staff came and asked us in our rooms to pay cash. The air conditioners were old and mouldy and when we arrived they didn't even tag our bags and I was told to come and show them which was our bags sometime later. The staff were poorly trained and couldn't speak much English and to top it off the Chinese guests were all very rude and loud and made breakfast uncomfortable. Over all steer clear for the price and look elsewhere. Dont be fooled by the pictures as they must be at least 10 years old.
