An Upscale Gem on a secluded beach⛱️! This upscale beachfront and boutique hotel is hidden gem in a quiet area of Koh Samui (but is directly adjacent to the Intercontinental Hotel). The hotel has impeccable rooms - either with a view or in a private villa and all directly accessible to the sublime white sandy secluded beach. The waves are more gentle than on Lamai and other parts of island. The Swiss-Thai family owners and their longtime staff make you feel so welcome. The food is made from scratch and was so delicious. This was one of those fortunate lucky random bookings because we needed a hotel over the holiday. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday faw away from the maddening crowds in a smaller upscale hotel, I highly recommend Sunset Beach Resort.

The staff are exceedingly friendly and nice. When I unexpectedly became ill, they asked how I was doing and were very nice. Next time I'm in koh samui I'll come here
