Nice castle and gardens. It was good to see a farmer's market on Sunday with lots of families enjoying a snack and the sun.

The “castle” itself is shallow inside, nothing to see for 6,50€. The garden is nice though, but you can see it for free and enjoy a walk with your dog.

I was running in the park when i got run to this beautiful palace or castle coz it looked the both from outside, it look you can rent it also coz there was an private party in the backyard, but in general it give the rich vibe of the town which beautiful more i thought, The Netherlands always have cool surprises like this one

Beautiful location for Bark in the Park. Well planned out! Restaurant was too busy with a 45 minute waiting time for borrelbites- all that was available. So didn't bother. Exterior could do with more bins. Especially if so many dogs coming and going.

Huge park to walk, do some exercise, go with your dog or relax reading a book. The building is beautiful and you can visit it. During christmas there is a winter market. Also, near the castle (15 min walk) there is a place to eat pannenkoeken, so is also perfect place to go with kids. The entrance is free and there is a parking for cars.

The beautiful grounds of this gorgeous country estate are open (free of charge). The cafe is also open for takeaway of coffee and some limited menu of pastries/food.

The castle itself isn't that big. It has some art exhibition and an educational section for kids. Toilet is amazingly clean and there are lockers available. The shop has some very interesting itens and it differs from standard dutch museum shops. Entry costs €6.5 and museum card is not accepted. The gardens around are stunning.

The castle itself is nice. The large garden and the woods are wonderful. It is a good destination for a bicycle tour or walk. Rent you bicycle at Hilversum station or walk from Baarn station. Lots of parking space near the castle. The restaurant is good.

We have a dog that is a West Highland White Terrier. We belong to a club which have an interest in this dog type. Anyway, this club organised a walk at this place and it was great. We got to meet many people that had this dog type and were able to walk without the leash. The grounds have different routes that you could walk, with or without your dog. The place has it's own restaurant and car park. Definitely a great place to go if you want to be outdoors for fresh air.

Nice place for a walk, big park, dog-, handicap- and children-friendly. Good choice of farmer's food in a shop.

Sinterland review : Absolutely horrible organized - don’t make the mistake to book a slot thinking that this will give you a nice Sunday afternoon experience. We waited 2 hrs in the cold for 20 Eur per person plus parking. They just maximize profits selling tons of tickets and offering a long wait without anything in return … I wish there would be a way to review this organization

This 'castle' is a very big mansion built in 1710. We visited Klaterklanken, a walk in the beautiful gardens with 5 10 minutes concerts by young musicians. Very nice way to spend a day.

Very informative guide. Fun to walk through and look around, and on the top floor was a fun little kids play part.

According to the locals the inside of the castle is not very interesting. The castle grounds and garden are beautiful to explore though. The restaurant also had surprisingly delicious food for a reasonable price. Also very friendly staff too!

Great place for outdoor walks and drinks with snacks. Also good place for kids to play outside. Beware, with good weather can be crowded, resulting in longer waiting time for food/snacks

Unfortunately due to staff shortage there was self service in the restaurant. Except from this lovely place. If you love nature, a good walk and a lovely cup of coffee I would recommend visiting.

You can freely walk the garden, no tickets needed. Excellent place for a picnic! Dogs don't have to be kept on a leash.

Searching for Kabouters has been set up very nicely, very well done and a lot of effort has been put into setting it up.

Lovely place to walk with kids and dog. Little petting zoo and well stocked farm shop just a short walk away (with seasonal treats like gluhwein and olliebollen) make it somewhere to spend a few hours without getting bored.

Always nice and quiet for a good walk. The scenery is good and always the option for a drink or something to eat. Lots of parking space also.
