The best is the view from the room. The second best is all gym facilities are working properly and the view from the gym is stunning. The 3rd best is they provide indomie on breakfast menu 😬 The worst is about the rooms that is not soundproof. I ordered family room type. I hard to sleep because I could hear sounds from the room on the left and right of my room. Hopefully they can provide solutions for this issue. Thank you.

Mostly happy.. Easy to locate, accurately shown on maps. Limited vehicle parking space especially if any events held. Spacious room, great room, various foods during breakfast. They serve european food, american breakfast and local food for breakfast, even Indomie (one of the famous in Indonesia). View from 8th floor was just magnificient, staffs hospitality also 4 thumbs up. The only minor thing for me is just the amenities. Consider the others services, the amenities provided looks poor. But still ok, we still can buy our own for this.

Stayed one night here, just because we need to attend an event located near this hotel. Unfortunately, it was a really bad staying experience. There was a loud DJ music from the cafe until past midnight. When I was checking in, I actually asked the receptionists about that event promo, and I requested clearly that I don't want to be disturbed by the music. They made sure that the live music event ended at 11pm (as mentioned in their printed poster there). Later that night, I complained to the receptionist by phone and through Whatsapp chat. It was like talking to an answering machine, cause all staff just repeatedly tried to explain some procedural answer without actually solving the issue. Until around 1 am in the morning, I still can't get a proper sleep due to the loud music. Aside from that, the bed sheet and cover was also dirty. The room was dusty and shower's broken as well. The bed is too firm, not comfortable at all. It's a shame they put a slogan "good sleep guaranteed" (almost everywhere!). I appreciate the morning shift hotel manager, who tried her best to make up for my dissapointment. But what's done is done. They need to improve almost everything to live up to their 4-stars hotel standard.

Greeting staycationist, It's a bit late review actually, since I've been here bunch of times when the name of the hotel is still Olympic. Not sure where the name came from as I couldn't find any olympic things here other than the pool. I liked to spend the night here. Price is reasonable and the rooms are great. Hot water is always available anytime. A little dislike about traffic accessibility to reach this place. Sometimes out off the highway gate can be so stuck. I'm sure the photo of the rooms are plenty here. So I'm just going to show you one of my favorite things to do here. Slacking to the couch and looking outside for a moment. The bed is good especially for people with backache. The room is soundproof. The pro n con of location, the pro it is easy to access, very near to the highway, the con: it is located in an industrial compound, so the road to the hotel is full with big trucks, no pedestrian, you need vehicle to go out from the hotel.

Compare to others, it is expensive for the room price and we dont get breakfast voucher also. We book for the Family room, but the space is just the same with Supperior or deluxe room, it just the same room with an extra bed.

The hotel is great and luxury but little bit expansive but it's ok, cause suitable with the service and what we get. The location is also strategically near to some important place like Indomaret, restaurant, etc. This hotel is also clean and comfort for relaxing. Recommended.

Services still excellent, room & public area was clean, good location, very good wifi connection. Got room with factory view. Food was average, but their dessert was the best (both on their breakfast buffet and wedding event). Swimming pool need to be cleaned more often, kids play room good enough for about 8-10 toddler

The hotel location is not far from the toll exit, it's just that for me it's not prime. At first, I really wanted to stay near Taman Budaya or Sentul City, because it is close to many cafes/restaurants. Bigland is in an industrial area.

Their room is nice, and they have unique breakfast menu for time to time. Their pool are not so big and exposed to direct sunlight so it might get a bit hot if the day are sunny.

Just pass by and waiting friend for another trip. Don't have a chance to stay. Only go to restaurant and order some menu. The restaurant is giving good serve. Thank you and very pleased. 🙏

I believe BIG LAND Sentul one of the best and strategic hotels in bogor I ever visit its near by toll road in Sentul so to avoid traffic and very clean so comfortable rooms plus the staff's of hotel so helpful & friendly always smiling welcoming greetings 👌🏽 to communicate with them by English language no problem with that at all otherwise not like some hotels around .. I used to stay in BIG LAND it was nice experience to spend two days in RAMADAN with my family.. Thanks BIG LAND Sentul 🙏🏾

A comfy hotel for staycation in Bogor.

I think at this condition (covid-19 pandemic), the hotel management should not put to many visitors that stayed at this hotel in one floor. It is just too much crowded when we want to go outside or to take the elevator. The hotel should improve their health protocol, because there are plenty of people wandering around not wearing a mask.

This hotel has a strategist location, near to exit toll. A comfortable place to stay. Last time, I stayed in a clean superior room with 2 kids. The roof pool is cool, you can bring your kids swim there. I really enjoy the break fast, miscellaneous and delicious, assorted pastry is may fave.

Relatively a nice place despite its location very near to Jakarta-Bogor toll road. I rent a room on the 6th floor. There is a swimming pool on the top so you can enjoy it free for the hotel's guest. The breakfast is nice too,,

dont get smoking room, cant use pool at night for smoke, cant use balcony at night for smoke.. i need quiet space for enjoying this hotel.. if the hotel want keep the safety, just put some people or use some camera to see how safety is..

I spent my weekend with my wife & we stayed in room #0732 . Front Office team, Security team, FB team & Housekeeping team did a great job, they were very helpful. A little disappointed, because when I ordered room service, the employee who picked up the phone spoke to me while laughing because she was joking with his colleague. Things like this shouldn't happen, because it shows she was unprofessional. But overall everything was good. Thank you for your hospitality & thank you Mr. Abdul Rohim for helped us during our stay. Me & my wife were very happy.

The hotel was just okay. Located in industrial area, so there were lots of "Optimus Prime". The road to the hotel was rough. The food are fantastic!

Surprisingly fulfilling their tagline, “good sleep guaranteed”. Got here for business trip and good sleep is what I had. Additionally their red velvet is also very nice.

Except for the location (betwen Jkt & Bogor), all experienced was prima incl.the meal served. 👍🏻

the rooms are quite nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. the food is also good, close to toll road access. the only drawback is that the location is in an industrial area so if you walk there is not much food around the hotel
