We were last weekend at this hotel. We booked 2 rooms at Corendon Hotel Urban. But when we got there, they told us, we have to stay in Corendon Hotel Plaza, because refugees from Ukraine are staying now in Corendon Hotel Urban. They are in the same yard, but they could say it to us on the time, that we have to stay at another hotel! We saw on the Booking, that breakfast is included in the price and you have to pay extra for sauna&pool. But when we got there, they told us, we have to pay breakfast 17.50€ per person and sauna&pool are for free. They should change this information on Booking! Check-in at hotel is at 3 p.m. If you want to enter the room before 3 p.m., you have to pay 10€ per hour. The room was nice but the bath shampoo doesn't smell good. The pool at the hotel was fine. In the end, everything was fine, but it would be better to put more information on Booking or change some of them (like "breakfast included in the price" or staying at another hotel).

Corendon Plaza far exceeded all my "airport hotel" expectations. Free shuttle was on time and easy to hop on/off with luggage. The hotel looked great, staff was welcoming and friendly, amenities included restaurants, bars, a small grocery store, and even a nightly cinema show. Rooms were very quiet, uncluttered, with high-end finishes. My bed and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed overnight and actually wished I could stay longer! Highly recommend!

A good experience staying at the hotel near the airport. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. I had a room that has a good view of the airport which looked lovely at night. I appreciate that there free bus rides are provided from and to the airport. It is short ride from the hotel to Schiphol airport for my flight home. There is self-help convenience store to buy food such as sandwiches and drinks near the hotel hobby. The hotel serves a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet.

Rooms neat, clean, and lacking in soul. Paper cups in room - no glass. Tissues provided, excellent shower and provision of towels. Restaurant a la carte menu was very limited but well prepared food with good service: steaks, burgers and salmon. Pricing was standard. Rooms a bit overpriced unless you get a really good deal. Front desk service was slow. Plenty of information provided, good e-communications. Airport bus service very good, but hard to find bus stop outside schiphol.

Loved our stay here. The hotel and our room was lovely and clean. The Christmas decorations were nice to see. The buffet was excellent. We took a tour of the 747 which was a highlight. It needs to be booked in advance and there is a small fee but it's well worth it. There are shuttles to the airport and city which are super convenient. The pool is large and nice and warm. And there is a movie theatre! Would definitely stay here again.

The major plus point of this hotel is the shuttle bus that picks up the guests to/from airport and the city of Amsterdam. Furthermore, the interior of the hotel is modern (especially the reception area). The room was spacious and clean. I had a nice view outside even though there were nothing much to see. Also they have provided with essential amenities. The breakfast buffet had various variations. There are small cinema and a small grocery store inside the Plaza. If I am not mistaken they also host night club in the hotel but it doesn’t stay open til very late but with reasonable hour.

The rooms and environment are clean but a little worn but I believe they are in the process of refurbishment. The sound insulation is not great, our room overlooked the lobby and at night it's quite noisy. The spa and pool are lovely and I had a fantastic massage from Ferdy, highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. So many helpful staff members and very friendly. The lobby is well made with a bar on the other side of reception. Their breakfast spread was of good quality. Drinks are well made. Dinner was also an offering of various options in a buffet style and self-serving beverages. There’s a shuttle can take you to the airport and from there you can buy tickets for the train to go into Amsterdam Centraal. I would note of the start and stop times though. Rooms were well kept and comfortable. I would recommend this location if you’re visiting.

A great option to stay overnight before an early morning flight probably it is a top quality Airport hotel. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed everything was perfect as we expected from arrival to departure. I loved to attitude of the staff the comfort of the room and the stunning gardens with a Aircraft B747 parked. There is shuttle service available from to airport At every 30 minutes which is very convenient and free of cost. Highly recommended I would definitely gonna come back with my wife.

Amazing hotel less than 10mins (on a bus) from the Amsterdam Airport. Free shuttle service every 30 minutes (we used the shuttle not only after landing/before departing but also to catch the bus to Keukenhof Tulip Gardens). Room was spacious (3 people in one room with a partition wall which ensured privacy). Big bathroom with both: bathtub and shower. Friendly and welcoming staff always available at the reception. Big dining area which didn’t feel overcrowded during breakfasts. Breakfasts versatile although every day same servings (still: lots of options to choose from). Overall experience: great and comfy stay! We had a minor issue (not hotel’s fault) with the room and the hotel manager personally showed up to offer help and show us his support (we very much appreciated it).

Nice modern hotel. Reasonable rates. The room air-conditioning would never get below 21.2 deg C even though I set it down to 20 deg C. The hotel restaurant is a buffet and is all you can eat and drink for 2 hours. 63 Euro for 2 people. Food was acceptable though many of the hot dishes were almost cold.

Beautifully designed and looks inviting. Point of attention is staff, encountered 2 stafmembers at the entrance of the restaurant talking (off job topic) with each other and I asked if I could ask them where I could find the washrooms/bathrooms, they looked at me but continued talking with each other. Only after asking again they acknowledged my existence and pointed me in the right direction. Quite rude and not very hospitable.

The only plus for me was the shuttle service. The food in the restaurant was dry eggs, you couldn’t even toast the bread, and the selection was not a variety. I was supposed to have a room with a queen bed but got two beds next to each other and I was falling in between every night. I had the same dead fly in the bathroom for three days because the cleaning is non existent, they only change the bedding, if you’re in the room they’ll “clean” the floor with dirty mops🙄 The staff was not welcoming, not a good morning or a smile, and no hospitality. My first night I called the receptionist to ask about the times for the pool, he was rushing me and said he had a costumer and had to answer his questions, but why are you picking up a phone if you’re answering another guest’s questions. Why not do one at a time and answer my call later? And am I not a customer also? I’m I not a guest of the hotel also🙄 If I could I would look at other hotels and save Nye money from this hotel, it needs work and the staff needs manners. The only welcoming staff I encountered was the spa staff, he was welcoming and hospitable.

Good location for Schiphol Airport, only about 8 minute drive to the terminal valet parking (P6). Service is good and facilities are fantastic with a bar/restaurant (excellent all you can eat deal here, probably the best buffet I have ever had), cinema, self-service mini market, skybar and fitness facilities. This all starts off well... Until you get to the room! We took the Junior Suite (I believe this is the second largest room tier) and we shocked to find that the floor was a strange vinyl material. Horrible to walk on and really gave the room a medical vibe. The bathroom was very nice with a tub and seperate shower, but the vinyl flooring in the bedroom was too much. I can imagine it makes the room very easy to clean, but reduces the guest's comfort significantly. Get some carpet, wood... even laminate flooring would be far better! At the very least, how about a rug? A bonus was that we were able to request extra pillows that arrived within minutes of request and the bed was rather comfortable, but I'm still having nightmares about that floor.

Great value with free airport shuttle, excellent customer service, clean basic room with frig, coffee, comfortable bed & AC. I appreciated that there was no carpet, decorative pillows or other unwashed decor and a door to open for outside air, good shower, traditional coat hangers to dry clothes, great sauna, steam room & cold buckets in spa. The room was long & narrow so fine for 1 person with 1 carry-on with very little surface space. Beautiful garden space!

Our flight was canceled and we were given a voucher for the Corendon Hotel. After a very stressful time before getting to the hotel and finding out how wonderful it was, it almost made up for the rest of the day. The room was very nice and the buffet was excellent. If we ever make it back to Holland we will definitely stay here.

I’m retarded. I got on the Ibis bus to the hotel because it parked where the corendon bus picks people up at the airport so me and my wife who is a midget had to walk 580 meters along the highway to reach the hotel. Breakfast was fair, she was happy they had a small counter she could reach the wieners and eggs. Salad sucked because only dressing was mayonnaise or ketchup

Great service extremely nice staff in everything except their in house taxi service. A big fellow with a black van. Was extremely rude, refused to speak to my wife, showed up early to the scheduled ride and the left leaving us stranded at the hotel.

Good hotel for a quick stay near the airport. Airport shuttle comes every half hour and is very reliable in my experience. Amenities at the hotel include a gym, pool, sauna, and steam room which is incredibly nice after a long flight. Did not try the buffet but instead ordered food to the hotel which was easy enough, the front desk held it for me and called me down to pick it up. Not good if you want to explore Amsterdam or Haarlem but perfect if you just want to stay near the airport.

Rooms great and shuttle service is perfect. Now for the bad bits. Was told we needed to pay extra for slippers to use the pool and spa. There was a children's swimming lesson on when we went down so the pool was partly blocked off. I also noticed none of the children was wearing the slippers that we had to buy. As a result of the children being there, it was very noisy and the pool probably had a lot of urine in it. It wasn't relaxing like we expected. We paid for the all you can eat buffet, and although the food and drink was nice with a good selection. We found it hard to get in as the people couldn't find us on the system. The sky bar was also closed when we came.

Convenient overnight stay in transit. SHUTTLE from airport Pick up area C13(small signage!), can be challenging to find. Directly below the walkway from airport to Sheraton Hotel Cross two roads and same spot as/next to B16 Every quarter past and quarter to the hour ROOM More than satisfactory for overnight Good air conditioning cool or warm Wise to remove one of double duvet or you will be cooked BUFFET Dinner buffet is very good with massive choices Breakfast is also good

I highly recommend this hotel to stay near the airport. The half-hourly shuttle runs on time and is quick and free. With the easy and reliable connection to Schiphol you can connect by plane and train to everywhere. Staff are friendly but I send they are a little bit stretched. In other words, they need a few more staff in the front area as they seem stressed (but still helpful and friendly). We didn't eat there so can't comment. Room was a twin. Comfortable, quiet. Much bigger than the average room in Amsterdam. The Boeing is an added bonus and I recommend you to take the lift up to the Sky Bar because its fun!

The whole Corendon village is great! It’s modern, quite fancy considering the price, and cozy and very comfortable. We had dinner at the all you can eat ($34 per person) and breakfast the next morning ($19 per person). That part isn’t cheap but delicious, with all you can drink Heineken! Next time we fly through Amsterdam we will definitely stay here again. And there’s a free shuttle to the airport, and a paid one to the train station (not sure how much that one is)

Nice rooms (although, I was surprised to find the "carpet" was a patterned floor), buffet restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Swimming and gym facilities were nice. Hotel shuttle service was swift and located exactly where the website stated. Helpful staff.

Corendon Village Buffet has excellent choice! For only 29 euro the selection is immense. It even includes unlimited beer & wine. It’s very good value.

It’s a convenient location for Schiphol airport but miles away from Amsterdam proper. Rooms are hit or miss. No matter which property you book (plaza, urban or apartments) they seem to allocate rooms randomly. The apartments are great, the plaza rooms not so much. Some rooms are next to the central atrium which - despite pretty good sound insulation- can get a bit rowdy

I love this hotel. It is close to the airport, provides shuttle to the airport, has a sinema for free, spa for free, a sports bar, a perfect restaurant, a supermarket open 24/7, even a live music bar on top where tourists do tourist dance:). You can spend quality time in the hotel. As for breakfast...it is a feast here. I had an upgrade so I was given actually a small flat as a room and It felt really like home here in this hotel during my 3 nights stay this summer. They have open buffee dinner for 29 euro which we tried in one of the nights with my group and we loved it. Abundance of great food, from Asia to Middle East to Europe. The hotel staff is kind, helpful and they all have positive attidute. But I would like to thank especially Mrs Nuray and Mrs Şerefiye at the restaurant for their kindness in helping me organise a group dinner at the restaurant. We had a beautiful time !

The staffs are quite rude. I reported one of the sockets in my room doesn't work, and the staff was like “I don’t know this word, I can’t help you.” Then I suggested they send someone up here so I can show them what I was complaining about. A male staff came and plugged out my TV stick straight away without asking my permission and did not even let me explain my concerns (I was going to tell him it’s the left one not working instead of the TV stick one and trying to point it to him), he interrupted me didn’t let me finish and shouted “Stay back, keep a distance with me” along with physical movement.” He acted like I gonna attack him out of the blue. Which I found super offended by his behaviours, touching my belonging without my permission, interrupting and ignoring my explanation, and making me feel threatened and attacked (raising his voice alongside with physical acts). At the end he forced the plug in with brute force and then said to me with a mocking or dismissive tone of voice what doesn't work? I don’t feel safe stay in a hotel that has staff behaving like this.

One night spent due to cancelled flight. Very soft bed, nearly too soft. Clean big apartment. I've got no complains. But the area is very boring in the middle of nowhere. Short ride to the airport, but about 20-30 min taxi to the old town in Amsterdam. They do have shuttle bus to the city.

Nice hotel close to the airport. However I booked this hotel to see the 474-400, and the airplane is only open on special days or occasions, which was a disappointment, so only being able to walk around but not inside was a shame. (Hence 3 stars). 😔 Easy to get to via bus. Bus cost was €6.50. Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner buffet starting at 5pm. They also have a free airport shuttle. Bed was very soft, room and bathroom clean. It’s all ok for what it was.
