Unfortunately,
our
experience
at
this
hotel
has
been
rather
subpar,
and
the
issues
persist
to
this
day.
We,
a
group
of
11
individuals,
booked
three
rooms
for
a
two-night
stay.
Upon
arrival,
we
were
informed
that
only
one
room
was
reserved,
necessitating
several
hours
of
waiting
for
the
reception
to
find
a
resolution.
Despite
the
inconvenience,
the
reception
provided
us
with
four
rooms
instead
of
three,
disrupting
our
plans.
However,
one
of
these
rooms
turned
out
to
be
a
double
room
with
an
additional
makeshift
bed,
rather
than
a
proper
one.
Although
we
requested
a
more
comfortable
mattress,
it
was
never
addressed.
During
the
room
retrieval
process,
we
were
informed
that
we
needed
to
return
the
next
day
due
to
one
room
being
booked
by
another
guest.
This
proved
inconvenient
as
it
required
us
to
revisit
the
reception,
altering
our
plans
and
activity
reservations
in
Amsterdam.
As
compensation,
the
hotel
offered
us
breakfast,
which
was
appreciated.
The
following
day,
upon
returning
to
the
reception,
we
were
informed
that
there
was
no
need
to
change
rooms
after
all,
despite
having
already
packed
our
belongings.
Once
again,
they
extended
the
offer
of
complimentary
breakfast.
Upon
checking
out
on
the
last
day,
we
were
surprised
to
be
presented
with
an
unexplained
additional
charge
of
€300.
Only
after
the
intervention
of
a
manager
were
we
told
that
we
didn't
need
to
pay.
The
situation
persists
as,
for
the
past
week,
my
friend
has
been
wrongly
charged
€100
plus
an
additional
€125.
Despite
contacting
the
hotel,
they
provide
no
explanations,
only
assuring
reimbursement.
However,
the
person
in
question
has
been
charged
an
additional
€125
again,
without
any
clarifications.
This
has
become
an
unresolved
and
frustrating
situation.
