When in Baguio: My first time at Hill Station. Rustic ambiance yet elegant atmosphere. Good food at a reasonable price. Excellent service. Nice and accommodating staff. Highly recommended.

BEST SALAD (and sauce) I've ever tasted! Also the fish and chips DIP (may gad!) A big plus as well kahit wala kaming reservation the crews still welcome us and provide a seat for us. Ambience is so great for date nights! all food servings are great, but overall there crew/cooks are top notch for sure! will visit again, definitely Baguio's a MUST visit.

We absolutely loved this place. And immediately thought of going back once we return to Baguio. We ate here during breakfast and all the food we ordered were so good. First time trying Eggs Benedict and it was a delight. Excited to try their dinner and lunch menu soon. Also, the place was gorgeous! Lastly, all of the staff was friendly and their service: easy S-tier. Kudos to all of them!

Came here for desserts. By the way, you need to reserve if you're visiting during peak hours. We came around 9pm so we didn't need a reservation. The place looks decent and more like a fine dining. The lights are dim (you can see this in my photos since I didn't edit them), they have complimentary bread and water, and the food's quite pricey except for the desserts. That's what we came here for. We ordered death by chocolate, ice cream palette and cordillera heirloom coffee. Death by chocolate is simple a lava cake served with vanilla ice cream. I love it! It's not to sweet and the cake's moist. Ice cream palette consists of 5 flavors of ice cream - coffee and matcha flavors tastes good, other flavors strawberry, passion fruit and cinnamon tastes too sour for me. I don't drink coffee so my hubby is the one who judged the heirloom coffee. He said it's one of the best coffee he had. Minus one star coz some of the ice cream's too sour.

A must try when in Baguio. The food is great, service is good. The ambiance of the restaurant is great. Fits Baguio perfectly in my opinion. Breakfast options are great and the strawberry jam that they serve and sell here is the best I've had and it's worth the price.

Wonderful food, lovely setting and good service. A must visit when in Baguio. The menu has a wide range of options, with lots of different cuisines represented, including a good selection for vegetarians. Most importantly, everything tastes good! So you can't go wrong with whatever you order. Lovely old building (early 1900s) with an interesting history. They also have a nice little shop at the front selling food, pots and other little knick knacks.

An institution in Baguio, a must when you’re in town! Homey, laid back feel. Really good American-Filipino dishes, sometimes with a twist of other dishes as well. Reservation is a must as it can easily get packed, can easily get in touch with them on Facebook.

5 stars cause….friendly and more than usual attentive service without being intrusive. Live piano lent to good atmosphere. service but note bit of dress code. Good portions to price. Pro level staff from table service to attitude. Lovely dining room. Piano music the night of our dinner. Recommend walking around too as this place drips with history.

Very very good place for dining! They have a variety of food that every member of the family (or barkada) will surely have a choice. Nice plating and presentation of food! For the dishes we order, serving is generally enough for two persons (except the paella which can serve 3-4). The restaurant is homey and classy. Provides good ambiance. Hill Station will most definitely be a staple every time my family and I are in Baguio!!

Superb restaurant! A must go and must eat in Baguio! All food are very fresh and flavorful! I always eat it atleast once every time I go to Baguio. The staff are very accommodating. The ambience is perfect for the place paired with an amazing view and chill music. Parking is very challenging since there are limited spots on the street. Your alternative would be parking in SM, which is also tedious because of traffic.

Just checked out Hill Station in Baguio and it's a 9/10 for me! Perfect spot for family gatherings, chill hangouts with friends, and even business meetings. The location next to SM City Baguio is super convenient. What blew me away? The prices! Crazy affordable for top-notch quality food. Seriously, this place is a winner.

Ambiance is great, it gives you that nostalgic feel of Baguio. Food was just okay, serving size was small for the price range as its quite expensive for Baguio prices. Service was poor, we made a reservation and was still asked to wait 20 mins., also see picture for the kind of table we were given (unproportionate). When we asked for a better table we were told we had to make a reservation for the “better” or proportionate sized tables - which confused us because we did have a reservation. A lot of the food was also unavailable during our visit.

A quiet, fine dining experience at the heart of the city. Roadside parking is available. The aged wooden interior with huge glass windows bring about Baguio's views and cool breeze set the mood as you dine unmistakably good food. Servers were professional and courteous, the healthy food selection was mindful of every diet restriction you could possibly have. A little pricier than most establishments but you get your money's worth thru the entire experience. Serving time can be at least 30mins so come here when you're willing to wait.

It was our first time to visit this restaurant. The place has a great ambiance. The interiors were classy, nice and comfy. Good restaurant to have a romantic dinner and have decent conversations. The food served were delicious especially their Spaghetti Bolognese and Mini Burnt Basque Cheesecake. The rest of the food we ordered were good. The staff were polite and okay but they may need to improve more on good customer service, follow through with requests and attentiveness.

Great service and ambiance for a date night in Baguio. Their Callos is recommended. As for their monthly special, the salad tasted great but the local salmon isn't as fresh as expected.

Easy parking next to Hill station. Less crowd today. We had to enter underground and see their selling homemade products and souvenir shop. Then enter through the dining table. The waiter is very attentive and welcoming. He provided a side table for our masks and bags. You can see the big kitchen which is on the side. Very homey feeling and fresh atmosphere. They provide nice different varieties of breakfast. If you want to taste something new, would recommend wild deer. Professional service on the waiters. Pass by Hill station, so good breakfasts!

Hill Station is a nice restaurant near the center of Baguio City. Expect prices to be at a premium. The food is great though the servings, I think, are small. It tastes great though! The place is also quiet which is good if you actually want to talk to people you are with. Overall, a good place to dine.

The food served to us are somehow good like the Bistek and Tenderloin Steak but the Leche flan is one of the best we tasted.

Having lunch here was the highlight of my last trip. The food was exceptional - this is a hotel restaurant, so one will notice that the attempt to make the selection as wide as possible is clear as soon as the menu is browsed. They serve Filipino, American, Spanish, Mediterranean, Asian, and Italian dishes across different course types (appetizers / tapas, soups, salads, pastas, sandwiches, mains, desserts). The beverage selection is, in my experience, one of the most extensive in the city center area. The quality of its dishes makes one remember that this place is not just a restaurant that coexists and rides on the novelty of the hotel being the oldest in the city, but clearly strives to be at the top of its game (and succeeds at doing so). The service is much faster than usual, too - amazing given that we arrived at peak lunch hour! The atmosphere is what one would expect from a very old restaurant sans allergens and dilapidated interiors: dimly-lit and sophisticated, polished wood everywhere, and scents of created dishes wafting continuously from the kitchen. Everything was well-maintained and spotless! The walls are adorned with art shots celebrating Baguio City throughout time. What made this place my new favorite is how much the staff - from security to the waiting and kitchen staff - were so much into dogs! So many of them have approached our table just to greet our dogs, and they even proactively brought over water in a metal doggie bowl. This treatment is something that made Hill Station my new favorite dining spot in the city. Things to note when visiting: - I am unsure if dedicated parking is available; I took street parking which is available right in front of the restaurant / hotel (Casa Vallejo) entrance. This is paid parking at PHP 50.00 for 2 hours and additional payment for an additional hour. Max parking duration is 3 hours. - The place accepts cash, major credit cards, and local debit cards as payment. I am unsure about GCash. - Pets are allowed only in a specific part of the restaurant, so please do not expect to sit wherever you want. - As with most establishments in the city, this is not an air conditioned restaurant. - A 10% service charge is added to one's bill, which is very much worth it. Tipping on top of this is highly encouraged.

Met up with a cousin for lunch . The service is as always very nice. The staff are as always attentive, friendly and accommodating. I always like going to Hillstation. Conversation is comfortable with the soft music in the background. Every visit is always exciting. I make sure, I choose a different food , every visit. I always find my meals delicious all the time 👍🏼👍🏼🥂

Lovely (think of Antonio’s Tagaytay setting). Ordered Hill Salad and Artichokes Spinach Toast ( wished I went with a group to try other dishes). Below Casa Vallejo along upper session road next to SM City (go around the curb back to session road). It’s really a must-visit!

Read the reviews, so was surprised that our dinner wasn't up to par at all. The bread basket was cold, and the Pasta Puttanesca was SWEET(!). Maybe it was an off night for the chef. Even the coffee tasted watered down. The part that was excellent, though, was the service. Nathan was very attentive and made us feel special.

I had a delightful experience at Hill Station Restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. I was impressed by the delicious and affordable food. The Eggs Benedict I ordered were amazing, with perfectly cooked hollandaise and a runny, delicious egg. The Burnt Basque Cheesecake was rich and perfectly sweetened, making for a delightful dessert. The fact that it's housed within Casa Vallejo Hotel adds to its charm. A must-visit for a satisfying dining experience.

The food is great. Nice historical setting, lots of pictures. A bit crowded at lunch but not crowded around 2pm late lunch.

Hill Station is a very cozy resto in Baguio. I was served one of the best roast beef I have ever tried. The salpicado was very tender and you're asked about the doneness before they cook it, paired with red rice it is the best. The loaded fries was also a big favorite if you have kids. The service was friendly and very attentive to our queries and provided excellent recommendations.

I cannot describe how terrible the service is.. arrived 1 hour early coz reservation is at 8pm. Sat on the table at 8:45pm.. our waiter took our order at 9:15pm... Served at about 9:45pm... Without even calling for the bill... They gave us the bill the moment they saw most of us finished our food... One of us wasn't even finished eating .. for a mediocre food... It isn't worth the price that we paid ..

Loved their french onion soup and shepherd pie during one late lunch with my son. Servings were good for sharing. I also liked the elegantly antique ambiance.

It is one of those restaurants where every food served is delectable. Fresh and perfectly cooked. Very good service. The Artichoke and Spinach Dip and their pastas were the most recommendable.

👍👍 Ate here everyday that we were in Baguio because we love the home-cooked style. Plus the price is definitely a great selling point Highly recommend their chicken (tastes good even without any sauce) and their cinnamon twists (100 times better than Starbucks' cinnamon roll). 🫤 What would have been a pleasant family gathering to celebrate my niece's recognition ceremony turned sour at Grumpy Joe. Their waiting staff aren't nice or accommodating.
