Having
lunch
here
was
the
highlight
of
my
last
trip.
The
food
was
exceptional
-
this
is
a
hotel
restaurant,
so
one
will
notice
that
the
attempt
to
make
the
selection
as
wide
as
possible
is
clear
as
soon
as
the
menu
is
browsed.
They
serve
Filipino,
American,
Spanish,
Mediterranean,
Asian,
and
Italian
dishes
across
different
course
types
(appetizers
/
tapas,
soups,
salads,
pastas,
sandwiches,
mains,
desserts).
The
beverage
selection
is,
in
my
experience,
one
of
the
most
extensive
in
the
city
center
area.
The
quality
of
its
dishes
makes
one
remember
that
this
place
is
not
just
a
restaurant
that
coexists
and
rides
on
the
novelty
of
the
hotel
being
the
oldest
in
the
city,
but
clearly
strives
to
be
at
the
top
of
its
game
(and
succeeds
at
doing
so).
The
service
is
much
faster
than
usual,
too
-
amazing
given
that
we
arrived
at
peak
lunch
hour!
The
atmosphere
is
what
one
would
expect
from
a
very
old
restaurant
sans
allergens
and
dilapidated
interiors:
dimly-lit
and
sophisticated,
polished
wood
everywhere,
and
scents
of
created
dishes
wafting
continuously
from
the
kitchen.
Everything
was
well-maintained
and
spotless!
The
walls
are
adorned
with
art
shots
celebrating
Baguio
City
throughout
time.
What
made
this
place
my
new
favorite
is
how
much
the
staff
-
from
security
to
the
waiting
and
kitchen
staff
-
were
so
much
into
dogs!
So
many
of
them
have
approached
our
table
just
to
greet
our
dogs,
and
they
even
proactively
brought
over
water
in
a
metal
doggie
bowl.
This
treatment
is
something
that
made
Hill
Station
my
new
favorite
dining
spot
in
the
city.
Things
to
note
when
visiting:
-
I
am
unsure
if
dedicated
parking
is
available;
I
took
street
parking
which
is
available
right
in
front
of
the
restaurant
/
hotel
(Casa
Vallejo)
entrance.
This
is
paid
parking
at
PHP
50.00
for
2
hours
and
additional
payment
for
an
additional
hour.
Max
parking
duration
is
3
hours.
-
The
place
accepts
cash,
major
credit
cards,
and
local
debit
cards
as
payment.
I
am
unsure
about
GCash.
-
Pets
are
allowed
only
in
a
specific
part
of
the
restaurant,
so
please
do
not
expect
to
sit
wherever
you
want.
-
As
with
most
establishments
in
the
city,
this
is
not
an
air
conditioned
restaurant.
-
A
10%
service
charge
is
added
to
one's
bill,
which
is
very
much
worth
it.
Tipping
on
top
of
this
is
highly
encouraged.
