My to-go place for Cali Maki.. After a follow up for my maki.. They gave me a complimentary nori flavored chips.. Glad that they had a partnership with #BookyApp, you may download it via Google play and enjoy promos! Recently enjoyed the Cali maki on buy 1 take 1! and Japanes Milk Tea on buy 1 take one for 99! #nasanKaJJ

I thought this would be one of those fastfood-style Japanese restaurants in the country. It is not. The food here is fresher, healthier, and more appetizing, but the portions are quite small and the prices quite steep. The place is cozy, modern, and spacious. Customer service was top notch.

This branch has the same signature menu and servers' get up across all other branches. The great plus side we love about this place is the al fresco dining whether lunch time or dinner time. The only downside is that your ramen would be cold faster because of Baguio's predominant temperature. But you can always ask for additional soup. This is one place too that we can enjoy hot tea. Service here is prompt.

Ah, ramen. The ultimate comfort food. And when it comes to teriyaki, well, let's just say that I've eaten my fair share. So when I heard about this little teriyaki joint down here at SM Baguio, I knew I had to check it out. I walked in and was immediately struck by the smell of sizzling meat and the sound of sizzling noodles. It was like a symphony of savory scents and sounds. I practically drooled as I perused the menu, trying to decide what to order. I ultimately decided on the ramen, because, well, it's just so darn delicious. And I have to say, this ramen did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the teriyaki chicken was tender and juicy. But the real highlight of the meal was the service. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and they really made me feel like a valued customer. They even threw in a complimentary side of gyoza, which were crispy and delicious. All in all, I'd give this teriyaki restaurant a solid 4 stars. If you're in the mood for some tasty ramen and great service, this is the place to be.

The place has the worst service. The place just looks so unhygienic. Waiters ignore you even with your hand up in their face. Customers are the ones going to the cashier just to get their change. We asked for water and they only brought 1 glass for the entire group!!! Food is overpriced and there's a service charge. Fish here seems and tastes sketchy. No wonder it has a poor rating out of all the teriyaki boy branches I've been to. It seems no one cares. They should just open up something better in it's place and close it down.

Used to definitely give this place 4-5 stars. Now I'm giving it a 2. I got extremely disappointed the last time I came here. To be fair, the place was clean and the servers served with a smile and promptness. I commend them for that. With that said, we ordered the set meal which includes teriyaki chicken, tempura, rice and an additional california maki. They told us about the 15 minute wait which was no problem for us. When the food was served, the rice and teriyaki chicken were cold to warm. It was NOT HOT or at least warm enough to be appetizing. (A 1 minute microwave of food was hotter than the food served). We asked them to re-heat both the rice and chicken and waited for about 7 minutes for this to happen. The chicken came in hot and now pretty dry but the rice did NOT improve at all. It was still cold to warm when served. We asked them to reheat it again- while the rest of the food was starting to get cold. When they gave it to us, it was still COLD TO WARM with not even the slightest improvement in the rice again. The rice reheats totalled to FOUR TIMES until it came out hot. By that time after another 20 minutes or so, I lost ALL my appetite and the rest of the food- tempura and chicken were COLD. It was really frustrating, disheartening and downright underwhelming. I really don't understand how and why they serve lukewarm food with the prices the restaurant gives. I cannot comprehend why it took sooooo long to get the rice warmed up (4x) and we had to wait for a good 20 minutes (on top of the 15mknute waiting time) for the rice to be served hot. Don't they have a microwave or a better heating facility in their kitchen? Dont they check if the food they serve is hot enough for their customers to enjoy? It's supposed ti be a Japanese restaurant where every single detail is given much efficiency and excellence. Because of these factors, I'm not coming back anytime soon. Not worth my time and money. P.S. when we got there, the place was NOT full. There were only 5 tables they were serving then so they have to excuse to serve COLD food.

The prices are high for half-hearted bowls. I am severely disappointed i the presentation as well as the taste of the food. The chicken bowl displayed in the menu is a lie. Despite it being quite delectable in the menu you WILL be disappointed when it is served. The Asparagus wrapped in bacon was good at first, but one of the bacons were too chewy to eat and I ended up being disappointed once again. The cheese cake desert was good and true to the menu, and I like how small it is and how suitable it is after eating a meal. In addition, I liked the service tea which has a roasted taste to it and goe well with the cheese cake. But overall I was disappointed as to how it is Japanese themed but they do not go by the saying "feed the eyes before you feed the stomach" in which instead of getting what you're seeing your expectations will severely be disappointed. I rate my experience with Teriyaki Boy a disappointing / 5

The order took longer than what the waiter told us. They kept forgetting our orders even though we always remind them everytime they go near our table. The food is also different from the one that can be seen on the menu which is very dissapointing. I hope the restaurant looks at the reviews for them to improve more and there mistakes and hopefully get better reviews in the future. In conclusion, worst customer service ever. 😤

It was 12:25 when i arrived and placed an order, i was told that serving time would be in 15 mins so i patiently waited until my sushi platter and green tea milk shake was served. I already finished eating everything but the main course has yet to arrive and its like 1:20pm already. Until one of their staff approched me asking "how was the food sir" and i was like "what?!!! I'm waiting for my order for an hour now", so i just told the staff for the bill. He apologise but still i told him just to get the bill, yet he came back with my order. I don't want to cause a scene so i still accepted it though i know that i cannot feel my hunger anymore, i was not able to finish the food. I'm so disappointed with their service that's why i promised my self not to dine here ever again and by the way i've waited for my change for 20 mins so.... 😅😑😑

👍👍 Ate here everyday that we were in Baguio because we love the home-cooked style. Plus the price is definitely a great selling point Highly recommend their chicken (tastes good even without any sauce) and their cinnamon twists (100 times better than Starbucks' cinnamon roll). The only thing I didn't...

👍👍 Famous for their Cream Puffs, but was not available. We had Sinigang which was really good and their buttered chicken which was okay. Service was amazing, there was a 'bot' serving the food and the service crew are always available to help. Great way to start your Baguio vacation

😠 I will be honest... the food was alarmingly terrible. I wish I were exaggerating, or had a better experience to write about. But I do not even wish to have my worst enemy eat here, so here I am writing my first review, as is my duty as a responsible citizen of the country. The main dishes were.......

👍👍 A wonderful family restaurant to be in Baguio. About a 15-minute drive from the city center, Lemon and Olives specializes in Greek cuisine. Due to its popularity, waiting in line is common. 🫤 What would have been a pleasant family gathering to celebrate my niece's recognition ceremony turned sour at Grumpy Joe. Their waiting staff aren't nice or accommodating. They're all a bit stand-offish, it's like they resent you for being there and hope that if they just ignore you, you'll go away....
