A must visit place if you are in camp john hay. The Bell amphitheatre stood the test of time and nature, it was built in May 1913 and today it is a common place for weddings, photoshoots and historical walks. There is a 75 pesos entrance fee for non-BLISTT residents and 48 pesos entrance fee for residents.

It's really nice that they always do maintain the flowers and plants all over this place.. i've been to baguio for many times and i always visit this place. good for photos and less tourist compare to other spots in baguio. Bell house and butterfly sanctuary are also just a walking distance, A not to miss place when you visit Baguio.

The manicured gardens are beautiful and well-maintained. There is also a small gazebo offering panoramic views. There is an admission fee, which also allows access to the nearby Bell House Museum and Cemetery of Negativism.

A very nice place to visit with the family. Especially for walking a lot. Come prepared with tennis shoes 👟 and also with comfortable clothes. Always carry an umbrella because you don't know how the weather suddenly changed. The place is so big that we didn't see all the places it offers. Inside the Bell Amphitheater there are bathrooms but outside they charge 10 or 15 pesos for a bathroom. I hope we return soon to learn more about this place.

One of the reasons we were at Camp John Hay was for my husband to relive his memories during his navy days. He remembered the amphitheater and was delighted to see it again. Although it is sad that the Bell's house is not a museum anymore. It turned into a guard house that is close to the public. Half of which is a cafe "The Ritz". We were hoping to have a piece of history lesson with our child but was disappointed.

A Serene Walk Amidst Nature's Bliss: Camp John Hay Bell Amphitheater Rating: ★★★★☆ I recently had the pleasure of visiting the picturesque Camp John Hay Bell Amphitheater, nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Baguio, Philippines. This enchanting destination offers a delightful walking experience that is sure to captivate visitors of all ages. With its pleasant climate, serene surroundings, and ample opportunities for reflection, it is an ideal place to spend quality time with loved ones. One of the highlights of my visit was undoubtedly the refreshing cold weather that enveloped the amphitheater. The crisp mountain air invigorated my senses, making every step I took a joyous affair. The tranquility that permeates the area further enhanced the overall experience, providing a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Camp John Hay Bell Amphitheater holds a special appeal for families. Children can frolic and explore in the open spaces, delighting in the freedom to run and play. The well-maintained paths and walkways ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for kids to unleash their energy. Likewise, senior citizens can relish the gentle slopes and leisurely strolls, basking in the beauty of nature at a pace that suits them. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the amphitheater's ability to inspire contemplation and introspection. As I meandered through the pathways, the surrounding greenery provided a soothing backdrop for quiet reflection. It felt as if time stood still, allowing me to momentarily disconnect from the outside world and find solace in the natural splendor around me. The well-preserved beauty of Camp John Hay Bell Amphitheater truly sets it apart. The meticulously manicured gardens, vibrant floral displays, and towering trees create an enchanting ambiance that is impossible to resist. I found myself constantly reaching for my camera, eager to capture the mesmerizing landscapes that unfolded before my eyes. Although the amphitheater lacks extensive amenities, such as restaurants or cafes, this actually adds to its charm. It encourages visitors to pack a picnic and enjoy a delightful outdoor feast amidst the tranquil surroundings. Alternatively, one can venture to the nearby Camp John Hay Golf Club or The Manor for a delectable meal after a satisfying walk.

Great place to unwind and relax. Quietness brings peace on your mind and soul here. Breathe some fresh air and feel surrounded with trees and bird in a busy place called Baguio.

Bell Amphitheatre (Review Posted) Date of visit 2019 Dec 22. Time of visit 10.30 am to 11.15 am. Sight Seeing 8. Ambience 8. Price PHP48/pax (Includes Bell House). Expected exploration time 1 hours (Includes Bell House). Sight Seeing: This is a small but beautiful garden amphitheater. Great photo shots can be taken here. Even though the area is small, but there are a few stairs and small trails that connect to the central shelter. There are lots of flowers, but they do not seem to be well taken care off as weeds can be seen on the soil. Ambience: The air is fresh and clean as expected.

The Bell Amphitheater is a place you may visit when in Baguio, within Camp John Hay. They have kept the cleanliness and the landscape by the trimming of the bushes and grasses. It looks beautiful from top and at the lower ground. You would appreciate it as it blends the greens, tall tress with the blue sky.

The Bell House and Amphitheater is part of Baguio's colonial history especially during the American occupation in the Philippines. During the onset of the 2020 pandemic, it was closed to visitors when we dropped by last Feb 16 to check whether my foster son and his GF can have their pre-nup location shoot be taken in the area. The last time that I was at this place, we had a Covid-19 swab testing conducted by the Red Cross and this was sponsored by CJH DevCo.

Peaceful and a very good place to capture the scenic moments. Difficult to go to since half of the roads are shutdown to control the traffic in certain areas.

One of my favorite places in Camp John Hay from all the places there. The Amphitheater is really well planned. It's an instagram worthy place too! It is well kept too despite the tourists that go here.

Nothing special but part of the camp john hay, it's just a sunken garden beside the bell house museum. Not that impressive but still part of the history of the place, worth visiting if you are already in the area for a picnic or a jog, you'll have to pay a small minimal fee at the entrance to see the house and the amphitheater.
