The room is nice and clean. We have a great view of the city since the hotel is a bit up on the hill. Walking back and forth to town can be tasking. Their breakfast can be just a bit cold especially the eggs. Just tell the waiters to heat them.

We enjoyed our overnight stay! Great location and pleasant staff. Parking available. Near so many restos and cafés. Basic necessities were provided (ie. soap, shampoo/cond, toothbrush & toothpaste). Slippers, water etc. upon request. Room service is fast. Clean, well-ventilated, air-conditioned rooms. Breakfast included on our Agoda booking. You can choose from their silog meals + unlimited coffee, juice, some pastries, milk, and cereal. Easy check-in/check-out. Would love to come back again soon!

We only visited the coffee shop, Quoted, not the hotel. Always a nice place, good food, we had been busy and enjoyed coming back!

nice: Location relatively close to the CBD but up in a quiet hill. Our family room was spacious, clean and beds were comfy. They're currently building an extra parking area. not nice: Breakfast made from stuff that apparently should be as cheap as possible. in-safe room wasn't working, TV not smart type, cabinet doors aren't lined up, some lights not working properly.

Near burnham park and very accessible to public transportation. Hospitable staff, prompt, and excellent service. It has its own café and dines at the ground floor. Parking is also available.

Some rooms are old but some are new. In some of their rooms, you will smell the breakfast especially the dangit 😅

The Staff here is so accomodating and nice. the rooms are comfy and all appliances are working perfectly. However, the rooms are not noise proof. So you know 🫣. The complementary breakfast is also great. Another point for tourist is you should have a vehicle or take taxis if you go to the parks/markets in baguio because you need to walk too much with high slopes as if you are hiking.

Bad internet. Paid extra for the bottom room. Got woken up due to the machines, no internet, view is good but can tell would be better. They put beds in the the living room for no reason and felt the need to call multiple times to remove them. The view kind of makes up for all of this until I realized there is breakfasts… for everone who payed 1/2 the cost we did. Go to a different dinner. Half the cost

The best place to stay in Baguio if you want to pay for a place to stay but don’t want to get any sleep. Choose the basement rooms. You’ll be promptly awakened in the morning by their need to turn on their in-house washers before 7AM in the morning.

The room was pretty clean, some mold in the shower but very little. Just something they need to make their cleaning staff a little more conscious about. Decent complimentary breakfast from a cute and quaint coffee shop/restaurant next door. All in all not a bad experience, I would stay here again.

The hotel staff are very accomodating. I book on the spot and the concierge managed to give us a room even we are 2hours early for our check in.

Perfect. Nothing else I can say but our stay was perfect. This is a late review as we have stayed here last December 2017 and that was like 4 months already but the memories I had here with my family is still fresh. The location is perfect, street is not too busy. Quiet location. Perfect view. Walking distance to some fast food, bars and restaurant. The hotel itself serves good food in its cafe. Breakfast choices are limited but delicious. We'll stay again and again.

Room was clean and big. The only problem was their shower room it keeps flooding all the time since the floor is not low enough to prevent the water from the shower to flood. I also recommend to have tables inside the deluxe rooms because my boyfriend and I ordered some foods from Quoted Cafe but we had a hard time eating inside the room because there's no proper table for eating.

If you're looking for a cozy place, try this. If you love books and fond of memorizing quotes then, this is the perfect place! The food and drink is okay. Like other restos in the city, Wifi connection is available so no worries if you are alone. 😊

Location is good and the staff are nice. It’s near Burnham Park and surrounded by many restaurants. I only had problem with the housekeeping, I guess. We waited 15 minutes because I think they forgot to clean it. The bed inside the sofa needs cleaning so is the space under the sofa. Quite irresponsible of them when we booked practically a month before. Housekeeping closes early , because coincidentally, every time I call their number, they’re unresponsive. I had to call thru the Front Desk. When we request for change of trash bags and the likes, it has to be followed up. The hallway’s floor in B1 is often dirty too. However, I would still stay here for next time since it is all just minor inconveniences. I expect better next time.

The check in experience was hassle free, staff was very cooperative and friendly. The rooms were very clean and was pre-equipped with the usual kitchen appliances: stove, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, spatulas, ladles, knife, plates, and refrigerator. The twin beds was soft and comfy, and if it weren't enough, the sofa is actually a foldable bed. The bathroom came with basic amenities and wall attached hair dryer. The hotel is very underrated, and is a great place to bring your family, children, co-workers and friends.
