Receptionist never smile and not accommodating.. I paid for 3 days, and they are calling me on the 1st day telling me that it's my check out day..๐Ÿ˜ค Room condition was bad compare to it's rate.. Restroom and Shower room was in very bad shape . Linens are very old, and it's fibers are transferring on our clothes. First day of check in, Electricity got shut off. and they don't have generator . on our 2nd day Wifi was not working.

Loved the location and the view in the balcony. Staff is very accommodating to all of our requests. Free breakfast during the entire stay is also good and the only thing that I noticed is there are burnt marks on the blankets but other than that its perfect!

The staff are so nice and pleasant to deal with. The room is so nice. Specially the little balcony. The bedding is a bit worn out and for 4 nights it was never changed. But I still had a wonderful stay.

Safety and security questionable, heater system almost up to date but not quite. Good experience for travellers on budget somewhat.

Made a booking online from an app(agoda) 3 days ago and received a confirmation email from this hotel the same day. Booking day came and went there to check in, the staff told me that they wonโ€™t honor my booking as Agoda didnโ€™t followed their rates. She asked me if I want to walk in and follow their roome rates instead. I walked out and find another hotel. Atleast let your guest know that you wonโ€™t take the reservation days or day before their booking date not when your guest is already at your door. Very disappointed.

Clean Rooms, location wise- near from Burnham Park, and Session Road, Affordable price.Service was great, I come back this hotel, I would recommend this to my friends. The only downward is that no free breakfast and coffee set. But all in all great experience.

Really nice hotel to stay in. Rooms are clean and have refrigerator, electric kettle and mini sofa for guest needs. Staff are also very nice, friendly and accommodating to guest requests. They have a korean bbq joint within the hotel if you are craving for some korean for lunch or dinner.

There were zero amenities and personal care kit (soap, shampoo, toothbrush) in the room we booked also there was no phone in it but the other rooms has one. The service was great though.

4/5 The room was nice and big also the staff are friendly. The only thing they missed is the part where they forgot to put a tabo/dipper because they dont have bidet. But overall it was a nice stay.

omg where do i start? 1. NO ELEVATOR! me and my friend had to carry our suitcases 2 floors down to our room! upon check out, buti nalang may nag assist na sa amin 2. bed smelled clean but didnโ€™t look like it.. hindi na pure white ang kulay and may stain pa yung bed sheet ko. 3. BLANKETS WERE VERY SMALL! parang pambata. tapos if you request for an extra, may charge pa na 150?! 4. only towel and 1 roll of tissue were provided as toiletries! better bring your own shampoo and soap. 5. TOILET WAS BUSTED! ayaw mag flush my goodness! 6. FLOOR WAS DIRTY! if youโ€™re wearing white socks, it will turn black after a few seconds of walking around the room. no slippers provided either! 7. LOCATION IS NOT FRIENDLY FOR TOURISTS WITH NO PRIVATE CAR. pahirapan sa pagkuha ng taxi. better go to a hotel near Burnham or SM. NOT GOING TO STAY AGAIN.

Don't bother booking with Oyo. They cancel your confirmed and paid for booking ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN. Check in time was 2pm, the booking was cancelled at 8:20 IN THE MORNING on the same day, as confirmed by their customer service. If we hadn't called the hotel to provide a heads up regarding late check-in, we would not have known we didn't have accommodations for our stay. The ground staff offered NO SOLUTION or assistance regarding the issue and just said it was "OYO who cancelled the stay". After insisting and demanding, it was only then that they offered to help with relocation. Upon contacting customer service, they just tell you they tried to contact you and tried to relocate you to another property but it's not their fault nothing is available, and blamed Agoda (who confirmed that booking was still active). False information regarding refunds, and UNHELPFUL customer service. HORRIBLE experience. Don't even bother.

Very disappointing. The rooms are located in the lower floors. There is no elevator so it isn't child/senior/pwd friendly. We had to take the stairs all the time. The light was so dark and the hallways and the room itself are eerie. Everything was dirty. The floor, the walls, the mirrors, the bathroom, the balcony. Bedsheets were also dirty, worn out and it felt moisty and sticky. We couldn't sleep comfortably. No toiletries included or even hotel slippers. Some of the staff were unfriendly. No aircon or even an electric fan. The only freebie that was given to us was one tissue roll. That's all.

The room is spacious. No room cleaning service in the entire stay of 3 nights. No hot shower or is not working. Water drinking supply is very good. Bath towels are quite old.

We booked a triple deluxe room with balcony (1 double bed and 1 single bed. Spacious room and fridge) but upon arrival we were informed that our booking appeared "late on their system" even though we booked weeks before. They gave us a double room. With only one double bed. We asked if there are any rooms with atleast two beds so we won't have to share. We were given a standard twin room. With two single bed. No refunds were offered because apparently they increased their priced that day. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ The room was dirty. The floors were icky. Bathroom rug was very wet (obviously used and not changed) Very poor customer service

Two stars for good location. One of the receptionists was unfriendly. Room was dirty. Bed sheets smell new but doesn't feel new. The cr lacked towels and the heater was broken. Floors are sticky and dusty. Don't believe the clean room pictures here. The good: Refrigerator, table for 4, kettle, water dispenser just outside the room, complimentary towels and dental kit. The bad: Cleanliness.

Poor customer service. No toiletries and towels provided. When I called the receptionist I was told that their supplies are delayed so I asked for a bath towel, room # was asked but until we checked out the following day, no towel was given. No foot rug outside the toilet. Room is humid maybe because of no aiconditioning in the room. Contrast to the advertisement of Standard Triple room, our room does not have an AC and was surprised that we only had a fan in the room. Didn't asked for another room as I need to be log in for work. Pillows, blankets and bed are uncomfortable. Experienced power loss for about 15mins and worst of all, a door kept on slamming almost every hour which started around 11pm. Will definitely not going to recommend. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

We stayed here only for 1 night. The hot shower working properly. But when we first entered the room thereโ€™s no towel, so we go to the front desk then ask about the towel and she immediately responded on our needs and asked for forgiveness. All in all its cool to stay cause its really near to burn-ham park.. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to burn-ham cause its hard to find a parking slot๐Ÿ˜…
