Don't
bother
booking
with
Oyo.
They
cancel
your
confirmed
and
paid
for
booking
ON
THE
DAY
OF
CHECK
IN.
Check
in
time
was
2pm,
the
booking
was
cancelled
at
8:20
IN
THE
MORNING
on
the
same
day,
as
confirmed
by
their
customer
service.
If
we
hadn't
called
the
hotel
to
provide
a
heads
up
regarding
late
check-in,
we
would
not
have
known
we
didn't
have
accommodations
for
our
stay.
The
ground
staff
offered
NO
SOLUTION
or
assistance
regarding
the
issue
and
just
said
it
was
"OYO
who
cancelled
the
stay".
After
insisting
and
demanding,
it
was
only
then
that
they
offered
to
help
with
relocation.
Upon
contacting
customer
service,
they
just
tell
you
they
tried
to
contact
you
and
tried
to
relocate
you
to
another
property
but
it's
not
their
fault
nothing
is
available,
and
blamed
Agoda
(who
confirmed
that
booking
was
still
active).
False
information
regarding
refunds,
and
UNHELPFUL
customer
service.
HORRIBLE
experience.
Don't
even
bother.
