I had treatment today, 3 crowns and a bridge. The treatment was amazing and customer service first class. I was looked after from the moment I arrived to the last day I left with a perfect set of teeth. I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of having treatment in Turkey to go with this dental service, they are truly an excellent, professional, highly experienced and qualified dental experts, who make you feel very welcome from the first step through the door. I would personally like to thank Natalie she is a lovely and caring young lady who looked after me throughout my treatment and I felt very reassured and confident with my treatment and service received. Very professional and accommodating staff. I had several schedule changes and they were very good about it. The dentist herself is very gentle - I came for a cleaning and whitening and she did an incredible job. The office itself is also very beautiful - upon entry, the team greets you and gets you seated with water. The bathrooms are also very clean with mouthwash and toothbrushes preloaded with toothpaste if you’re coming from work or breakfast / lunch. Very impressed with the quality of service - thank you Biu Dental!
