I've been going to this gym for a few months now and I'm really impressed with the facility and staff. I have hired a personal trainer for my goals, Mr. Umair. He is quite knowledgeable and all training sessions with him are really intense. I have noticed significant improvements in such a short period. I would definitely recommend hiring him as your personal coach. The gym is well-equipped, modern, clean and it has ample space for bodybuilding, cardio and crossfit. This ain't your typical "gali mohalla" gym khana with fake weights and wobbling equipment. When it comes to pricing, you are not just paying to the gym, but consider it as an investment on yourself.

Very small place and less equipments, powerlifting equipments are incomplete. Very few benches, lack of deadlift place and plates, lack of squats rack and leg workout. Monthly fee is too much for such place. Membership fee ia 5000, which is useless. First time you have to pay 10,000 for no reason. Other gyms with more space, equipments and services are cheaper with no membership fee.

I've been coming to this gym about 6 months now. And honestly, this is the best gym in Civic Center with high-quality and latest machinery. The workout environment is top-notch.
