RARELY
write
bad
reviews
but
honestly
I
have
NEVER
received
this
type
of
customer
service
EVER.
I
booked
a
room
at
this
Motel
on
March
4-5,
2023.
I
came
from
Los
Angeles
for
an
important
meeting
that
I
needed
to
be
at
4:30
PM.
Email
said
that
check
in
time
started
at
3:00
PM
which
was
fine.
I
got
there
at
2:30
to
see
if
by
any
chance
my
room
was
ready
and
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
said
no
because
they
were
still
cleaning
it
and
housekeeping
was
taking
their
lunch
at
the
moment.
So
I
go
back
again
around
3:10
pm
to
ask
the
lady
if
it
was
ready
now
since
check
in
starts
at
3:00
PM.
The
lady
was
like:
“No
it
is
not
ready
and
it
is
going
to
take
a
while
because
your
room
is
the
messiest
and
it’s
going
to
require
more
deep
cleaning.
I
have
no
idea
when
it
is
going
to
be
ready”.
I
explained
that
in
the
email
it
said
“check
in
starts
at
3:00
PM”
and
told
her
I
needed
to
be
somewhere
at
4:30
PM.
It
wasn’t
fair
for
me
to
still
keep
waiting.
She
kept
saying
how
there
wasn’t
enough
employees
and
I
told
her
that
that
wasn’t
my
problem.
They
knew
I
needed
my
room
to
be
ready
at
3:00
PM!
She
started
getting
mad
and
said
“I’m
not
dealing
with
this,
I’m
cancelling
your
room”.
I
was
really
UPSET
because
I
had
to
look
for
another
motel
LAST
MINUTE!
This
is
SO
UNPROFESSIONAL
and
the
lady
from
the
front
desk
NEEDS
TO
BE
FIRED.
Her
attitude
wasn’t
it
and
if
you
guys
continue
to
have
her
there,
you
guys
will
lose
more
guests.
I
was
looking
forward
on
staying
here.
But
after
this
HORRIBLE
experience,
I
won’t
be
coming
back.
SHE
ISN’T
WELCOMING
AT
ALL
AND
HAS
A
REALLY
BAD
ATTITUDE.

happened
