    ROACH MOTEL! Nasty and dirty and there are long time residents there. Never ever ever again! Trying to save a couple of dollars was the worst idea! Note: we did not stay. We requested and received a refund within 30 minutes from checking in. If someone says the rooms are beautiful and clean… THATS A FLAT OUT LIE. Most likely an employee, you can see they only review Motel 6.

    We were received by a rude woman working in the front desk. When we were done checking in, We asked for a receipt or invoice and she rolled her eyes and then just slammed it on the table. When we asked for a parking pass she just tossed it at us and said “there, fill it out”. The room was cool and fresh when walking in but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I found hairs in the shower and toilet was filthy. Two of the towels had gray hairs! The sink had a lot of water stains. I honestly believe the bathroom wasn’t even cleaned before we arrived. Just looked through. Also, people were smoking weed outside on the second floor, it’s a very sketchy area. Would not return to this place or recommend to anyone!

    This Motel 6 is the best I have stayed in a long time. I met the manager of this site. She’s very nice & front desk Deandra she was so helpful made our stay here very comfortable. House keeping was always on time bringing warm clean towels daily n cleaning, Bathroom & room was spotless very clean & smelled good. The room we stayed in #110 very clean. It’s a family & dog friendly motel. Overall we stayed 1 week at this location. Not once we had any problems or complaints. I would totally recommend & stay at this location again.

    The new upgraded rooms are beautiful, modern and contemporary. Love the new look. Also the prices are fair and staff is awesome and helpful. Thank you Motel 6!

    Friendly and fast check-in. Clean rooms and parking lot. Rooms have been remodeled, with new furniture and a modern bathroom. WIFI fast and free. All for an unbelievable low price. Thank you. Update: Housekeeping does an excellent job. Im an extended stay guest, did not expect housekeeping due to the discounted 7 day rate. I've stayed at 12 motel 6's for the last 6 months, and I am truly impressed at this location.

    Pros: Inexpensive, Rooms have been renovated recently, they look good and clean. Window unit AC works properly and swiftly. Located immediately next to several food locations and Starbucks. Cons: Room's main light was dead. Front Desk said no one was available to fix it. Pillow had bloodstains on it. Front desk said they didn't have spare pillows. Shower is tiny, needs shower curtain closed or it will just cover the floor in water. Shower curtain is hard to close. Shower head is falling out of the wall. Front Desk said no one was available to fix it. Room was filled with flying, distracting bugs. Counted about 12 on the walls and ceiling, four on the bed. Edit: It became clear that the cause for the bugs was that the door to the room had a sizeable gap between the bottom of the door and the threshold, letting them crawl in even after we entered. Bed was deeply uncomfortable, was only able to sleep about three hours before back hurt too much to continue sleeping. Room was non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke. Front Desk said there was only one other room available, and this was "the good one." Lousy experience. Clearly understaffed. If there was ever a place that needed bug zappers outside every door, it's this place.

    Trying to cancel to cancel a motel six reservation over the phone but was Meg by a very rude woman. Who continuously gave attitude and hung up. This was not appreciated or appropriate for a customer service employee to act.

    We checked in last night, 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The lobby had this disgusting smell. It smelled like urine. The night clerk was neither friendly nor courteous. She could not be bothered to explain to us how to find our rooms. When we got to our room, the bed was horrible, and the TV remote did not work properly. The shower floor in our room was stained and filthy. I had to grab clorox wipe to clean the shower floor before I could take a shower.

    Traditional route 66 motel 6. Very clean! Pleasant staff. Laundry room is bright and well kept. Price is comfortable. Enormous truck parking.. a/c is chilly. Rooms smell clean. Eating places in walking distance. Great overnighting location...

    You Get What You Pay For. Pros: Ummmmmm…. The shower had nice hot water. The HVAC worked. It’s cool they provide a coin operated washer and dryer. I don’t know if they work though. Staff was helpful. Cons: The in-room lighting is bad. The USB chargers built into the headboard are horribly slow. After two hours of charging my phone and using it, it went up 10%. I unfortunately forgot my charger so it was my only option. The bed is on a weird base. If you move, it makes a lot of noise. I brought my pillow from home and somehow the bed made my own pillow uncomfortable. The pillows provided are extremely flat and they didn’t provide options. If you prefer something more firm, I’m sorry. I had to force the door closed when leaving. The lock was iffy. Please be sure to check the door before leaving. Couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi. Towels were dirty. It was gross. Shower is small. I’m 5’5 and felt claustrophobic in the shower. Found a few of long hairs around the room. I wonder how many rounds of guests have been in this room and it hadn’t been cleaned. The room had a desk, but the desk doesn’t have any outlets… The curtains are not blackout curtains. They let in both the night lights and the morning sun.

    As soon as I walked in the room there was a roach crawling on the wall !!! And when I I came home I had a dead roach on my clothes that I had layed down in the room🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️... One of the pillows had a big stain in it aswell kinda disappointing.

    LaToya the night time staff member who checked us in was so helpful. She checked us in swiftly, no nonsense and made us feel comfortable. She was personable, and efficient and I just really appreciated the good customer service I got from her. I'll be coming back to this location just because of this experience. Oh, the location seemed safe enough, the room was clean. And I loved the water pressure in the shower! Only complaint? The bathroom door stuck a little when you opened it but that's nothing!

    For a cheap motel I’d say the price matches what you pay for. It obviously isn’t a 5 star hotel so your expectations shouldn’t be too high. My room was clean, the ac works, the pillows and bed were comfy. The shower works. I’d definitely stay here again

    The room was clean as a whistle. Unfortunately when I turned my tv on, every single channel has a "weak signal" sign. When I brought it up I was informed to just keep turning it on and off until it fixed itself, and I did for an hour. The front desk didn't seem to care and said there's nothing she can do because she has no maintenance personal working. I think I'll use another location next time..

    The beds are horrible. My prison bed had a better mattress. The floors around the toilet were stickey. I was there for 7 days. The house keeper never never came by once. The AC don't work. It was as hot inside as it was outside. The place is a disaster and the managers admit the owner won't fix anything.

    Had a bad experience with the manager Jennie. Seems she now has implemented policy to have maids wake guests up early in morning to check rooms ,regardless of your checkout date being days in the future. When addressing this with her I was told it's because other guests trash the rooms so now they check everyday. I told her I am not other guests and should not have my quiet enjoyment disturbed because of it. She told me if I didn't like it I could leave now. Then she banned me from going into the office. WOW!! I won't be back there that's for sure.

    I RARELY write bad reviews but honestly I have NEVER received this type of customer service EVER. I booked a room at this Motel on March 4-5, 2023. I came from Los Angeles for an important meeting that I needed to be at 4:30 PM. Email said that check in time started at 3:00 PM which was fine. I got there at 2:30 to see if by any chance my room was ready and the lady at the front desk said no because they were still cleaning it and housekeeping was taking their lunch at the moment. So I go back again around 3:10 pm to ask the lady if it was ready now since check in starts at 3:00 PM. The lady was like: “No it is not ready and it is going to take a while because your room is the messiest and it’s going to require more deep cleaning. I have no idea when it is going to be ready”. I explained that in the email it said “check in starts at 3:00 PM” and told her I needed to be somewhere at 4:30 PM. It wasn’t fair for me to still keep waiting. She kept saying how there wasn’t enough employees and I told her that that wasn’t my problem. They knew I needed my room to be ready at 3:00 PM! She started getting mad and said “I’m not dealing with this, I’m cancelling your room”. I was really UPSET because I had to look for another motel LAST MINUTE! This is SO UNPROFESSIONAL and the lady from the front desk NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Her attitude wasn’t it and if you guys continue to have her there, you guys will lose more guests. I was looking forward on staying here. But after this HORRIBLE experience, I won’t be coming back. SHE ISN’T WELCOMING AT ALL AND HAS A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. Description: she had short hair brown or red, wears glasses, and I believe she was Persian? This happened at 3:07-3:10 PM on Saturday, March 4th, 2023.

    On October 20, 2022, my guest ask for towels in the office because I was sick and was treated horribly by a staff member by the name of Jabeen. My guest should have been registered the night before and by mistake of staff weren't. I went to the office and asked the employee for her name so that I can speak with the manager about the blatant disrespect toward my guest. Her badge was covered, she refused to give her name as a public servant, and threatened to kick me out due to asking for her name. She proceeded to tell me she can do whatever she wants and that I have to leave the following day when my guest was simply trying to purchase 2 more days for me and my babies. This is not okay to be disrespected in that manner for asking someone their name as I have every right to. Her badge should not be covered as name tags are required. This needs to be addressed immediately and I will be contacting corporate and the manager early morning.

    The front desk lady , I believe her name was Jabeen. Was very helpful and catered to my needs. When needed extra towels she didn’t make a big deal like other people/places and had no issue giving towels. She was friendly l which is hard to find these days. Will stay here again when traveling the 99.

    A Good Motel 6 experience. The staff is friendly. Be kind and humble to people and you receive kindness and humbleness back! Bad Reviews more then 6 months ago does not apply here. You have a hwy nearby, truckstops and gas stations. Close to food places. Overall if your crashing a few nights or staying longer its the best choice out here! Thank you, we had a good stay, wish i knew you guys by name. Ill be back here if i needs to crash a few nights.

    We booked a room for 13 days most of the staff were rude and very inconsiderate. We've had multiple issues with this stay and they have done nothing to make it comfortable.

    The room was ok, kinda what you expect for Motel 6.. Front desk service provided by Jabeen (sorry I misspelled it!) was great - really friendly. I’ll stay here again on my way back down.

    AC aren’t working but my room was pretty cool, housekeepers greeted me as I walked by. The new manager is amazing! It becoming a place I’d like to stay at :)

    Out of all the Motel 6 I have stayed I like this one the best! The staff are super friendly and very compassionate about how they can help you when you stay here. The price is affordable. I highly recommend this place the next time you need a place to stay.

    Other than my room door being bashed from previous times, making it easy to just push open without the key everything was great and clean. Just made sure I took all my valuables with me every time I left the room. Penny, the girl in the front was helpful. She the bestest

    A/C is not working and in the middle of July and triple digits in Bakersfield CA is no joke. I am disappointed because I stay here at motel 6 on white lane quite often. I stayed here 2 weeks ago and the AC wasn't working you would think they would make it a priority to fix their air conditioning units especially in Bakersfield. when I stayed over the 4th of July Weekend Not only was the AC not working they also had the pool closed. It was the end of June and I ended up staying 5 days and that while time could not get the room cleaned. I was unaware that you had to request for housekeeping or House services. After I was informed that I needed to request the room to be cleaned I requested 3 days in a row and still nothing. I am disabled and on dialysis so I am very sensitive to the heat. So their being a couple weeks from the last time I stayed here was hoping the AC would be working. Believe me, in the office area they have an ac unit under the window, and it is very cold in there. What happened to the customer being accommodated before the employee's. The office staff are rude and unwilling to come out of their cold office to check a window. I call the front desk since the window works not open and it was over 85 degrees in the room. They told me if the screws were on screwed then it would open. But it was screwed shut. Promptly removing the screw was what I did. I do want to give 💙💙💙💙💙 cuz I don't have stars. To the maintenance guy Paul for looking out for me on June 3rd. My bf had to ride his bike 10 miles to ask his boss for an advance so I could get a room. Paul made sure I was okay and even gave me a bottle of water. Then helped me with my things after I got the room since you can't check in until 3pm.

    Beds were every comfortable especially the fluffy pillows, I had everything I need in the room. They said AC was out but the room didn’t feel that bad at all. I did see them fixing the AC so if feel ever better with those. This is a place where I’d like to stay more often

    The room was clean though it had a strong chemical smell, maybe cleaning products or frebreeze? There were 2 beds and the one I was on had a bit of a hump in the middle. My bf said his was uncomfortable. The window looked as if it had never been cleaned, though most of the windows looked that way. Quite a bit of freeway noise could be heard through the single pane window. A/C didn't work and was very noisy so we turned it off. I did appreciate that my dog could stay for free. The staff was nice and check in was quick. Not a terrible stay but I've stayed at other Motel 6's that were better.
