My new favourite place in Brasov! :) Really loved the fact that it’s quite “hidden”, not in the city center and not crowded. The atmosphere is super cozy and the service impecable. Tasty food + good coffee + friendly staff = perfect brunch

Had a wonderful time and meal. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful, and the food... Well, the food speaks for itself. It's worth going out of your way to have a nice meal, in a lovely garden and repurposed old home. Will definitely return to try everything out.

What can I say. I can recommend the FRACT without exception. This is my first evening in the city and my accommodation is a few streets away. One Google search later, I'm sitting here and can only confirm the previous reviews. It's amazing ! From the outside (especially now at night) it's totally inconspicuous in the middle of the city and only advertised in very small letters on one of the pillars. At first I was worried that there was nothing going on and only two women sitting in there. Is it any good at all? After Sebastian greeted me warmly, handed me the menu and I had my first bite of the burger, I knew: this is the place for me (and for you when you're reading my review). The burger was super tasty, huge, the dipping sauce with the wedges was great. For dessert, I had to indulge in the sorbet with bananas and a little crumble. I can only recommend this. I also liked the ambience, the decor and everything around it. The insight (throw the glass door) into the kitchen makes it feel a bit like home and some friend ist cooking for you. Sebastian simply rounded it off with his friendly manner, keep up the good work and for everyone who has read this so far. Take a look at it and go there! Supplement: Even if it's unlikely, I definitely have to visit in summer. I'd love to experience the terrace.

FRACT is an excellent restaurant in Brasov where the owner greets you with a friendly attitude and offers you an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment we walked in until the food was served, the owner was always attentive and kind to us. He explained in detail every item we ordered from the menu and pointed out that most of the ingredients are locally farmed. The food was the most delicious I've had in Brasov, and the atmosphere felt like home. It's clear that the owner is passionate about what he does and puts his heart into every dish. It's amazing how he manages to combine local ingredients in such a delicious way. If you haven’t been to Fract… you’re missing out. I would recommend anyone to go eat at this restaurant because it's simply amazing. It's hard to find such an authentic and passion-filled place. You'll definitely make beautiful memories and want to come back again and again.

I came as a solo traveler and Fract is one of those restaurants who serve customers like clients. Both waitresses were very welcoming and gave me excellent recommendations and guide me through the menu. I loved the homemade sponge cake dessert with caramel and the sea buckwheat drink with ginger and honey. I highly recommend this cute restaurant over other dining options in the city center. How do you describe goodness, flavors that burst and become a party in your mouth, a cornucopia of color, and a selection of menu items for everyone . I am a vegan, my sister, a vegetarian /pescatarian, we searched for something that suited both of us without compromise to the restaurant we seek out. We also wanted something with Romania flair. This find was perfect. To start, we shared the hummus plate - ohhhh, the blend, consistency, texture, and flavor were on point. Basically, can eat with a fork by itself. it's that good. I then had the Bulgar oriental. It was mixed with eggplant, chickpeas, tomatoes, and a bunch of spices that brought this dish to utter perfection. My sister had the salmon burger (fresh chunk of salmon, grilled) with potato wedges. She loved.. It also serves meat eater with tomahawk steaks, etc.. pls see their menu (I did not snap the inside shot) . A selection of craft beer, wide array of cocktails with premium liquor and soft drinks available. The owners have recently opened this spot (7 months ago), and their vision is very clear. A well-balanced meal for anyone in your party. Do go, you will not be disappointed ❤️

This is the best resurant we have been to in Brasov! And we got pavlova on the house! And the atmosphere was perfect! They have lovely music and it was not too crowded!

Got here accidently and was pleasantly surprised- one of the best dinners we had in Romania. The Salmon burger was really tasty, and so were the chicken wings, but the biggest surprise was the grilled half chicken which was one of the best we ever had! Be aware- no children dishes, so not fit with children who are very picky (even tough our own child that frowned that there is no snichel ate the chicken with great pleasure!)

Such a gem of a place. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely (renovated old house with a modern twist inside and it works beautifully). The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive (not only regarding the food service, but also when we arrived they asked if we needed the heat turned up or down). The food is amazing! I cannot recommend it enough. It's delicious, it's aesthetic, they support Romanian products. The cocktails and deserts were my personal favorites (that mango tango is memorable). All in all, a fantastic experience! We will definetly be going back there again.

Really cool place, nice atmosphere, greeaaat food and really good value for money, not expensive at all. The ribs, the duck and the sticky pudding were awesome.

The place is wonderful, very chill atmosphere, great service, the waitress (I don't know her name) is nice, smiling, she helped me when she asked me if I wanted truffle puree with pasta carbonara (I don't like truffles at all). The food - superlative, very good, we left the plates empty. Highly recommend, I can't wait to go back to Brasov and try the sticky wings 😄

Such a lovely and cozy restaurant. Food was freshly made and delicious. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Had avocado toast #1 #2 and #3, carbonara, hot Chocolate with marshmallows. Price wise $$ but it’s worth it. I highly recommend it.

Excellent gastronomic experience! Food is really tasty and always with a twist and personal interpretation. Service is absolutely perfect, with the waiter/owner/cook taking the time to speak with us at length about the dishes. You can see, feel and taste the passion in the food. A bit pricey but definitely worth it!

The place is very cozy, the staff is very friendly, sociable, they pay very close attention to your experience, they make sure everything is alright (from the table that you are sited, to the temperature in the room, if the order - food and drinks- are done right and you enjoy them). The food is really good, the ingredients are fresh and good, the plating is nice and they taste delicious! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, from the moment you enter until you leave (the furniture, interior design, music, everything) I will definitively come back!

I came to this restaurant just because it is close to the bus terminal after i came back from Bran castle to Brasov. Surprisingly this restaurant is so far the best in Romani i have ever tried. I came to Romania 6 times and went more than 30 restaurants but this restaurant is the best. Staffs were so nice and friendly. You should definitely try here

We were two families having dinner in Christmas eve, although we arrived almost 1 hour later than the reservation and the restaurant was preparing to close, the restaurant’s employees showed exceptional professionalism and willingness to provide excellent service. The dinner, wine, deserts were excellent in a very beautiful environment!

We only ordered a salad (Fract salad, for reference - the ingredients were fresh and blended amazingly) and a few drinks but it was a great place to spend the afternoon, the atmosphere was on point and the staff was very friendly and made everything feel cozier.

5/5 in each category. Food was great, interior beautiful, service professional and friendly. I highly recommend. 👍Ps. Very good choice of jazz music also made a nice climate.

Fract is an elegant restaurant with great ambiance, lovely staff and quality products. The Kombucha is worthy trying, as it's simply delicious.

Well. The place itself is very good looking. It has great furniture and nice decorations all over. Even the bathroom looks very nice. The staff is ok but a bit inexperienced. They are polite and kind but … yeah. The food is good but is not well balanced. The burger has a great meat but a bad sauce inside. The meat plate for two has only meat. Just meat. It needed some extra something for good digestion. And, and the menu… just some printed papers with bad ink on it.

They definitely deserve 5 stars for the quality of the food and drinks,and the service -- but this is not the place for people in a hurry (service is a bit slow) 😉
