So
disappointed
with
Salomon,
I
bought
my
first
pair
3
days
ago
and
after
2
more
hours
of
use
while
driving,
not
even
in
the
mountains!
the
paint
was
completely
removed
as
if
they
were
already
1
year
old.
I
returned
to
the
store
where
the
sellers
themselves
noticed
that
this
was
not
normal
but
categorically
refused
to
exchange
them
for
me
because
it
does
not
fit
into
the
company's
boxes
to
accept
the
exchange.
They
still
offer
me
a
commercial
gesture
for
my
next
purchase!?
I
just
put
€200
in
the
air
and
they
offer
me
to
spend
it
again
with
them?
I
really
feel
like
someone
has
made
fun
of
me,
a
real
shame
for
a
brand
that
wants
to
be
“quality”.
So
if
you
want
to
exchange
your
shoes
to
break
the
seams,
honesty
doesn't
work.
There
is
a
real
problem
with
quality
control
and
customer
service
in
store,
a
pair
for
€200
that
lasts
2
hours
go
to
ASICS
it
costs
less
and
lasts
longer,
at
the
same
time
it's
not
difficult
to
do
better...
Ps:
really
a
shame
not
to
take
customer
reviews
into
account
but
to
create
fake
reviews,
common
practice
but
I
didn't
expect
that
from
Salomon
