I wish I could say I loved my experience here, but I didn't. I was glad I found $10 parking which was clutch. It's right in front of Ruth's Chris, a few steps from M&S. So, the drinks were AMAZING and the service was as well. The food was another story. The clam chowder was really good but everything else I didn't enjoy at all. Luckily our server was very accommodating and understanding. For the amount of money you spend, you expect your food to match that. The views are amazing and great for pictures. If I come back, it will only be for drinks and clam chowder.

This was the BEST experience I've had in any restaurant in all my life. I wish I could remember our waitresses name but she was the most liveliest, respectful and personable woman and also the other helper named Juan.. these two were awesome. Just the right amount of care and service to our table without being bothersome. The two always showed up when we needed so that was exceptional. It was his birthday and it was great to enjoy the sunset through the large windows of the restaurant. He ordered the steamed muscles and 🦞 with roasted potatoes. I had a very amazing, divinely tasting crab and shrimp stuffed salmon...sooo good 👍 I stuffed myself so and couldn't eat anything else so we didn't have dessert😕. Go to this restaurant.. go today.. go now if you're reading this. They do not disappoint 👏.

Went here for our anniversary for dinner. The host was very friendly and seated us quickly. Our waiter Joel (i think that’s how you spell it) was very sweet and had great mannerism. He made our dinner even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice and well decorated. We ordered the sockeye salmon, Hawaiian swordfish, and the pineapple butter cake. The fish dishes were very tasty, but the butter cake is a must try it was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time! Overall great experience!

This was a great place to eat… the staff was all very welcoming of kids! We had fun! I highly recommend the clam chowder, oysters Rockefeller, and the salmon. The Prosecco sangria was also just what Mommy needed! And you have to get the bag of chocolate for dessert… you will not regret it!

Amazing! Our server Jeremy and Chef Jones made this birthday celebration a hit! The supervisor Juan came out to make my wife's beverage. The passion and knowledge he had for the Smoked Black Cherry Bourbon beverage was refreshing. The demonstration was beautiful. The Irish Whiskey Salmon "Chef's Special" was a HIT!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT DO AWAY WITH THIS. Reservations were seamless, service was great, staff was full of personality, and the restaurant was very diverse from staff to customers working in harmony. These are all very important to me. It was also clean, arranged comfortably, and spacious. The location was perfect and they allowed us to bring in our cake for storage and presenting with candles. They made the night so special without a hitch. We also appreciate the Chef coming out without being asked. We wanted to speak with him and he read our minds. The food was DELICIOUS! I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH. This is our new spot so we can try the entire menu eventually!

Delicious place for an upscale lunch. The crab cake sandwich was tasty with a nice remoulade sauce and the fries were crispy outside and tender inside. Was able to order and eat within 40 minutes.

We ate at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steakhouse once during one of our trips to Baltimore. The food, atmosphere, and service were solid. The location of this restaurant within the Inner Harbor is fantastic, I loved the crab cakes. Also, this is a great spot for outdoor dining, too. The views are amazing, and there is tons of outdoor seating available.

If you’re a fan of seafood (or wine)—you will love this place—It has a wide selection of seafood in their menu, including the crab cakes. The are a selection of wine and other drinks. Although, the food takes time to arrive—The service was fairly good (i wish they’d bring drinks sooner). Overall, nice food with a nice view of inner harbor.

It has very nice views of the Harbor and is right by the water. Decor is chic and service was quick and efficient. Happy hour was ok although $5/beer for domestics isn’t a great deal. The menu was sadly lacking in variety- although they do have baked feta, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts but ZERO vegan options. For those who eat eat/fish the taco Tuesdays would be great as it’s just $2/fish taco. I’m truly hoping they’d include plant based options so that I would go back or recommend this place to other vegans.

Title: Disappointing Experience: Unfortunate Visit to [Restaurant Name] Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I recently dined at M&S seafood steaks and Oyster, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was subpar, the food fell short of expectations, and the oysters we ordered were not fresh. The service lacked attentiveness and professionalism. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, failing to address our needs promptly. This lack of attention greatly impacted our overall dining experience. Furthermore, the quality of the food was disappointing. The dishes we ordered were below par in terms of taste, presentation, and quality. The oysters, in particular, were not fresh, which was a significant letdown. It's crucial for a restaurant to maintain the freshness of its seafood offerings, and this aspect was sorely lacking. Considering my experience, I regretfully cannot recommend M&S seafood steaks and Oyster to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. It's essential for restaurants to consistently deliver quality food and attentive service, and unfortunately, this establishment fell short in both aspects during my visit. Please note that this review reflects my personal experience at M&S seafood steaks and Oyster and is solely based on my own opinions.

A great location to grab some great food and drink. Our waitress was phenomenal and we really enjoyed their Happy Hour choices ranging from $4-$10 a plate. Very good portions and very delicious.

Nice place, lighting was dark, beautiful inside. The menu is expensive. The food we had was great. I had the mixed green salad without bacon, and Jumbo shrimp cocktail. My coworkers had the walnut salads and crab cake with a special sauce, that was amazing. The service was nice a little slow.

Friendly and accommodating. Great location for outside entertainment. Service was outstanding. Just a suggestion, DO NOT sit in the bar area if you are seeking a relaxing meal and want to actually have and hear each other's conversations. We had to ask to be moved it was so loud 😄. Food was just okay, nothing exceptional, but hot, flavorful and decent presentation.

Food was good and the restaurant boasts a beautiful view of the Inner Harbour in Baltimore. Our server was a bit less than stellar. She started out great, but as the evening went on, she started having trouble with table touches and took forever bringing the dessert out. They were not busy, but she started responding slower to our table. I recommend coming for dessert. If you aren't a seafood fan you won't have many options here. They have steak and you can add chicken to your salad.

I had the chance to visit this restaurant on Thanksgiving Day and the experience was great. It was my first time visiting this location. We had a couple allergies at the table and had the pleasure of the chef coming to our table to take our orders and share information on ingredients. The food was delicious and fresh. The drinks as always were great. The company was amazing! And the service was very responsive. I would highly suggest you check them out. The sea bass is amazing. The stuffed salmon was delicious and the calamari was my favorite.

Ate here twice. Food was good - especially crab cake and the Miso Black Cod...and a drink called the cherry mule. One night, a birthday party arrived with no advance notice. There were 20+ people - drinks, food, etc. It was madness. If a noisy crowd is not your thing, do not sit in the bar, which sucks because then you will miss Brittany. The staff was great, especially the bartender Brittany, she is AWSOME - great drinks, plus she was jumping back and forth between the bar, serving, and general birthday crowd control.

Nice atmosphere, decorated beautifully for the holidays. First time visit. Open Christmas Day. Helpful, friendly staff. Food was really good, especially the cheesecake!! Would definitely go back.

Sooo... was a little worried about eating here after reading the reviews. There were a few bad ones, but honestly we couldn't have had a better time. I found NONE of the negative reviews to be factual during our time there. Our waiter Cedric was AMAZING!!! Super friendly and welcoming to us. The food was sooooo good! All of it! Thank You McCormick & Schmick's for a fantastic night! Thank you Cedric for being the best of the best!

We came here to check out their happy hour and it’s actually a decent happy hour menu but you also have to sit in a specific section to do the happy hour. We got seated then was told we would have to move to a different table if we wanted to do happy hour which was kind of weird. We ordered the calamari, two different kinds of tacos and the mussels. Everything was just average but the mussels. I have had mussels many times before but these mussels tasted terrible and smelled terrible. I thought I had just eaten a bad one at first so I tried a second one and it was just as bad that I didn’t even continue with it. We also ordered oysters on their regular menu and there were so many small pieces of shells embedded in the oysters that I kept having to spit out the shells. I don’t know if the person shucking the oysters just didn’t know how to do it properly. But to be charging over $3 an oyster, I don’t think I need to also be eating shells. The drinks were pretty good though. Our waiter was very nice and polite and did tell us that he was new and still getting used to things but he did a good job attending to us.

Our server was great in the beginning. We did ask to sit outside so I couldn’t see that it was getting busier inside, which explains why he ended up not checking on us as much towards the end of our meal. But he was very nice the entire time. Food was okay. I got the shrimp scampi and it wasn’t anything to write home about. Beautiful setting.

Great atmosphere, wonderful service, amazing food. Loved every second there. Jeremy was an amazing waiter and gave excellent suggestions. The manager was so nice also. If you're in the area, definitely pay them a visit.

In Baltimore's Inner Harbor, McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant gives a delightful dining experience that combines fresh seafood, impeccable service, and a charming ambiance. During my recent visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food, the attentiveness of my server Christina, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. The menu at McCormick & Schmick's boasts an extensive selection of seafood. From Maryland crab cakes to more adventurous options like grilled swordfish (bf loved, ate so fast couldn’t get a pic!), I ordered the ribeye Oscar style (pictured) the variety of choices was impressive. The service at McCormick & Schmick's was exceptional. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, sweet, she made the experience all the better. The bar is impressive as well. One minor drawback was the noise level, which occasionally became quite loud due to the restaurant's popularity. Which is a good telltale sign this place is good!this restaurant is a fantastic choice for a special occasion or a delightful evening out.
