What a great first time and for a Halloween party at that. The event was very organized with tickets being sold online, and they sold out very fast. Neat lines when we’re ids were checked and tickets were scanned. Apon arriving you get hit with loud music from every direction, lights flashing and drinks being poured along the many bars they have lining the building. There’s a spot for everyone here with the different clubs, and music entertainment I recommend this place for anyone that is wanting to have a good time in the city. Live music has the crowd going full effect I can’t wait for the next event!

I had an amazing concert experience here. You're able to get really close to the stage which is really nice. They have a ton of festivals and concerts. A really fun experience overall. Underground pizza has amazing pizza too, they're specially made with specific toppings that you wouldn't normally find in a pizza place. My favorite is the pickle ranch bacon pizza.

Our private event was a good time! Great music from the live band, good for at all of the stations, friendly servers, and fun games for all.

Went 12 September for the brunch event and it was pretty good. Food options were limited but still pretty good. Good atmosphere and DJ at the event. I only took picture of the food and drink. Banana waffle was amazing. The drink wasn't worth the $30 in my opinion. Paying for the quantity and "wow factor" of having such a tall drink, but % wise it was weak. Like watered down smirnof ice.

Big fan of this venue! Went here for the warped tour live band and it was excellent. High quality sound, they had a bar with two separate lines. We didn’t have to wait very long for drinks. There was a good amount of space and the lights were great.

We have been here many times but went for the NYE event and had such a great time. All of the bars are pretty great, the food was good, and the music was fantastic! Getting in, the line was long but went quickly. We also felt safe and secure even with so many people. This is a great place to go if you want to bar hop but not have to "travel" too much.

I came to town for the annual pickle festival. I had an amazing time. This venue is fantastic. The restaurants in this area have amazing food. Safety is their number one priority. I can’t wait until next year

I LOVE coming here! Every time is a good time. There is a variety of types of music (live and recorded), different themes, and it's just always so fun. And the bartenders at Howl at the Moon know how to make a good drink! 😁

Lots of games to play and bars to visit. If you are spending the day at the harbor then walk on over and check it out!

I would give more stars but not everything was open sadly. Went to the first bar on the left. The fresh squeezed drinks were so good. Corn hole and jenga were so fun. I have only 2 complaints. 1 the mosquitoes were very aggressive. Which isn't normally the fault of an outdoor venue but that brings me to 2. The material awning over the pergola had bodies of stagnant water that occasionally dripped on you or your drink if you weren't careful. I got bit pretty good on my forehead. Otherwise, it was a fun time.

It was nice. Very crowded and live music was playing. They had some games like axe throwing, Jenga and big connect 4. Nice time and good vibes.

Really dope concert venue. The steps leading up to the top will take you out, though. They always have good acts. The acoustics are good I saw Redman & Method Man a while back. One of the top shows I have been in attendance for. I would suggest you get an uber, ride the subway or ride the MTA down here. It's 2 blocks away from the Inner Harbor.

I came for a work event and the staff was super nice and friendly. They were so accommodating to our groups special requests. And the space was awesome. We also appreciated the dog event on Thurs. Super cool place! Would love to come back if I'm ever in town again and would recommend to others.

I visited for Nerdapocolypse 2022. The area is very spacious and they host many events here. There are lots of places to eat in the area and there is a 7-11 with an atmosphere as well if you need cash. There is also an escape room and a few other places I didn't get a chance to visit. There is street parking in the area which I think is $4 for every 5 hours or something like that. I would definitely visit again during other events!

Excellent concert venue that sometimes gets big bands. Great view of the stage from almost anywhere. Decent sound. Love that it's so close to home. Tickets are usually relatively reasonable compared to the bigger venues.

I love a mechanical bull! Never did I think that a bar crawl would lead me to a choreographed bull ride but there I was living! My friends and I were doing a 90s bar crawl and got to ride the bull! Pull up your big boy pants and saddle up bc your on your way to becoming a legend. The music will compel you and all your friends to make the best decision of your life and grab the bull by horns.

Had a blast at Steve Aoki’s concert summer 2023. The value is pretty sweet with plenty of different bars that serve even the biggest of crowds effectively. Don’t expect a super long wait and definitely expect a good time

Very nice. No disappointments. It was my first time. Might want to invest in some fans. Have more blend music upstairs part. To respect of other cultures of music. The dancers were great.

Pretty cool spot. There is a cover charge to enter the area to get into the bars. Karaoke, skeet ball, shuffle board, and arcade games were free at the bar too.

Hello Owner, Thanks for your prompt response on feedback. We were group of 4 having fun and when we decided to go out earlier than closing time the guard stopped us and instructed us to throw away drinks. Even though it was in cans (I guess it’s designed for take away anywhere) but they said we can’t take out our drinks ! It’s the drinks we bought it from inside ! What’s that policy? Why? And we were not even drunk! After that incident, we haven’t visited this place nor we will. Thank you.

A great 'grown folks' place. Lots of great places to grab drinks, food, and to sit and listen to music. There were lots of private parties and concerts going on so were limited on where we could go. It was graduation weekend and the first weekend being out, so the vibe was still very good. I plan to hit this spot again...maybe even book a private party...it's got good vibes

Beautiful aquarium but there were too many people there for my liking. There were many times it was not possible to be 6ft apart while looking at exhibits. I ended up skipping a few to get away from the crowd. However, I went on a Friday night which seems like a popular time. If you are planning a visit during the pandemic, I recommend a week day. Also I will say they did an excellent job of temperature taking and reminding people throughout to keep their masks on and above the nose.

There are several bars and clubs there. Nice open space to walk around. There are spots to get food from too. Nice nightlife to get some good drinks and hang out. It is in Downtown Baltimore and very close to the Inner Harbor if you want to go there or to nearby restaurants or other nightlife in the area. The subway stop is near there as well if you don't want to deal with the hassle of parking because it is very hard to find parking in the area and most of it you have to pay for it, if not, you may have to walk a good distance once you finally do find a spot to park.

This is probably one of my favorite places in the Bay Area. I have been here during the day to chaperone my high schoolers, and have also come to multiple Night life events, which are ALWAYS a blast. The planetarium is my favorite and I go to a planetarium show every time I go. The rainforest is also so cool, and I enjoy seeing the butterflies. The aquarium is awesome. Everything is awesome. This place is the BEST.

First time there and it was a blast, easy access from York via 83 and the parking garage was practically onsite. Acoustics were amazing and I can't wait to see another show. Definitely recommend to music enthusiasts.

I attended an event that was hosted at Power Plant Live. The atmosphere was great. Really liked all the different options for bars and entertainment in the area. The only disappointment was that everything shut down so early, albeit was a Monday night, but there were hundreds of people there until the bars started closing.

Definitely not a *bad* area to spend your evening, but it isn't anything like it used to be. I visited this place a few years ago, and was hoping to show my husband how much fun it had been to come here 12 years ago -- a lot had changed. The area was pretty deserted, for a weekend, and had hardly anything fun to do at all. I remember crowds, amazing live music, dance floors crowded with people, lively games, comfy+cool swings, mechanical-bull-riding and one cover charge to get into an array of different fun nightclubs. Only a few of the locations were still open, but they weren't nightclubs, anymore: they were mostly sports bars, and without any pool, darts or anything else to play -- well, aside from the pay-to-play touch-screen computer games. There was no live music in any of these sports bars and it was the weekend. After some searching at different places I did find someplace other than a "sports bar", and the mechanical bull! However...it was being used as a show to lure in guys: a scantily-clad bartender rode it (the bartenders took shifts doing this, it seemed), and there was an option to pay to ride it with her. There's nothing...*wrong* with that, but it did seem like entirely the wrong setting -- since we weren't at a strip club and the place was lit up like a mall or something... The overly bright lights of *this* place, coupled with the location's complete lack people made this look even LESS appealing, aesthetically. You could clearly see the entire location's population of 8 single male customers reduced to drooling, sweaty guys, in full, very brightly lit 4K, Ultra HD -- who could also clearly, uncomfortably, see each other 🤣😂(not these guys' fault, I definitely blane the lighting and the completely wrong atmosphere) This was just.. not a great look, is all I'm saying. At least put a spotlight on the bull, dim the surrounding lights, make the place an actual strip club IDK do something! Lol. Back in the day, the customers could take turns trying to ride the bull for free... This place also did not have live music. There was a dance floor, but nobody was on it. The dance floor was also very brightly lit (not even in different colors). I can't believe that none of these remaining locations here didn't at least have darts, shuffleboard, pool...something. Nobody was dancing, and there wasn't any live music. I was pretty sad that I couldn't show my husband what an amazing hotspot this had been 15 years ago, now. If you're looking for some quiet places to go watch your favorite sports team on decent televisions, without a lot of people, and you don't mind if the place looks a little bit run-down then check out these sports bars. Or, if you're interested in paying to ride a mechanical bull with a scantily-clad bartender -- or watching other people pay to do this (in a location with the atmosphere of a Golden Buffet), then you might find a good time here 🤔😁. ** Obviously these locations have probably changed a lot since I last visited about 3 or 4 years ago, so perhaps they've made some awesome changes, I don't know 🙂. I suggest reading all of the more recent, therefore relevant, reviews before evaluating my own -- I'm just recording the experience that I had here several years ago, because in some ways it was hilarious 🙂.

The live music is pitiful! Usually just 1 guy with a guitar and electronic background. The music is usually folksy and slow. Not good for a Friday or Saturday night party.

Power plant is a ton of fun! There are lots of different bars, all themed, from dance clubs and live music outside to a country style bar with a mechanical bull and mexican bar and a rock and roll club. There is a giant outdoor fireplace with seating all around it and lots of games thought the place like cornhole and giant jenga games!

Honestly it had been so long since I'd been there, I'd almost forgotten Power Plant Live was a thing. No offense, but it's just not a destination for someone without kids (Port Discovery) or someone over 50, and I'm now in that category. We went to the beer garden to kick off a Xmas bar crawl (yes, I still do that) and everyone was great. Just quiet now with Covid. Still seems like a fun spot.
