I
got
stuck
in
Baltimore
during
recent
rain,
snow,
hail
on
my
way
back
to
DC.
My
heat
wasn't
working
so
I
couldn't
see
out
my
windshield.
I
made
it
to
the
Holiday
Inn/Radisson.
Luckily
the
Holiday
Inn
was
booked
and
would
not
take
any
new
guest
until
3:00
pm.
The
black
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
rude,
disrespectful,
and
unprofessional.
I
went
next
door
to
the
Radisson
and
was
able
to
get
a
room.
The
front
desk
guy
was
Elijah.
He
was
awesome.
He
put
me
in
a
nice
room.
However,
the
heat
wasn't
working.
He
called
for
a
repair
guy
but
no
one
came.
Later
that
night
the
service
desk
called
for
a
engineer.
He
came,
but
the
room
was
still
cold.
The
next
day
it
was
really
snowing
on
Monday,
so
I
decided
to
stay
a
second
night.
Eventually,
the
black
engineer
told
the
desk
to
put
me
in
another
room
with
heat.
The
new
room
was
nice,
2
beds
and
the
heat
was
smoking.
The
fridge
wasn't
too
cold
but
the
engineer
looked
at
it
and
turned
it
up.
They
gave
me
a
major
discount
for
all
my
trouble.
I
would
definitely
recommend
this
hotel.
The
staff
really
try
to
please
you
and
the
rooms
are
clean
and
nice.
I
will
definitely
be
going
back!
