I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this hotel. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. For starters, the inside of the lobby was nice, but the outside area needed some fixing up or remodeling. The room was not what my boyfriend and I expected. The hotel room was very small, but in the picture, the room looked very big and spacious. I was so disappointed about the room size, and to top it off, the coffee maker and microwave were dirty. There was no refrigerator in the room and there were ROACHES. There were roaches on the tables and the bed. When I was leaving, I shake out my bag with my belonging, and roaches were crawling out. I was so upset. My partner and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I would never recommend this ROACH-INFESTED hotel.

I’m currently staying here now until tomorrow. I’m 7 months pregnant high risk. My sons are in one room while I’m in another. I am VERY VERY disappointed about my room. First my Air Conditioner doesn’t work. They offer me a cheap fan or a refund, I didn’t leave due to me moving around to much be pregnant. I have No microwave in my room I have to go to my sons room to heat up food. Second the curtains are dirty and ripped. Third the windows are not secure if you lean to hard on them you could fall out the window. Fourth the pillow are Very flat, the bed is hard. NO ice bucket. The Refrigerators in both rooms doesn’t keep food cold. The hallway wall is torn out looks like Renovation is going on, hallway is Very dirty so is the carpet. The elevator is filthy. And they didn’t even offer us a better room or free breakfast for tomorrow. I advise anyone NOT to stay here.😡🤬

I got stuck in Baltimore during recent rain, snow, hail on my way back to DC. My heat wasn't working so I couldn't see out my windshield. I made it to the Holiday Inn/Radisson. Luckily the Holiday Inn was booked and would not take any new guest until 3:00 pm. The black lady at the front desk was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I went next door to the Radisson and was able to get a room. The front desk guy was Elijah. He was awesome. He put me in a nice room. However, the heat wasn't working. He called for a repair guy but no one came. Later that night the service desk called for a engineer. He came, but the room was still cold. The next day it was really snowing on Monday, so I decided to stay a second night. Eventually, the black engineer told the desk to put me in another room with heat. The new room was nice, 2 beds and the heat was smoking. The fridge wasn't too cold but the engineer looked at it and turned it up. They gave me a major discount for all my trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff really try to please you and the rooms are clean and nice. I will definitely be going back!

I don't have time to write a long review, but I'll give a brief list of amenities. I also don't know that a single one of these was a big deal. But add them together, and I've had enough. The only way this place can call itself a Radisson is because they must have stolen the sign from s real one. * Mold on ceiling and walls. * The little visitor in the bathroom (see photos). * Door to wall plumbing hanging open/can't close. * Towels from previous day's guest still in bathroom. * Shampoo/Conditioner bottles left from previous day (seal was broken, normally I would have never looked, but by now I was suspect). * Several wood screws laying in parking area at main door. You know, right where you can drive over them. Radisson will be getting a bill if I end up with a flat by the way. * $30 parking. Now, I don't care about that. I knew I had to pay. They told me. I didn't have to park, so if I want to, I have to pay. No issues there. The issue is the garage. It is essentially a boiler room that just dead ends with no warning. No signage, no direction, no anything. One portion was actually flooded, so I felt it best to not drive in there. Especially with my potentially punctured tires. Just a disaster. Normally, I think bad reviews are often overreaction. In this case however, take all the bad reviews out there into account when making a choice about this place. It should be a crime to charge people money for this place.

Went to the Avis car rental booth. Hotel is old and run down, and the garage is small and confusing.

From what I understand it has only been reopened for two weeks since closing due to Covid-19. The room was clean. The staff for the most part were very nice. Two waitresses for a dinner and then breakfast were as nice as they could be. We had a problem with the first room we got and a maintenance man came up very quickly to address. He could not solve the problem but went down to the lobby to get us a new room. He again, quite quickly, returned with pass keys to a new room. He asked if we needed a cart to load our luggage etc. and we responded yes and he went downstairs get the cart and brought it back up to us. The staff including the front desk personnel upon arrival, who made a mistake charging a specific CC, which i didn't want used were all lovely. I believe these employees have not been trained properly nor given the tools to do their job effectively and are in a hard place to try to please the customer to keep their jobs. The AC in most rooms was extremely poorl. I was attending a convention so many friends were in the same hotel and we unfortunately compared stories. I wish them luck but would not go back here again.

Room was clean and staff were very friendly and efficient. My room had a nicely remodeled bath but retained popcorn ceiling. Nice extras like in room coffee/tea, hair dryer, iron, etc. The heater (on high) took almost 90 minutes to go from 66 to 72 though. Conference center is huge. Fitness center is tiny. Underground garage parking was free although that might have been unusual as it dispensed tickets on intake. Nice business center. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Please don't stay here!! It starts with the parking. Underground? We proceeded to the room it's extremely warm, air conditioning is not working at all. This was supposed to be nice surprised for my husband birthday, yet worst experience ever. We went to the pool. Oh my it was dirty and extremely cold-water. As tho, the filter not working. I try to get food from the bar all night no answer. Can't wait to checkout tomorrow.

Very nice outside. Valet parking was quick and friendly. The grand lobby was beautifully done with timeless decor. Restaurant and bar is extremely dated and worn down. I ordered sliders but they pretty bad. They looked awful and were tasteless disc of meat between buns. I had a double room it was clean spacious. Only complaint here was the tub didn't drain during a shower the stopper was broken. My stay otherwise was comfortable. The beds were plush and very comfy.

It is well decorated and the service is good but they did not provide cleaning service and I found a cockroach and they moved our room and did not charge me that night 👎

Radisson at Inner Harbor is closed. Booked through Priceline, got there on 4/8/22, and the place is closed. Radisson website says it's still open. Priceline says it's still open. Pls get it together and improve the PR to inform the public.

I REALLY like the staff of this hotel. Several of the people at the front desk were very helpful. I think the hotel needs to be upgraded to match how personable they were. The hotel needs some refurbishment and upgrades. I actually really appreciate the design of the rooms. They use the layout of the room intelligently. But things like the carpets need to be upgraded. I actually liked the bathroom even though I prefer a tub. It's a little too easy to hair people in the next room (through the doors that join the rooms). But that depends on who is there next room. Street noise is also quite intrusive (maybe the windows are not soundproof and insulated?). Just be prepared for this if you are a light sleeper. Again, I really liked the staff. A little noise proofing and some upgrades would really help this hotel be excellent.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is within walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was clean and spacious. Staff is very polite and helpful. Air conditioner was not working properly in the hotel, we set the temp to 68 but it could only get as low as 73. They explained this was an issue all over the hotel, and were working to get it corrected. The only other problem was that our room didn't have a fridge.

Hotel Lobby was nice, Maintenance Lady was rude. Room was on 5th Floor l when arrive was extremely hot took an hour to cool off, Windows are Terrible, they shook all day and night from the wind with cold air coming in. Heat barely works because of the cold air. Beds were filthy. Took sheets off multiple stains. No Housekeeping, not even to change linen. Me and friends were to be there 4 days. Was told if needing towels or tissue to come to front desk however people seem to disappear when you do go down there. Bathroom shower took forever to get warm, Refrigerator didn’t get cold, Microwave took forever to heat food up, Coffee Maker was disgusting and dirty inside. Parking Garage needs a lot of work. I am handicapped and there was never any spots to park. Water leaking everywhere in the parking garage, creepy and unsafe feel. Someone had vomited in one of the elevators and a yellow sign was just put in the elevator instead of disabling it until it was clean. I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Only thing this hotel got going on is the location to Inner Harbor.

The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. When we first arrived, our original room smelled like cigarette smoke and they switch our room right away and sent someone to check the area. The location was also excellent, accessible to everything we wanted to do. However, the room was smaller than appeared in pictures. It was outdated and the cleanliness was subpar. The shower needed a deep cleaning and one of the towels had a hair on it. It felt as if the room was cleaned quickly and with little detail. This applies as well to the cleaning that was done on our second day. When we returned to our room on day two of our stay the bed was made in haste and the side table was left out of place. The bed was decent but the pillows were worn and needed to be replaced. The A/C was also weak. We had to turn it down to the lowest setting to get the room to a reasonably comfortable temperature. Overall the staff and location were great but the hotel needed serious work and upkeep.

My worst experience. I stayed in the hostels way much nicer than this hotel. Mask was mandatory in the hotel, but most of the employee was not putting it on. The sheets were filthy. Towels were smelly. There was no water or ice in the room, nothing in the fridge. There was an ice machine on the hallway, empty. We tried three more floors for ice machine, all empty. There was a weird sound coming from the outlets next to our beds after one day the outlets and lights died forever. Water pressure was very low, the water was not hot. It took forever the heat to go from 71 to 74. I know this would be a luxury request for this hotel but there was no slippers, hair dryer and A TRASH CAN! Oh, no notebook or pencil either.. Cold air was coming from the windows. Except one employee, everybody we talked in the front desk was grumpy. Parking was $30 per night! Only good things were friendly restaurant staff, good food in the restaurant and location. Oh beds were pretty comfortable, too, but dont look at underneath them!

Very poorly maintained. You have to go inside to check in and valet Park your vehicle. One elevator working and one baggage cart in the whole hotel. The room smelled funky and moldy. Not to mention the key card machine was broken.

Front desk upgraded our reserved room for early check in apon request. Parking garage is multi-level and has limited spots. Pleasant room but had to get a working fridge from maintenance. Temperature in room was chilly even though thermostat was on 80°.

From the kind, thoughtful, and insightful inviting staff, to the impeccably clean room I must say I enjoy my stay. That was mostly impressed by housekeeping. Constantly busy, but always willing to help. Conveniently located, and tastefully decorated.

The raggedy up keep matched their raggedy customer service at the front desk. My dads room was 1513 and the telephone was disconnected, had no line at all, there was no microwave, no coffee machine like in my room. My room was 1512 and the bathroom was filthy with hair all in the shower, the sheets were gross. The towels were DIRTY. The front desk woman, black with short hair and the others didn’t even greet you, she was extremely rude and had an attitude as if you were the problem yet there were buckets every where catching leaks, the floors are dirty, I will never ever stay here again. Literally worst stay and waste of money. Do not go here. The holiday inn next door seemed way better! You guys are lucky to even get one star because you deserve 0.

Needs a lot of fixing up! Not clean. Had to change rooms due stain on sheet and toilet did not flush. Do not eat in restaurant. The breakfast was horrible . Pancakes more like hockey pucks. I did not feel safe walking around the area. Trash everywhere, homeless people and feces on ground. Never going back!!

The room I was in 1604 was great nice size comfy beds and ac worked well, I also got a good night sleep didn’t hear a thing.. but also with covid going on you want the hotel to be a little more cleaner. My ice bucket was dirty I had to clean it before getting ice it had coffee spilled on it and the thing to grab the ice with had a stick substance on I didn’t even use it I was just grossed out pubic hairs on my towels so I went downstairs and got all fresh ones my room also smelled like smoke but I’m use to that in hotels but I didn’t feel the room was clean enough for me so I did clean my room myself I just felt more comfortable after I’ve ice machine on my floor didn’t work but didn’t have a problem going to 18 to get ice. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hallways very hot should update that otherwise nice stay just with a pandemic going on please do a little extra steps when cleaning rooms for the next guess

Guest services were great, but our hotel room was not clean. The window sills were sticky and dusty and the floor not clean. The A/C unit did not work during our 3 night stay, and the telephone in our room was disconnected (did not even have a wire to plug it into the wall) so we had to use our cellphones to call the front desk. The 24/7 gym was dirty and the motion sensor lights for the room shut off on me while I was using the treadmill.

I must say after reading the reviews I was pretty worried about what I would get with this hotel! Upon arriving, I was advised that the air was not working but that they had workers working to get it fixed. They also advised that it was a slow process. It’s just my son and myself and we were only staying for one night so I told him I was ok with that and asked him if a fan would be available to us. He said of course anything we need. After looking at a few things he advised that the room was 77 degrees and that he would be sending us to stay at the Marriott! I am so very happy with the way that employee (his initials are MD) did all he could so we could have a comfortable nights stay even though it was only for one night. Not only did he make the arrangements, I was also charge less than what I booked the room for. The room is nice, clean and the hotel employees are super accommodating! I will definitely stay at the Radisson and Marriott again! Thank you for your hospitality!
