I
visited
SmileRite
first
when
I
was
fully
insured.
No
problems.
I
was
told
by
Dr.
Miles
I
would
be
eligible
for
a
replacement
denture
at
no
cost.
Since,
being
uninsured,
I
have
been
given
very
bad
treatment.
The
denture
cracks
and
I
was
charged
$150
or
more
to
have
the
crack
fixed.
Next,
when
I
asked
for
the
new
denture
she
had
promised
me
she
said
a
person
only
needed
one
and
she
could
fix
the
repair
in
only
two
days.
I
said
I
would
like
two
since
I
work
talking
over
the
phone
and
can't
do
my
job
since
it
creates
muffled
speech.
I
told
her
I
could
go
to
work
if
I
had
two
and
that
she
had
promised
me
another
for
free.
She
said
I
never
told
you
that
and
I
was
shocked.
She
said
a
new
top
denture
would
cost
me
over
$1500.
Last
week
the
denture
cracked
again.
I
called
for
an
appointment
but
was
never
called
back.
Today
I
called
again
and
was
told
the
doctor
would
see
me
but
the
denture
could
not
be
repaired
until
next
Tuesday.
I
asked
for
a
referral
and
was
told
none
was
available.
So
for
a
solid
week
plus
I,
suffering
a
ragged
cut
in
the
denture,
must
endure
it
although
it
is
cutting
my
mouth.
Very
unprofessional.
