Our dining experience was mixed. The good: Our burgers were good (sauce a bit too spicy for my wife), well-seasoned and had perfectly toasted buns. My son absolutely loved his salmon kids meal with the expertly carved orange! My daughter found that the lobster roll was satisfying and delicious. And, my other daughter really loved the Thai noodles she ordered. The meal was a 4 star experience. The service was pretty decent overall, despite their being pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon. HOWEVER...the bad: NONE of the staff handling food had any of their hair covered! That's a big deal. The food preparation area is visible, and that is a relatively basic requirement for food preparation. We couldn't bring ourselves to overlook that. Perhaps you would disagree. It is a (mostly) free country, after all. 😬🙌

It was a quiet day when we came in, I suppose because it was Memorial Day? Anyway, the place was clean, staff was super attentive and quick even though we were sat outside (which is rare since staff usually forgets when we sit outside) and very lovely! The food was a great surprise, served on wooden cutting boards that made it very easy to cut through our steaks. The butter that was smothered on top was heavenly, and I don’t think a place has ever served Brussels sprouts in such an awesome way! (Super crispy!!) if we’re ever down mid south again I’ll have to look for this place once more. Also menu is QR code only! And brunch menu is only for weekends.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend and I went to this place and it was terrible. He ordered a combo that costs $19, includes a sushi and a dessert. I ordered a dragon roll. They brought me the wrong dish and then I had to wait for them to make my dragon, the truth is that my boyfriend sushi was not delicious because it was like a lemon sauce (it tasted terrible). My sushi took a long time. In short, I told the waitress that I didn't want it and that we wanted to pay to leave. She gave us a completely incorrect bill and since we wanted to leave, ok, we paid it. In short, she charged us an extra 10 dollars. actually our cost was $8 for two sodas and $19 for the lunch special. My sushi never arrived (it should be noted that I didn't eat anything) and well, the lady charged us $23 for a sushi plus $8 for soda plus $6 for an entry... as I have been explaining to you, the special lunch had this included for $19 $ (starter + sushi + dessert) price that we never paid because she overcharged us.

This is definitely a one-and-done restaurant for me. We had a brunch reservation at 10am on a Sunday. When we walked in they looked like they were barely ready to open. They sat us in the bar area of the restaurant which had buckets of water and a puddle by our table due to a leaky ceiling. I guess I should have brought my rain boots to dine in. We ordered our food at 10:15 and did not receive our food until 11:20. As I feared, all of our food was ice cold. My eggs Benedict not tasty, yolks not runny, and my potatoes looked and tasted like the ones you buy in the frozen food aisle at the market. My wife’s dish, which had no mention of beef, was served to her with two beef patties on the thinnest slice of ham over a bed of rice. They should probably fix this error or tell their cooks, whom I watched touch their faces, hats, dish towels, without washing their hands, that they should learn how to make the items on their menus. The manager didn’t bat an eye when we complained. Anyway, avoid this restaurant. Don’t let their pictures online fool you - this place is not worth $20/plate.

It was dead. Maybe four tables. Waiter never smiled one time. Never engaged one time. We ordered four appetizers. They came out one at a time over the course of forty minutes. Will not be back.

Worst sushi I've ever had!!! My sushi came on too of a puddle of water, all of the rice was wet. The spicy tuna roll barely has any tuna and instead has what I hope was hamachi, although it tasted off. The service was slow. They got my order wrong, billed me for items I didn't order. Since it was so slow and I really wanted to get out of there I paid it anyways and left. I am absolutely disappointed. I can guarantee that the other reviews here are fame. DO NOT COME HERE!

It was my birthday dinner, and we wanted a booth but was told that none were available even though we saw unoccupied booths all around us. We kept having to remind our waiter to bring items we requested, and it took an extended time to even locate our waiter. We were a party of four, and the place wasn’t packed so I’m not understanding why this was an issue. I almost fell in the bathroom because there was a puddle of water under the sink that I didn’t notice. The food and ambiance were great and for those two reasons only I may return. But never again will I come to celebrate my birthday or any special occasion.

We had an amazing (first) time at Kona! Our server, Simone, was funny/knowledgeable/attentive; the food was all so delicious we ate it ALL (so stuffed); music was fun and lively; atmosphere was fun and inviting; kids menu is incredible and our kids loved the options! We plan to visit each time we come back to the Baltimore area. Highly recommend- the Asian fusion tastes so delicious in all the dishes (peanut sauces, sweet chili sauce, miso mashed potatoes, excellent tasting sushi, spicy butter for edamame etc).

Our waitress, Jasmine is what made our experience so great. She was upbeat and friendly which is hard to come by at a restaurant nowadays. Our food was good. You can’t go wrong with their appetizers. I will say the Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll had way too much seasoning on it, I know it’s supposed to be spicy that’s why I ordered it but the seasoning was far too much and took away from the taste of the roll. And you have to finish with a piece of the carrot cake, it’s giant and delicious!

Really loved the atmosphere here. The menu has a lot of great selections and the atmosphere is lovely. The servers are awesome! I will recommend this place to semi-serious events like birthdays dates etc

At the Kona Grill near the Inner Harbor, Cheyenne was a wonderful server. She made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely kind. She provided wonderful customer service. We will be back again.

I attended Kona Grill to experience their a date night menu. There was a bit of a wait for the hostess and then for our waiter to arrive at our table. Overall, all of the food was very tasty and piping hot when it came out. Our server Alex was great along with the manager. Delvin. I would visit here again for a date night or happy hour.😀

Amazing food! Amazing service. Just one item put a big smile on my face. I'm a connoisseur of New England clam chowder.Always looming for better. I found the best here. Every spoonful was an explosion of flavor. On top of.that, everything was fresh and excellent.tasting. Three of us had meals for about $24 each. Vegetarian options are available a wheelchair friendly facility, but you need tomuse public parkimg garages if driving. Still, a gem in Baltimore's inner harbor. We will return.

Delicious food! Salmon was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing! Kids meal is decorated so cute! Server was wonderful! Only complaint was the wait was super long for a Wednesday evening with only a couple other people there. Definitely recommend though!

Not my first time at Kona Grill, here's why.. The service, the food, and the vibe is always amazing. We had the pleasure of being served by Troy, who was phenomenal! What a treat, to watch Ravens play at an awesome restaurant!

I arrived at the beginning of happy hour when the restaurant wasn't busy. The service was friendly but very slow. It took 20 minutes to get a drink. The edamame was salted terribly (some pods were coated in salt, others had no salt) and the poke bowl was nothing special.

Food was good but the atmosphere was dead, our waiter didn’t want to be there by the way he acted, but we tipped him $4 and the tableware was dirty and when we told our waiter he just took one of the items. The soy sauce just looked disgusting and if it was dry and crusted on the outside then it was definitely the same on the inside.
