Essential to any cooking in the Arab world is the concept of hospitality and generosity. Meals are generally large family affairs, with much sharing and a great deal of warmth over the dinner table. Formal dinners and celebrations generally involve large quantities of lamb, and every occasion entails large quantities of Arabic coffee or Arabic tea.

We met one of the owners on our very delayed flight to Krabi. He offered us to takes us into town in the middle of the night. When we passed this restaurant we deoxidise to come for dinner a few days later. It was such a delicious dinner! When you’re done with having fried food on the street market or need something special, the sultan restaurant is definitely the place to go! We had some delicious hummus, falafel, and excellent shawarma! The restaurant is a stunning place next to the beach. Thanks for taking care of us, once again! We’d definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Arabic restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Arabic dishes, and each one is a true masterpiece.

The Sultan Restaurant is a great place to eat and get a good meal. The food is delicious and they have an amazing variety of options! The owners are very nice and friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

We visited this lovely Mediterranean restaurant, stylish and new. The service was excellent. The portions are generous, the taste could have been a little better. Overall not disappointed would gladly return and try again.

Sultan restaurant is a nice place to eat. I've been there several times and they always have the best food in town. The food is always fresh and so delicious. The service is very friendly and they'll always make sure you're happy with your meal.

Amazing food! The place is so nice to be, the waitress was friendly and efficient, and the food was VERY good. We ordered halloumi cheese, falafel, the sutan platter and ayran (the yogurt drink). We were very satisfied with everything. Would like to come back, for sure.

Amazing restaurant, fantastic tasting food and the friendliest staff! All our food came quickly and was so fresh and tasty, we ordered quite a lot but were so glad we got to taste a verity of dishes. The restaurant it’s self is beautifully decorated and clean and very well laid out. Our server was such a lovely man, extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. We visited earlier in the week and will be back again tomorrow ☺️

Came here as we were looking for vegan options that were not Thai or Indian. This restaurant was just down the street from our hotel! Really good falafel and hummus. Not exactly like what you would find in other countries but still pretty good and the best falafel we found in Krabi.

We went to eat breakfast here because it was open earlier (9:30am), compared to other restaurants in Ao Nang that open around 11am. And thank God we went here because the food was great! Hummus was really good and the shawerma and fatayer were really tasty and freshly cooked. Other dishes looked good but a bit pricey. The view from the 3rd floor was also great, overlooking the cliff. Overall, great restaurant!

The most horrible food I’ve eaten in my whole life.. All the food ended up in a garbage bin.. I’ve asked the worker if the dough is fresh, and she asnwered it’s from today ?!?! I was hoping they will not just heat up the dough with the meat and tomato sauce, but they did! It was not possible to chew it at all, and eat that “food”.. Now I understand why I’ve never seen any people in that place passing it every day/night in 4 months!
