Really one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Don’t let yourself be fooled by the nice lobby and the pool area, because the rooms are nothing like you are expecting by seeing the pictures. We saw four different rooms and none of them were ok. At some point we just had to choose the best of the worst. The walls are stained in way that are not presentable for a hotel and in much need of a repair. The night stands had blood and coffee stains, the floors too. Sticky dust behind the sink, the shower has stains that you can see they are not cleaned in a long time. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and understood our frustration. Although she tried to do her best it still wasn’t enough. The breakfast was the same disappointment. Fingerprints and dirt on the covers of fruit and jars and the worst, ants in the muesli. Luckily we only booked for two nights and then changed to a better place. Don’t recommend to anyone!

Horrible hotel. The room smells very bad and is not cleaned. There are many Moskitos inside and on the one night I stayed I encountered a very very huge spider. The pool is also very small. Moreover the Koi fish they have outside in a small pond are not healthy and held very miserable. They perfectly reflect the general state of the hotel….

Hotel staff is nice and rooms are fairly large and quiet. However, rooms aren’t very clean. Dirty curtains and showers. Hot water runs out and water temperature inconsistent. This hotel is also a 10-15 minute walk uphill from the beach on a road with no sidewalks or lights. Fine during the day and dangerous at night. Also annoying to have to walk 15 minutes to even get coffee.

2 Star is still generous. Thats just because of the property looking good. My overall experience was not very good. The rooms very very underwhelming and the service was unspeakably bad! Imagine the thing I was denied: Extra sugar packets for tea. They charged me 20 bath for 2 sugar packets for my tea!! I requested them some change for 1000 bath as I desperately needed a smaller denomination at the hotel, they rudely denied!! The included breakfast was terrible! The staff, kept on laughing at us because we requested them to help us checkout and bring our bags down! The hotel can certainly improve a lot if they really want to.

Hotel is very good. Staff is so helpful, but somewhat they treat Indian differently than other countries people. Pool access room is beauty of the hotel. Food was good. They have shuttle to go around the city centre, Aao Nang beach. Bike rentals and package island tours also available in front of hotel. Recommended!!

On arrival there was no one to greet us. We lifted the suitcases to the counter ourselves. Upon entering the hotel room, the normal rooms had not been cleaned yet. You can see from the rooms that they are rarely / almost never cleaned. There are hairs all over the desk, bathroom floor and even the corridors outside the rooms. The normal rooms look modern in the pictures than in reality. We had therefore asked for an upgrade to the villa room. This looked 10 times better. The rooms were cleaned to a better standard, however not to my expectations. It didn't give us a nice feeling because they didn't take hygiene into consideration. There is enough services they offer in terms of activities and shuttle buses however there drivers are not always in the mood to transport you. This experience is not worth repeating..terrible!!

This is a big hotel that offers shuttle service to the walking street where all the shops and boat rides are. It was a easy schedule to follow and at night we took a walk to the night market which is about a 15 min walk away. Very lively location, cool staff. The pool area is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable.

It's a lovely resort in Krabi and is especially suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway. You can choose between suite and private cottages here. The pool is really awesome and definitely bring your swimwear along with you. The only issue with the place is that there are a few rooms with the bathroom doors missing. Else it's a stay worth your money.

This hotel does not even provide basic amenities like towels, brushes and others. They ask for extra money for each and everything. They have shuttle but don't have staff. Whatever staff they have is very uncooperative, rude and unprofessional. Room are also very tidy. I have to still stay at this hotel till 23 Apr 2022 unfortunately. - Atul

The room was perfect, just the toilet need to do a deep clean. The staffs were friendly & great hospitality. Easy acces to everywhere. Breakfast was okay; not varieties but the taste was okay. Nothing much to expect. We just love & enjoy staying here. If you're interested in doing activities & looking for an agent or rent a bike, there's a tour information kiosk in front of the hotel. Oh, and it's a Muslim friendly hotel, for sure.

This is a more than decent hotel for the price. However, with our booking confirmed and paid for, we got to the hotel and were told we didn't have a room for our first night and they could send us to a different hotel (for that one night only). We agreed and were sent to a lower than average hotel. Mind you, this hotel costs about 2000baht/night (we booked a villa), the hotel we were sent to costs 550baht/night. We checked and made print screens of this. When we returned the next morning, we mentioned the VERY DIFFERENT conditions we got offered but they didn't seem to care. We asked to speak to a manager but no one was available. The next day we tried again, "we can talk later" was all we got. Again asked for a manager and no one was available (again). We told them we expected a manager to contact us (as we were already staying in the hotel for the 2nd day onwards) but got no contact from anyone. We were not the only ones, there were at least 3 more guests with the same issue on that day alone. They don't care enough to offer compensation for their mistake. And we don't care enough to leave a positive review. It wasn't a good experience which is a shame because it's a good hotel.

Nobody to pickup the luggage, elderly will face this issue. They have a free ride to market but they will not give you any info about pickup, the driver is so rude that if you say to pick up he may say shut up. The reception girls behave like they have not been paid salary for months and we owe them. Bed and bath linen and coffee powder, milk powder etc is given only once in a day extra sachets not available and better don’t ask, you will be badly insulted. Swimming pool not cleaned. Breakfast options for veg is almost nil. Carry your own food. When asked for Indian food. I was told that we don’t like Indians coming to our hotel. I felt like giving a tight slap but was helpless as I was on package. If you want to enjoy your vacation better avoid this place.

The location was good, not too far from the beach and near good restaurants. The ambience at the hotel was great and the amenities were excellent. But when it came to the room, there were many problems with it, The water flow in all the places was extremely slow, not good enough to take a proper shower nor use the washroom. One thing we liked was that we arrived at the hotel very late at night though the reception stagg was not there the security was instructed with all the details and helped us through check in and all that. For ally Vegetarian friends, their breakfast doesn't include good enough veg. Items, Once they had pakoda of onion and tomato but it wasn't good enough, you can only have bred butter and jam, with multiple juices and fruits only.

The location is very close to Krabi Main Beach and market. You can get a Tuk Tuk for 200 Bhats or walk down the road for 20 mins to reach the beach area. The hotel overall is beautiful, it has a nice pool. There is a lot of greenery and a calming layout of the overall property. Things I wish they worked on; 1. The breakfast is below average. They don't have a decent coffee in breakfast or on the room service menu. 2. The staff is very slow and have difficulty understanding basic english. 3. They don't have in house room service with anything decent. The hotel menu boasts a list of food items but the quality is very poor. 4. You can easily eat from Koko or other cafes which are opposite to the hotel Street.

I had booked a room at this 4 star property for my clients and the response I got in return is horrendous. Even after booking the rooms with upfront payment policies my rooms were Denied at the time of check in. Typical budget property behaviour and betrayel. Even after giving me booking confirmation they've changed the accommodation being provided. Totally irresponsible management and even worse are the people appointed to handle such issues. They've got the payment for a 4 star property and in return I was offered typically 3rd class or if there's any lower denomination to refer to. How and why did anyone think it'd be okay to ignore previously paid and booked allocation and over book or mistakenly over book a same room. It's just not acceptable and deeply has hurt my pocket too.Moreover it hints to hatred towards a particular social evil of racism/discrimination. They've tried to justify their actions as a mistake but still won't admit to pay or suffer for their mistakes. Instead I am facing a financial toll due to the hotel's incompetent and bad work ethic.

Overall good; the location is a bit off from the beach. They do have shuttle services. The rooms were clean, and the swimming pool was nice. The room floor was a bit sticky. It's a bit hard for communication because most of the people don't understand or talk English. The restaurant had limited veg options, especially for Indian veg.

The wonderful full place with the greenery view and silent atmosphere. Just 700m away from the Ao Nang beach. Of couse indian will have to face trouble for Indian food.

This is a really nice hotel, friendly staff decent breakfast, only negative, a bit far from sea front, but not too bad.

I verry appreciate perfect large swimming pool, especially if you have room with direct aces to pool , amazing tropical garden , avarage breakfast, approx 15 minutes walking distance to beach road Ao nang with many markets, Street food, restaurants...

...we have had a really good vacation... everything was as per description on Homepage... more than excellent service, even if there are some small restrictions at the Pool Bar and for breakfast buffet... family room was very nice, big enough for a long stay of two weeks, very clean, perfect housekeeping... small kitchenette inside with fridge and a possibility to clean dishes, but unfortunately no dishes, cutlery or microwave... shuttle service to beach also upon request, not only as per schedule... and also to other location (ferry boat, ATM, pharmarcy, hospital for PCR test etc.)... extremely friendly and service orientated stuff, they are trying to fulfill every wish customer might have... only two things could be better, but there is no reason to claim: water temperature and pressure could be better, takes a long time for hot water and it is dripping only because of missing pressure... sea view is not really sea view, you can see tree and building in between and there is also a street in front of the building which might be noisy from time to time... after all, we will be back next year again... thank you very much for everything, was worth every THB...

My worst experience till now. Even the waiters were showing attitude while offering the services, no water bottles in the room and everything is extra chargeable. The staff over there dont know the real meaning of Politeness. Room were not at all clean and when I asked them to clean the room they said, "this is the favourite hotel of celebrities." C'mon you are in the service industry and it's your duty to provide the service to your customers.

Great pool and beautiful resort. Unfriendly front desk staff. We reached just 2 hrs early and they did not provide the room until the exact check-in time. They will only provide two water bottles in a day and no more than that. You would have to take your bottle everytime to reception to fill it up. Water leaking from bath tub area into the room

Stayed for 9 days. The pool and area is fantastic.. but . It could use a cleaning of the tiles Fitness No machines are working. I pointed it out on day 2 that none of the machines could be operated. The actually just laughed.. 🥴 Breakfast and reastaurant Forget it go other places. The restaurant reheat cold coffe and uses the beens twice.. terrible black water/coffe.. only thing working is the egg station. Drinks poolbar Strong and not mutch taste to it. Can not recommend Because of the above we never ate at the reastaurant... The hotel is located outside of town. But you can walk or use the shuttle car the hotel is providing. Tjek out. 200 bath for an ekstra hour... But they let us stay at the pool while we where waiting for pickup Hotel in general.. it is warn down.. the room smells of mould and is not clean. Cleaning took towels not leaving new acomblished to take oure room key once and where always late. There are a lot of noise Indians here that can not swim therefor the do a lot of splashing .. shouting in the hall etc Conclusion.. reserve a better hotel.. with working fitness room.. beter breakfast and polite personel.. instead of hula hula...

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide any cutlery or water in the room, and instead charged for every little thing. This felt quite inconvenient and added unnecessary costs to my stay. Furthermore, it was disheartening to notice that the hotel seemed to have a negative attitude towards Indian guests. As an Indian myself, I believe it is important to promote inclusivity and respect for all guests, regardless of their background. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service, lack of basic amenities, and the apparent bias towards certain guests. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing their accommodation

I don't recommend this hotel. You need to carefully verify what is in the room and verify what cleaning service is taking out of the room !! Otherwise you will be suprised during the check out. Breakfasts could be better. Swimming pool is really nice. Air condition doesn't work properly.

Stayed for 2 nights, but the very first day we had horrible service experience. We came from Phuket and reached Hula Hula around 3 pm, 1 hour post checkin time. To our surprise the room wasn't ready yet. They gave us a welcome drink and said the room is getting ready and due to limited staff it's delayed. Then they gave us room on 4th floor saying it's an upgrade and you get mountain View. The moment we entered the room the AC wasn't working. Then a technician came took another 15-20 mins then asked us to shift to another room on 2nd floor. The room they mop are too sticky and can't keep your foot on floor bare foot. Overall I didn't liked the bathroom layout as the bath tub and basin was leaking in our room and no door for it just curtains. For cleanliness I rate them 2 star. Many 2 star hotels are far better than this resort.Also no floor mat after cleaning the room is placed. Where would anyone wipe the foot after coming from bathroom to his room? Guess the staff isn't well trained. Breakfast didn't had much Veg food options. You have to rely on bread jam, milk and fruits. Won't recommend this as there are much New and better options nearby Ao Nang Beach.

We have been in the hotel for nearly 7 days and I can say that the rooms are lovely although the bath and shower is old because you can see the usage of it as there are parts that just won’t get cleaned anymore but it is nice to have two options in one room. The beds are really comfortable. The swimming pool is great and spacious although there is never anyone at the swimming pool bar which is quite annoying because that’s what it is there for😬. Some staff are really lovely that you enjoy talking to them but some it looks like they are not happy with their job. The hotel is based quite far from the beach and the markets but if you like walking then it is not a problem plus there is a shuttle that leaves the hotel every two hours and it is for free so that makes it easier. The only two things that really disappointed us was breakfast and the bad Wi Fi connection. We have stayed in many hotels before, but first time I have seen where for breakfast you have chicken, rice , heavy food. The only food they have is eggs and toasts. The eggs are horrible, they are not even cooked properly. I personally would not give a 4 stars for breakfast. The staff that work at the restaurant most of them are unfriendly. You can’t finish your breakfast at your pace, they come to the table to say you have got 10 minutes left to eat. I understand that breakfast finishes at 10am but it is okay to take the food away but not tell guests that they have 10 minutes to leave the restaurant😅. I recommend to book your stay at the hotel but no breakfast unless you are someone that likes very heavy food on an empty stomach. It’s much better to go out and have something to eat where you will have more choices to choose from like pancakes, bacon, eggs proper breakfast😊. I feel like for that money what we spent for the nights was worth it but I wish we didn’t pay more to have breakfast.

The staff here are very kind and polite. The rooms are extremely neat and comfortable with a balcony as well. It's near Ao Nang beach and completely worth the price. It also has swimming pool and spa facilities. They also provide free tuk tuk pick up and drop service to the nearest sight seeing spots.

It was overall nice experience. We have booked 2 storey pool villa and room was awesome. In some of things they need to improve like breakfast menu is very less. Some more basic amenities.

We just checked in to a gorgeous room w balcony access to the pool. Jumped right into the water. Very refreshing. Hotel is nicely staffed. One person took us to the 7-11 by tuk tuk to get some forgotten toothpaste. When I wake up tomorrow I will be able to adventure more around. I would recommend staying here. Beautiful property, the pool is the best part but a bit away from the beach, they have a shuttle but no staff to drive it. Only 1 staff member manages the property so the bar is not operational and no kitchen service after 3pm.

Room service really promt.when we were leaving/departure,I was surprised that they waived the Breakfast charges and other miscellaneous charges.The location is reall picturesque.I recomend the place.

Hula Hula is a great place to stay. Their staff is very genuine and courteous. The room was great too. The breakfast spread was average. They should work on their open spaces and fountains. It felt that they had not cleaned it for some time. The resort is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are night markets nearby with some good places to eat.

Stayed here for 2 days , while we explored Krabi! The staffs were very kind and welcomed us with a drink. They also provide free pick up and drop to the nearby beaches at fixed timings. The complimentary breakfast was decent! Overall it was a happy stay!

Nice hotel close to Ao Nang Beach. They offer a free shuttle every couple of hours (until 9 pm) to and from the beach area. Friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but basic and almost exclusively Asian so if that's your thing, you're in luck. One thing that didn't sit right with me: They had scheduled maintenance of the water heaters in each room but didn't tell any guests so on our 2nd day we came back to find our room door wide open with someone working on replacing the heater in the bathroom. While replacing it they had broken something else so we had to switch rooms. I would've appreciated a heads up about the scheduled maintenance so I'm not walking in on a stranger in my room.

This hotel is just wow, you have everything here. The setup is so cute and great. You have an open jacuzzi the shutter can be closed for this and washroom. Also separate dressing area. Outside you will have a balcony with cute setup. Breakfast was too good with good amount of options. This hotel has time to time shuttles to get you to beach area you can book that 1 hr before your planned time. Also on saying that shopping is cosy here so try that at Bangkok pr Pattaya.

Helpful staff (especially the morning staff that was there during my stay), nice ambience... The rooms could be maintained better (house lizards could make occasional visits, cracks on walls,etc) , the pool is normally open until 9pm but for some reason, the light wer kept turned off which led us to believe that the pool was closed.. It's in a decent location.. a 1km walk from the beach( they have timed free shuttle service tho)

Excellent service from the staff. Every small need of the customer was taken off, I stayed in private villa with pool where all facilities were great. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. A special mention for Lookpat from reception staff who was paying special attention to every guest. She had been extremely helpful in arranging for the best services when requested for like room date update etc..

Rooms are okey. Bed was more comfortable than usually. There is no door between shower and toilet which causes water at floor. They changed chairs in every balcony which was nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything worked fine with them. There was no warm water at first in rooms. In the middle of our stay they did renovations to rooms and you can have warm water now. Water pressure is still low. Location is not far away. You can easily walk to the main streets, 10min walking away. There is also many restaurant and other services nearby.

Very near to Ao Nang Beach.. location is superb. I stayed in a room with Pool access.. which made up the days. Food is good, staff is cooperative. Would definitely like to visit again.
