Stayed
here
for
2
nights
earlier
this
year
and
was
highly
disappointed
in
my
stay
-
a
complete
let
down.
They
completed
botched
my
airport
shuttle
pick-up,
I
paid
them
to
book
and
they
gave
me
a
ticket,
but
didn't
show
up.
Waited
an
hour
and
a
half,
couldn't
reach
any
staff
member
by
7.30
as
none
of
the
emergency
phone
numbers
picked
up.
Flight
was
at
9.
Had
to
run
to
get
help
at
a
hotel
next
door
who
was
so
helpful,
called
the
shuttle
company
-
apparently
they
had
no
booking
under
my
name.
I
had
to
rush
to
a
few
businesses
down
the
street
as
no
taxis
were
available,
and
someone
managed
to
flag
down
a
guy
who
drove
me,
but
in
the
end
I
lost
the
150
baht
to
K-Bunk
AND
had
to
pay
3x
more
anyway
to
get
to
the
airport.
Nearly
missed
my
flight
and
subsequent
connections,
and
caused
SOO
much
stress.
When
I
reached
out
to
K-Bunk
they
said
that
apparently
the
shuttle
was
waiting
for
me
and
I
wasn't
there,
which
is
an
absolute
lie
-
told
them
to
check
the
CCTV
and
got
no
response.
There
are
a
number
of
other
complaints
(one
of
local
staff
was
unaccommodating
and
had
such
an
attitude
when
I
asked
if
I
could
check
in
25
mins
early
as
the
room
was
actually
ready,...
and
I
was
so
jet-lagged
that
I
thought
I'd
pass
out)
but
no
point
in
making
this
any
longer
than
it
already
is...
Also
they
say
the
beach
is
a
15-minute
walk
away
-
it's
not.
And
I
walk
at
a
decent
pace.
As
you
can't
give
negative
stars,
I'm
giving
the
star
purely
for
the
only
good
at
K-Bunk
which
was
how
amazing
the
British
guy
(Chris)
at
the
front
desk
and
one
of
the
volunteers
(Alex)
were
-
they
were
so
helpful
and
went
above
and
beyond,
the
definition
of
excellent
customer
service.
Honestly
the
only
good
thing
about
this
place.
