RUN!!! I had a truly dreadful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, it became evident that the pictures were deceitful. The interior design is shockingly unattractive. To add to the disappointment, the receptionist couldn't speak English, and there was no sign of a manager. The room was a complete catastrophe. We only spent one night there, to document this disaster. The balcony had weathered plastic chairs overlooking a dirty parking lot instead of the promised mountain view. The sight was so appalling that we instantly knew something was amiss. Three words to describe it: dark, dirty, and hideous – a far cry from the images available on every booking platform. We encountered a powdered bedspread, filthy bed linens like I've never seen before: instead of washing the sheets, they literally powdered them! Dirty walls, worn-out furniture, a thick layer of dust, and an overall sense that it hadn't seen a cleaner or inhabitant in a decade. You better not touch the dirty curtains, as one side faced a grimy terrace and the other an ugly parking lot. To make matters worse, the stuff is extremely unfriendly. When expressing our disappointment and asking for help, all staff members including the manager started shouting with us without acknowledging that we paid for visiting the hotel. The manager only responded to almost every question: “non refundable”. We checked out after one sleepless night (as you can hear every single noise), and went to a luxury hotel for almost the same price. If you have a booking at this hotel, cancel it while you still can, cause otherwise you’ll loose your money like we and many before us did!

Pictures are complete lies. We arrived at the hotel around 10PM and switched rooms twice. First because the view was not as promised, and 2nd because we found a bed bug as well as hair and dirt on the bed and pillows. While we were moving rooms, we were stormed by an amount of bugs in the hallway that we had not experienced even in the jungles of Thailand, along with lizards. We escaped from our room at around 1AM because my wife was terrorized by the bugs inside and outside of our room, hoping to move to another accomodation. As we stepped down into the lobby, we find one employee (who claims to be a guard) sleeping on the couch. We beg him for help and ask him to cancel our reservation so we can escape the godforsaken hotel at 1 in the morning. He says he is only a guard and cannot help us. We atleast ask for an umbrella for us to go to another place because it was pouring rain outside, and we were refused of this too. The "guard" promises that we would get a cancellation and refund if we return in the morning, and I call Agoda to confirm these things. Day later, I am given 30 minutes to respond to an e-mail from Agoda to accept the hotel's offer to provide us with the same room at a different hotel. As I am on vacation, I obviously was not checking my e-mail, failing to respond within 30 minutes and they cancelled the offer saying that they will not give us anything in return. Horrible, dirty facility. Non-existent customer service as there is actually no employee at night. Owners are liars with unreasonable remediations. Please avoid this hotel. I would not wish my worst enemy the experience of staying at this place. We are actually traumatized by this experience and have chosen not to use Agoda anymore due to the sheer difference in pictures and reality.

It's a thief resort. Here, staff enters your room with the spare key when you are not in the room and don't even inform you. We were shocked to see that our room was cleaned and our money was also stolen. When we informed the hotel manager we didn't get any help and asked us to lodge a police complaint. Please avoid this resort, it's not at all safe.

It was a symphony of luxury, comfort and rejuvenation. Their service was too good. Evry request was met with a smile and their approach made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. We got stunning views from my room. This resort is very near to beaches, pubs and markets.

Very dissapointed in this place, We left our room for 5 minutes to go get breakfast and housekeeping came by, also made sure to clean out my purse, we came back to a lot of money missing. When we pointed this out there was nothing they could do or wanted to do... as we booked another night, we stayed that last night but did not feel safe at all here and where more then happy to leave. Booked for a better resort up the road for the same price.

Hotel is good, we booked for 3days, it was so good experiences in this hotel. Good stuff, good behaviour, room and bathroom was so cleaned. Swimming pool was very well maintained. Breakfast options was ok.

Had 4 rooms Out of the 4 3 safes in rooms not working. Reported in first hour of check in. And day 2, 3, 4 and 5. Didn't waste tr asking anymore as there for week and obvious nothing going to get sorted. Shame as decent hotel otherwise. Note the name pool bar though. Not a pool bar at all No alcoholic drinks served. Nota big problem but don't advertise as bar

Rooms are equipped with ac, mini refrigerator, geyser, tv, hair dryer and all the appliances are in good working conditions. Room service and help desk do not keep you waiting for any of your queries or problems. The swimming pool is equipped with a pool bar where you can have pool breakfast and lunch. The ambience is very calm and serene. Loved the place. Overall price: reasonable Breakfast: very good. One can get all kinds of tour facility from the resort itself.

This place is amazing. Would stay here again. Approximately a 15 minute walk to the Beach. Main road full of food and bars are 5 minutes away. Rooms are spotless and the AC is nice and cold. Comfortable bed and clean sheets. TV has a good connection and some channels to watch. Flip flops available for in room use. Umbrella available to take out with you. Rooms have a great view of the pool and rock formation. Mini fridge keeps your drinks cold. The staff are wonderful and speak English well. They are there 24/7 to help you. Shuttle service to and from the beach is available. Be sure to book your adventure tours through them at a good discount. Great WiFi. Like the Bidet to have more power. Safe in the room is at a separate charge. Seal from sliding door is poor. You can hear people outside in the pool area talking.

Great value , very clean and the rooms are large. Looking a little old but very comfortable. Good pool area. 10 min walk to main road. Shuttle times are minimal.

It was a wonderful experience at the Hotel. Rooms were well arranged and clean. Staff was too helpful. Food was good enough. Pool was amazing. With this budget it was outstanding

Really nice property located close to the Aonang market. There is a nice pool with a mountain background that is the main attraction of the property. There is a free shuttle service that drops guests to Aonang beach twice. The buffet is good. The ambience and hygiene is also good.

Simply best. 800 mts away from beach. Hotel has bike for rent, hotel is just at the bottom of hill. Courteous people. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel in quiet part of Krabi. It was near the main street about 5 minutes by foot. Room was clean and nice. The view on mountains is really amazing. Pool was clean, warm and good. There is a pool bar, where you can buy soft drinks and beer. The breakfast was great with good things and hand made omelets, coffee is only instant from coffee mashine.

The pool view rooms are just beautiful with limestone rocks as well shining in the night. The rooms are average spacious. Had to wait for some time after reaching early to resort in order to check in but staff was cooperative to provide us the room as soon as possible. Recommended if you wanna stay in Krabi

The hotel is great! The location is great so peaceful for sleeping. You can walk to the beach because it is so fun to walk but if you don't want to walk they have a free ride to the beach which is great! I only paid for breakfast and the breakfast was great. The staff is great, they are willing to help you if you need help.

Stayed here 6 nights and overall it was a very good stay! The pool was amazing, the only annoying thing was people would reserve sunbeds the whole day yet never be in them...15minute walk to the beach with many shops and food places along the way! Also a free shuttle 4 times a day to the beach and back to the hotel. The breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean.

Liked this place, Rooms are spacious with balcony facing garden and pool , nice place to stay. The breakfast is awesome, large spread of varities of cuisine. Room service and people are friendly, they also have free pick up and drop from beach and airport. Loved the location of swimming pool, will recommend to friends and family.

They upgrade our room for free (we didn't request it). Water heater not functioning but after plumber came twice, it worked fine. Nice & big pool. Padthai & drinks at the swimming pool cafe is nice & good price. Breakfast is okay but buy outside food is better. Location is quite far from the main road (restaurants & shops) about 500m.

This hotel (it's not a resort) was a great place to stay for us. The swimming pool was great! With a nice view of the mountains and the green surrounding. In the beginning there were some issues around the pool (not enough parasols and situations with the sunbeds), but after a small talk to the receptionist, they immediately took action! Replaced the sunbeds and put new (!) parasols around the pool. So a big plus for that! The cleaning (bathroom) could be better. They start maintenance, new AC's, which is great. Breakfast is okay for us. Location is a short walk to the main road with a lot of (local)restaurants, 7Eleven, doctor etc. Overall we've had a great stay for 1 week!

Good place to stay in Krabi, if you want quieter ambiance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Have a good view outside and a pool which is clean.

Pathetic Experience - Room Cleaning staff Stole our Money kept in our baggage purse during room service, when we were out for the day. And when reported about the issue to the manager. They were least bothered and were laughing amoung themselves. When we read reviews of the hotel again, there were previous incidents of stealing of money issue. I would strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel.

The room they gave us was different than the one shown in the booking photos (and they try to convince us that’s the same )so we demanded an other that was finally given. They recommended a tour with a company that was not reliable, Aonang orchid tours . The breakfast is just ok with bad coffee and juice quality. We ask to reserve a scooter and the one day their collaborator was closed and the next they were full and they didn’t try to find another solution . Comfortable bed, good AC . Picturesque swimming pool .

Really helpful staff. The place is clean enough and the swimming pool has amazing views of the cliffs. They arranged the tour to Maya bay for us with a discount, and we could even take a shower when we came back from the tour (we were checked out already). Thank you!
