Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing and so friendly. There's a very reasonable rooftop restaurant which gives the most amazing sunset views. The room was gorgeous and modern. We had a swim up room which was lovely and had netflix. Shared poop is lovely and has a swim up bar and happy hour then another happy hour rooftop. Breakfast quite was good. Fresh egg cooking stand, toast, fruit and curries. We walked back from Landmark market one day but was quite far so recommended using the shuttle or getting taxis everywhere.

Our room was lovely and had a great mountain view overlooking the pool. The staff were extremely polite and very attentive. However had we not got the specific room we chose this would not have been worth the money at all. The upstairs bar was not well kept and had overgrown weeds everywhere which was a shame as it has a lovely view, also the pool is very nice but relatively small. The whole experience felt very dead with not much going on. The breakfast was good but with very few options to choose from, not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. Also our towels were quite old looking with red stains on them as well as the curtains in the room, another thing you wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel. In regards to the hotel being ecological, this hotel has falsely advertised that. There is nothing ecological about it. The water provided in the rooms taste salty, forcing you to buy plastic water bottles from convenience stores or a horrendous cost from the hotel itself. It’s not hard to provide a free refillable water station at a supposed 5-star ecological hotel. They have an electric car parked outside for show, but use a petrol powered shuttle bus to drive you around. Overall we did enjoy it, however there is a lot of improvement needed and I would think this hotel should have been a 4-star.

Overall the stay was good, I don't know if it warrants 5 stars. As for the facilities on offer and the definition of a 5 star hotel it does fall within what you would class as a 5 star hotel, but a few things need some work. The gym really isn't in great shape and the equipment is faulty, the restaurant menu was interesting but for sure the in room dining needs a bit of work done on the menu. The breakfast buffet was great and I couldn't fault the freshness and the quality there. The service given by staff and the friendliness made us for sure feel welcome. It was a great one off stay and the experience was nice, the rooftop bar was beautiful, but for the value I probably would go elsewhere next time.

Simply put, the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The hotel is everything you expect from a 5* hotel but its ethos is what sets it apart. In a world of mindless consumerism, this hotel gives back - both to it's staff and the environment. They are plastic free, use electric vehicles and the volcanic pool to die for (0 chlorine and full of skin-clarifying minerals). Equally, the happiness of the staff is palpable and they are clearly taken care of. As a result, the service is world class. Special shout out to Piyesh (Johan) who made everything so seamless and easy. He helped arrange a once in a lifetime trip to an Elephant Sanctuary and an excellent cooking lesson with the hotel's chef. The hotel's yacht tour was equally fabulous - luxurious without costing the earth. Book it, you won't regret it.

Our vacation at Anana hotel was a delight! We stayed at the spa suite, it was beautiful and clean. The staff was as kind as you can imagine, the hotel’s restaurant had great food, the pool was wonderful and the cocktails bar made it even better. We had our one year old with us, and the staff was so kind to her, it was adorable.

We stayed 3 nights at Anana – we liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang Beach (yet close enough to be there fast with the hotel shuttle or a Grab ride) a lot. The views from different angles were also lovely. The staff was very friendly and helped us find out on our last morning that we actually had breakfast included which we did not think we had due to a misunderstanding. The breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit, different warm dishes and egg dishes on demand. Unfortunately, the hotel in general is not 5 star at all and I will tell you why: The pool is not well-maintained, you can see and smell that there is not enough chlorine to keep it hygienic – especially troubling considering that several families with little kids were using it. Several mosaic tiles in the pool are broken off – you could injure yourself. If you want to have towels for the pool, you need to get them from the reception and bring them back and actually sign for them, some of the towels look really old and torn and I had to ask twice to be handed two towels (one for lying on it, one for drying the body) like that is some extraordinary request. The staff is very friendly – as you will find everywhere in Thailand, also in budget accommodations – but not very competent, also communication isn’t easy as the English skills are poor. We paid 700 EUR for 3 nights which is way over-priced for a hotel that I personally would rate 3 stars. I have had budget rooms for 20 or 30 EUR across Thailand with better service and a cleaner surrounding. The pool bar is only occasionally open but we didn’t spend much time at the pool anyways – not clean enough. I am very glad I decided last minute not to book the pool access room (which would have been an additional 300 EUR for the 3 nights) since we already feel like this was a waste of money. The menu for the room service had fat stains all over from previous guests – while I appreciate the paper menu, that is just gross. The water in the shower changed temperature between boiling hot and cold every 10 seconds. I know the response will be “why did you not share your criticism while you stayed with us?” because that is the owner’s standard response across various rating platforms. I tell you why: I have decades of travel experience around the globe and I know better than to waste my precious time getting into a conversation that will not lead to any immediate improvement and the things that we criticize, have been criticized by other travellers before us but are still ongoing issues.

Beautiful resort! The breakfast was incredible with passion fruit every morning. The location is so beautiful and unique, and the rooftop bar has great views at sunset. I really enjoyed my stay here compared to other locations. You’re close enough to town to be able to do things outside of the resort, but far enough away from the bustle to feel peaceful. Rides to and from town are cheap by taxi or motorbike and only take 5 or so minutes. I really recommend staying here based on my experience in November.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! Everything was so pleasant, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond! A lady even ordered a late night delivery through an app for me when I missed dinner time. An absolute life saver when you have a very hungry partner! The rooms and service are so nice and the views are fantastic. The restaurant food and drinks are top notch- we enjoyed the pool and the relaxation 'egg' is definitely worth a try, as well as massages in their incredible salt room. The complimentary yoga was fantastic, very clear and easy to follow and the daily buffet breakfast was also super! We loved our stay and would highly recommend :) thank you thank you!

I was so impressed with my stay here. It exceeded my expectations by far!! It may seem remote to the average tourist but the service (regular shuttle to and from the beach) and overall staff service was impeccable. My room was pristinely clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was impeccable. Hats off to the staff. Prices for hotel food and drinks may be above budget. This place is a 10 minute walk to great local restaurants and stores. Do not hesitate

Pros 1. Very beautiful swimming pool , jacuzzi and drinks alongside pool were really enjoyable 2. Very nice rooftop restaurant, must go at sunset time. Staff was very friendly there . 3. Very friendly restaurant and travel desk staff. 4. Nice SPA 5. Calm and serene environment . Peaceful Cons 1. It is far from beach and looks secluded while returning at night . Although they have Shuttle but that is mostly useful while going to market only . While returning you ll have to spend money 💰. Its not walkable from beach and market. 2. Rooms are not very great and I didnt like the way mattress is put on a long wooden platform . 3. Breakfast spread was limited , not like a 5 star 4 . Higher category room has a bathtub inside the room , but I found it not very useful as it ll make the room humid and water may also spill out on floor . 5. There is a special of category Rooms which have pool in front of the ground floor , but those rooms are not allowed for people who are travelling with kids . 6. Front desk manager was impolite , but that is my personal opinion and experience. Other staff like restaurant and travel desk staff were very nice with me but I had faced issues with front desk manager .

Honestly, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this resort. The interiors are new and modern and the staff were friendly and hospitable. One important note is that this is an environmentally conscious hotel, hence you will find that they only use biodegradable plastics and will even farm their own food, which explains the great vegetable that they serve at their own restaurant. Our room was cozy and chic. Everything looked clean and new. Toiletries were also eco-friendly. The pool looked beautiful and comes with a bar. Perfect for floating around after a long day of touring. The resort is also located conveniently close to Ao Nang beach and offers free periodic shuttle back and forth. Travelling around was a breeze. Will definitely stay with them again.

The hotel overall was good. Staffs were friendly. Ground is nicely maintained. It was nice waking up with nature. I think it is more of a 4 star hotel instead of 5. Suggestion for the hotel owner: install water stations all around the hotel premise so guests can refill water at anytime! It is not an expensive thing to do. I have spoken to other guests, they felt the same. I am not the only one that shared this frustration.

If you’re arriving by night, don’t be put off by the dark road as the hotel is in a gorgeous location, well presented and good staff. The guest relations is superb and introduced me to the amazing eco work the hotel is doing and a link to an amazing nature education camp down the road. They will also help with very reasonable transfers to various islands. Good food and gorgeous setup.

Perfect location, nestled away in the Thai jungle, it’s not too close to all the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach everything you need within a 5-8 minute scooter ride. The hotel provides daily scooter rentals for a GREAT price and you also have a few scooter rental shops on the main road too. Additionally there is a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel. The hospitality at the hotel is exceptional, a lot of the staff put a smile on your face daily 😄 thank you all for making our stay memorable and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be staying here again soon! Also Food and facilities and great too, has everything you need for a good time in Krabi

Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Loved our room with pool access. The free shuttle to the beach was convenient. Arranging transportation to and from the airport was quick and easy! The owner came up to us at lunch and greeted us before leaving. Overall really happy with our stay :)

I love the idea to stay in a hotel that locally produce their products, and cares about the environment. This, by itself, is already a 5 stars for me. They have a shuttle that goes and returns from the beach quite so often. It's very handy. The pool is nice and has a bar on it. The restaurant and the rooftop could be better decorated and the service would benefit from excellence training. Don't get me wrong, everyone is extra friendly. In any case, it happened in a few occasions for me to see room for improvement. Empty dishes staying in the table for a while before being collected, waiting a long time to get a couple of drinks, I didn't drink my drink and nobody asked if everything was OK. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. Despite some reservations, overall, it was a good experience and I'd go back.

Beautiful hotel, away from the busy road which we really liked. There’s a shuttle service into the town or you can take a Grab (ride share like Uber). Our room was very clean and well maintained, as well as the pool area. We booked one of the swim-in rooms and really enjoyed that. The morning yoga was very nice, and the massages too! Breakfast is also good with quite a lot of choice. The front desk team at reception are so lovely and ready to help with anything. Really great service! Definitely recommend this place :)

Anana Krabi delivered one of the most memorable stays during our time in Thailand. It is located in one of the most scenic spots in Krabi, and provides unique and stunning views from every room. Each room was clean and well equipped. Wolfgang and staff were incredibly thoughtful in setting us up with a rooftop dinner for my partner's birthday. The overall experience far exceeded our high expectations.

This is a really great place to stay! The hotel is owned by a German Gentleman with amazing attitude and a great heart! Stuff is very helpful and friendly with superb concierge service - they even organised an anniversary for us. Also, the boat trip offered by the hotel is like no other with really special and outstanding ship. Breakfast are very tasty. The beach club owned by the hotel is nice to relax and wind down, not so crowded as other beaches. Rooms in the hotels are very esthetic. We met quite a few returning guests during our stay and will definitely join them in visiting Anana again in the future!

Absolutely brilliant! The staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful. The hotel itself has a super clean skandi/Asian vibe and it's absolutely immaculate. They provide all the facilities and services you'd want including free shuttles into Ao Nang beach. The included breakfast buffet is great and they change it up a bit every day. Their own restaurant 'Streats' has some get food for lunch and dinner too. My girlfriend and I would 100% come here again and I'd recommend a stay here to anyone that happens to be in this part of the world or looking for some straight chilling in a stunning environment! Also if they're not already booked then get one of the deluxe rooms with the bath and mountain views in, you won't be disappointed I promise!! 7/5 stars

The resort itself is nice but I found the service is not up to standard and needs to be improved. The buffet breakfast was terrible. The dumplings and siopao were frozen! When I told one of the staff (Pop) about this he laughed :( One of the bathroom towels and the bedsheet was stained. Anana isn’t a cheap resort, so I would expect that clean towels and linen would be provided. If you want to stay at a resort that provides a high quality service, then there are better places to stay at Krabi.

Rooms were great, breakfast a little light on for variety but it's not a huge place so can't expect masses of options. Bit far to the nearest shops but they have shuttles and the owner was often around and offered to drop us in one time. Great view from the bar on the top floor.

Fantastic hotel in Ao Nang Beach! I forgot my sunglasses there and the manager was able to have them sent to my next location the same day. So grateful for this incredible service! We also enjoyed our very clean room and the amazing breakfast. I participated in a morning yoga class, which was great. The shuttle to town is convenient and the pool offers a very pleasant swim.

Great hotel, everything is clean and new. We loved chilling in the pool while having a good cocktail. The best part is the staff especially yohan a German gentleman how is in charged of guest management. He helped us with everything with extensive care. The price is also great. Just book the hotel and you will have a great time

I can clearly say this is one of the best hotels I have been to during my trip in Thailand. Incredible price performance, you get a great value here. I have been to more expensive ones but this was outstanding. Service is very attentive and professional. I definitely recommend the Higher room categories with the Pool Access, these are among the best rooms this hotel has and is able to differentiate itself from other hotels. The views are amazing and you are guaranteed to have fabulous holidays there. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and forests approx. 10 minutes away from Ao Nangwhich is perfect because you‘ll be away from the noise and have way better oxygen :) In addition, it’s a huge plus they offer a free transfer service / shuttle bus at certain times! Room service was delicious and ingredients were of high quality. Another great point was also the optional laundry service this hotel offers. All of our clothes and even shoes were washed within the given time frame. I would like to give a special thanks to the super friendly receptionists! They are doing a great job as a team and handling requests as well as inquiries on behalf of the customers in the best possible way. They have a very effective and efficient solution-oriented perspective which is amazing. Would definitely come back

Advertised as eco-friendly 5-star hotel but does not deserve it. The hotel is modern, and good style, some of staff are very friendly and helpful but... Curtains were stained, walls not voice-proof, breakfast buffet was quite modest with limited options. Only 3 different fruits. Four stars would be more adequate. No plastic bottles are used, and waste is minimised which is good. But the location is far from everything. No beautiful view. No electric vehicles like e-scooters for visitors, so you need fossil fueled cars to get anywhere. No solar energy on site, not even for hot shower water. No measurement or information of carbon footprint, although their petrol-fueled minivan claims to be carbon neutral. Probably they use just as much fossil energy as other hotels but pay for carbon offsets.

This place is perfect! They even upgraded our room to a huge room, but we kept our original room because the view is better. Fantastic breakfast, service is amazing. I wish I could stay here forever.

What a fantastic new hotel by the pavilions resorts. We enjoyed a stay with the kids. Staff were super friendly. Love the spa suite with nice views and large modern rooms. The roof top bar has nice sunset views of the bay and Ao Nang. Free shuttle to the beach club which takes about 10 minutes, but worth it when there. Will definitely come back.

Brand new hotel. Very tastefully designed and decorated. They are doing a great job and provide the services and facilities of a larger hotel, but still give you personal attention and provide tailored services to accommodate individual needs. The owner and the staff were kind. Happy to have stayed here.

Impressive location with nice views, away from the busy streets of Ao Nang. Free shuttle to/from town is great. We were welcomed by a German man who didn’t introduce himself until well into the check-in procedure. In fact, he was the owner. He kept talking about how ecological, peaceful and good his hotel was. Very uncomfortable first impression. As soon as we arrived in the room, we noticed a big yellow stain in the bedding. Immediately complained and had them changed: next there were hairs in the linen. Complained again. Housekeeping changed them again and there were still stains in the next set. The sun loungers had all brown stains in them. Pool towels as well. There were leftover used tissues by the bed from previous guests… what kind of sick unhygienic joke was this? We were offered an upgrade to a Pool Suite which smelled of mold. We passed for the upgrade as the Spa Suite had a bath and the Pool Suite did not. Next day, our room was cleaned with a new set of bed sheets. And yes, disgusting hairs again. At some point, you just give up complaining. We were offered a free dinner and Thai massage. Dinner was cold and slow (+40min waiting time) and did not include drinks. Massage was good, but they tried to bill us for it even though we had a compensation voucher. Sound proofing is 0, you can hear your neighbours talking, moving around and switching on/off lighting. Don’t even get us started on the rooster, who will wake you every day at 5am (but it’s ecological and nature). Why are the Spa Suites on the 6th floor, just below the Sky Bar? You can hear chairs and furniture being moved around when it’s busy in the evening. They had construction works in front of the hotel which meant noise (hammering, drilling) all day at the pool. The pool bar is unattended all day until 4pm (happy hour). You have to phone in your order. In the end, we left 1 night earlier than planned and ran away from this fake place. Anana is not worth 5* and definitely not the high premium price you pay for it.

Not a five star hotel in my opinion. The pools, and possibly the room, might warrant five stars, but that's it; the rest of the hotel is some way off. The gym is awful and needs to be shut down or renovated. The food is ok, though avoid the cocktails (see photo of their 'mojito'...) Aside from the pool and parts of the room, the only other positive is that I managed to get a reduced price last minute; the full price is quite simply outrageous and unjustifiable.

We stayed there for a whole week and passed an amazing time. We got to know the entire staff which is super nice an enjoyed the services like the private shuttle, the swimming pool and the vegan bar/restaurant with freshly products from the garden. It's a perfect base for roaming around Ao Nang area, nearby the local night market and some stunning limestone cliffs which are desirable for rock climbers. Moreover, yoga classes on the rooftop in the early morning are a must. Absolutely recommended.

Albeit this is not a genuine 5-star hotel, I agree with other guest reviews praising the location, great rooms and not least the friendly and service-minded staff. Regarding the staffing, more excellence training and priority for “peak hours” in bars and shuttle bus should be considered (eg more bartenders during happy hours, larger shuttle bus). The travel agent in lobby helped organise a one day trip that was somewhat disappointing as the drive was much longer than promised, highlights not so interesting (jungle walk and Emerald Pool) and activity (kayaking) was shorter than promised. Notice: this experience is not reflected in the five star assessment of the hotel as expecting the tour would likely be the same offered from the many vendors in the town. Finally, a huge praise to the cool ambiance at the pool. Maybe we were lucky but there were a lot of well-behaving couples, no noisy kids or drunkenness. We really appreciated this and again the very sweet bartender and other staff doing their best to please the guests ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is for you if you are looking for modern rooms, luxury hotel service, insta- worthy pools, and more. The location is pretty good if you have a scooter. Scooter rental ranged from 250 to 400 baht per 24 hours. Clean and good. It is pricer than other hotels so its dependant on your budget and choice. What could be improved was that the safe deposit box was not drilled to the wall and the carpet in the room kept slipping. The carpet could be corrected by just placing the sofa on top of it to hold it into place. Other than that, everything else was good and I am just nitpicking. The breakfast had a good selection of choices with an egg/omelette station and the coffee tastes really good. Johan was very attentive to the guests and always offering to provide more help, tips and information for us.

We loved our stay here over New Year! Despite the pandemic and difficult circumstances the hotel and its staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Johan was exceptional - so helpful and gracious, nothing was too much trouble. Kevin was also a huge help during the time leading up to our stay. Thank you for a wonderful time 🙏🏻

We’re so glad we got to stay here on our trip around Thailand! The staff was very friendly and they even gave us an upgrade to one of the villas! Our room was extremely nice. They have waterfall shower heads with tons of hot water, your own balcony and huge beds with soft linens. Makes a big difference! They were very kind and rush washed a load of laundry for us, as our trip was short. The best part is the restaurant on the roof deck at sunset. An amazing view!

We were on our road trip and booking hotels on the go, accidentally found this hotel and got a really good deal for one night. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. The hotel is very new with best quality in the room facilities, swimming pool, and common areas. Surrounded by tranquility and stunning mountain views we managed to rest ourselves during the trip while still being close to Krabi beachside. The breakfast was just beyond and above included in the stay. We got to know the staff May from the reception, she’s a very diligent, genuine, smart and business woman, lost her own business during pandemic but now thriving in her opportunities. She thinks not only about the guests but also cares about the hotel very much. She made our stay a little bit more special. Hope her all the best and I believe she will succeed there with her working attitude.

We stayed here for 3 nights in the upper villas, the room was very spacious, clean, modern with good balcony. The staff here are very kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay however I wouldn’t stay it’s a 5 star hotel, more of a 3+/4 star. We did have a problem with ants in the room when we arrived and throughout our stay and the breakfast really lacked variety. We did think it was great that they have free transport to and from the city centre (this was a plus)! Overall good but not 5 star quite yet! ⭐️

This was a wonderful experience. Starting with our greeting from Oliver the GM. Oliver is often out in the front, starting with breakfast where he interacts with customers. The hotel is clean the rooms are large and our room had a private staircase into the pool. There are 2 pools on the property, both a decent size roughly 20’x 40’. Breakfast has an excellent selection of North American/European and Asian. The hotel butts up to the forest and the area is very quite. You can view the sunset from the sunset bar while having a beverage and or supper. Town is 15 minutes away and there is a shuttle on a regular schedule. We had a great experience just wish it had been longer.

This place was an absolute incredible end to our 3 week break. I noticed a few 1 star reviews, I’d honestly ignore them. The staff and owner are friendly, attentive, helpful and extremely polite. We stayed in the deluxe ground floor room, which I really recommend. The room was spacious, comfy and very clean. We also did the yacht tour, but did a private tour. It was incredible. The most luxurious and incredible experience with an amazing crew. It was one was off the best activities we ever done in all our traveling. Great snorkeling and just a stunning backdrop for dinner. The roof top restaurant was amazing. Such a nice tranquil space, with excellent cocktails. The food here and breakfast is also fantastic. I love what this hotel is doing from an eco perspective. Sure it’s not all there yet, but just remember that there is a lot more that goes into the running of the hotel and behind the scenes that you can’t see. They clearly care and are running the hotel with the right mindset. The world needs a lot more hotel owners trying to do this, so I commend their effort and what they’ve built. I really do recommend this place. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth it. Ignore the people complaining about the poor service, I witnessed some guests with unbelievable rudeness to the staff whilst we were here, I can only assume they had unrealistic expectations and were looking for absolute perfection. You need to come here with a friendly attitude and respect, and you’ll get that back in return. Remember that the staff are human.

This hotel is a real gem, tucked away just enough to offer a peaceful oasis, but close enough to all the action in Ao Nang. As soon as you step inside, it's clear that the hotel takes great pride in its presentation and cleanliness. Our room was spotless, with all the amenities you could need, except for an iron (which, for some reason, is very important to me. Iron score 2/5). But, the cherry on top was the pod coffee machine - a real treat for coffee lovers like myself. The pool area is a tranquil haven, and the adult-only villa section is even more secluded. Unfortunately, I didn't get to check out the other pool as we were travelling with our extended families, so I can't comment on the sun allocation in that area. But, the main pool area gets sun all day and even boasts a swim-up bar with happy hour specials. The food at the hotel is top-notch - we enjoyed several delicious lunches and even had a romantic sunset dinner on the rooftop bar (which was a pleasant surprise, as I hadn't noticed it when researching the hotel). The views of the bay are spectacular and the sunset is even more breathtaking, if the clouds cooperate. The wine selection at the hotel is also noteworthy - the ladies in our group were more than impressed. The staff at the hotel are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered - they went above and beyond to get to know us and make us feel welcome. They were attentive to our needs, remembering our favourite drinks and even what dishes the kids were eating at lunch. It's a rarity to find such a personal touch at large hotels. Other notable mentions include the spa, free hourly shuttle into town, concierge service for travel and trips, an excellent boat trip (which resulted in some unforgettable memories), and a pretty decent breakfast. If I ever find myself back in this area, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's a fantastic hotel that we already miss.

Very nicely done, the staff is always so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good and offered a good variety, the food in general was great, the prices weren’t too bad. The rooms are well furnished and towels are plentiful. The only negative thing was that some of the equipment in the fitness room was a bit outdated, but it was still a okay facility.

The views are absolutely stunning. We paid extra to have our rooms upgraded. The standard is a bit too small in my opinion. They have free shuttles to the town that’s 5 minutes away but we had a bike so we didn’t really use it. The room service menu was delicious. We had the pizza and fries and both were good. The breakfast was good too.

We went in September for my birthday. Loved our stay here. We booked the Deluxe Suite with the bathtub in the room. I. Loved. It. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast wasn't halal but we made do with it - there were variety of food I loved it. The place is a little far from the main street but you can easily get out by taking their shuttlebus at certain timings to bring you out and drop/pick you off at certain places. It would be much easier if you rented a bike :) I enjoyed my stay at The Pavilions Anana and don't mind coming back again!

Lovely, clean and tranquil hotel off the busy Aonang roads. So good to see that despite the impact of covid restrictions, this hotel is still able to maintain such a high level of luxury experience. The room we booked had a bath ensuite and was absolutely a delight to soak in. Probably one of the largest I have even been in! Everything was neat and clean, the bathroom was huge and the views, just wow. Such a nice way to soak in the Krabi serenity. If you want it has a really nice shared pool too that can be used The staff were excellent too always eager to help. Will definitely be back!
